Mike had woken up early. Mike has completed his college work earlier in the week, so he let Jake and Martin know. They had decided earlier that the three of them would go see a movie in the theaters. Jake and Martin had decided to surprise Mike by choosing the film for them to go see. Mike got ready around lunch and left to go meet his friends at the theater.\nMike was deep in thought for most of the walk. Recounting the discussions he had with his older brother Leo. Mike knew eventually he would have to face the music and tell them the truth. Mike thought up many scenarios of if he tells his friends the truth about him being an andromorph and not being fully male. Mike worried about how their relationship might end or change for the worse. Never once did he think it would end well. All this thinking did was make him feel more insecure.\nMike only had to walk for twenty-three minutes. He arrived at the location they agreed to but didn't see them. He decided to sit on the bench and text his friends. While he was looking down at his phone getting ready to text his friends they came around the corner. Jake the tall muscular black-furred wolf tapped Mike on the shoulder as he was oblivious in the moment. Mike instantly shot up out of surprise and then noticed his friends were just a minute late. \"Ready to go inside, Mike?\" Martin asked. \"Sure, so what movie did you guys pick?\" Mike responded. \"You will see...\" Jake responded as they walked into the old theater. The outside had an old rustic facade that was the place's namesake but the inside was renovated last year and was much more modern but still felt rustic. Mike followed his friends to the clerk in charge of the tickets. \"Three tickets for Bound by Time, please,\" Jake said. It turns out they picked a modern romance movie. Mike had heard about this movie. It was about two estranged lovers who fell out of love with each other and fell into a parallel world. The only way for them to come back was through finding love for each other again unless they die within a week. Mike thought the premise was cheesy but he still wanted to hang out with his friends. Martin left the group to go get some popcorn. \nJake and Mike waited at the gate for their friend before entering the room. It turns out the place wasn't that busy. There were only eleven other people in the cinema room. Mike was pleasantly surprised when he learned the main character of the movie was actually like him, a cuntboy. Mike ended up liking the movie a lot. It actually made Mike realize he likes romance movies at least when they are done right. Mike really connected with the character it reminded him of himself. The character was constantly nervous about how others would react and the main thing holding him back was his self-doubt.\nThe movie ended in a touching way it wasn't just about refinding love it was about accepting one's differences from the norm. Mike was afraid for a second cause he thought they might have chosen this movie because they found out his secret but that was quickly proven wrong. \"I was surprised about the main character being an andromorph, that character was male in the book,\" Martin said. It turned out the movie was based on a book but the movie director decided to change some details to enhance the film.\nAfter the film, Martin invited Jake and Mike over to his house. Then all three of them drove to Martin's house. It turned out Jake and Martin carpooled to the theater as it was too far for Jake to walk and still get there on time. It had been nearly seven months since Mike last visited his friend's house. He was surprised to see not much had changed. The tables, furniture, and everything else was exactly in the same place as he remembered. \nThey ended up playing some board games and card games like old times. It felt almost nostalgic for Mike. He missed it when he didn't have to put much effort into planning to be with his friends. While they were sitting on the couch Mike heard Jake ask him \"It feels like forever since we just hung out at one of our houses doesn't it?\". It was Martin who responded, \"well we all have a life now but we shouldn't let it stop us,\". Mike looked over at the clock and it read four-forty and he realized he needed to head home. Mike got Martin to drive him back to his house.\nWhen they arrived Martin asked if he could stay for a little bit. He just wanted to hang out with his friend for a little longer. Mike obliged and he had Martin sit down at the small dining table. While they talked Mike made dinner for them and his big brother who was coming home early. Mike ended up making spaghetti and meatballs. Leo arrives and opens the door. He was surprised Mike had one of his friends over. Leo and Martin ended up talking until Mike was done cooking.\nMike finished up plating the spaghetti and meatball and putting it on the table. They enjoyed their dinner. Martin ended up complimenting Mike multiple times. It wasn't often he got to sample Mike's food. \"So how did you learn to cook so well?\" Martin asked Mike. Mike responded, \"well when you have to make dinner for your family for the last four years you pick up on the skill,\". Even before the last year, Mike has been living with his brother he had to make dinner for himself and his parents who often came home late. \"One of these days I'm going to have to ask you to teach me how to cook,\" Martin says. \"So want to stay for dessert?\" Mike asks without realizing the innuendo he just said. He folds his ear back in mock embarrassment after he realized the way he worded it. \"Well what are you planning on making?\" Leo asks to which Mike responds \"well I'd like to make cookies,\".
