Mike tail wags in excitement as it's been nearly a month since he got to actually hang out with his friends.\nMike got up and took off his clothes then rushed to put on some clean ones. Mike never lets himself even think about his friends sexually. The walk comes to an end haven taken ten minutes. The arcade just opened up for the day. They sit down at the dining table of their house and eat their sandwiches. \"You know I wouldn't push you to tell them unless I thought it was for the best, right?\" Leo asks. Just right then mid-thought Mike sees a flash of white light then a loud bang could be heard. It took Mike a second to think lightning. Mike was now feeling depressed and lonely. He pushed many people away and with those he let near he never could be fully honest with them. It hurt him knowing he kept this secret and knowing all it has cost him. Another flash then thunderclap was followed by the power going out in his house. Mike tells himself he should tell his friends when he feels he is mentally ready. Mike gets up and slowly makes it downstairs. He finds his brother reading a book in the light coming off a battery-powered lantern. His brother puts the book down then looks at Mike and sees the tear stains in the corner of Mike's eyes. Leo invites Mike to sit next to him to which Mike does. Mike always knew he could trust his older brother to be there for him when he needs it the most and especially for moments like this. It was one of the reasons Mike moved out of his parent's house and moved in with his brother to take his college classes. \"I think I understand why I feel so much calmer around you. It's because I can be honest with you without worrying about being judged for being different,\" Mike says \"I wish I could be certain my friends will be understanding when they learn the truth.
