Since equipment was somewhat limited, each team of three was only given one weapon each, a 10mm pistol. After only exploring their surrounding area for a few hours, the creature had emerged out of the ground. Growling, snapping and biting, the beast had scared off Cream's two teammates, and sent the poor rabbit running.\n\nAfter fleeing for well over an hour with the monster on her heels, Cream tripped and fell over. The beast lunged at her, and Cream thought that the end was upon her... until a sound like thunder rung through the air, and the beasts head exploded in a very unpleasant shower of gore! As Cream looked over, she saw a lion, clad in mostly black leather, with a smoking weapon in his hand. The lion took an extra look at the beast, just to make sure it was dead, before turning his attention to Cream.\n\n\"Gotta say, that Molerat was pretty damn big, much bigger then they usually get. Now, just who might you be? I have not seen you around these parts before, and judging by that suit, you're a Vault Dweller.\" The lion's voice was both warm and confident, and it took Cream a moment to gather herself. \"Th-thank you, sir. That's great, the Overseer will be very happy to hear that! Oh, and my name is Cream, it's very nice to meet you, Mr. Lionherart.\" Lars offered Cream a hand, getting her back onto her feet. \"Well Cream, if you were looking for more people, the High Hope is your best bet, it's the closest settlement for quite a few miles around here.
