Prologue-

Neo Delta Age 20XX,  Steele, he was a former Military Science Officer until he got a hold of some dark element called Nightmare Energy, According to the studies this kind of energy absorbs the evil in a person's mind and then multiplies. Steele somehow was able to weaponize it. Howard Morrison, a Detective for the Metal City Police has been on the case of tracking him down which lead to the city of Petropolis from there Howard teamed up with the Turbo Undercover Fighting Force aka TUFF. They managed to track him down near an old Recon Base. There they learn firsthand what the Nightmare energy is capable of doing. Howard and the TUFF Agents were able to fend off the Shadow Beast which was forged from this energy but Steele uses this as a distraction to make his escape.

Neo Delta Age 2029 as TUFF work alongside the Blue and Red Guard units to track down the whereabouts of Steele and anyone else who is involved with him.

-Chapter 1-

Neo Delta Age 2029, 14 years since Howard Morrison been working with TUFF since then he moved his family from Metal City to Petropolis, His two kids Matthew and Naomi Morrison are now in their teens. It’s just about time for all students in Petropolis to be off for the summer. Now in his home in the suburbs Matthew is on his PC Computer and gets an E-mail from someone he hasn’t been since he was a pup

Matthew then reads it “Connie Katswell, It’s been awhile since I last heard from her.” He then reads what the E-mail says “Connie and her sister Rena are coming to Petropolis for the whole summer, and she’s coming to see me once they get here.”

Later that day Matthew heads to the Petropolis Train Station waiting for the Train that is coming from Los Angles C.A as he sat and wait for Connie and Rena’s Train to arrive he look to his left and his one of Connie’s Aunts, Kaitlyn (Kitty) Katswell 

“Miss Katswell are you waiting for someone too?” Matthew asked

Kitty then turned around “Matthew, I’m got off work to pick Connie and her sister up. You do know that she’s my niece.”

“How I can forgot about that her dad is yours and Mrs. Leroy’s older brother plus he knows my dad since they were both in Collage.” Matthew said

Kitty then said “Anyway Connie and Rena are gonna be with me and Julie during their stay in Petropolis.”

Just then the Train finally arrives, as everyone got off the train both Connie and Rena finally got off and Matthew went up to her “Hi Connie.”

"Matthew You remembered me?" Connie asked

“Yes after all you did give me that E-Mail.” Matthew said

“Yeah I send it to you just in case my aunt is a no show.” Connie said

“I didn’t forget.” Kitty said

Rena asked "You two meet somewhere?"
Matthew explains "That's right you and my sister Naomi weren’t there when we first met when we were kids."

“Okay Connie you and Matthew can talking about your younger days once we get to my apartment.” Kitty said

Rena asked “Aunt Kaitlyn is Julie home?”

Kitty answered “Yes she should be one by now.”

moments later they arrived at Kitty’s apartment house as Connie and Rena walked in they see their cousin Julie on her laptop, as Matthew look around he notice a Photo of Kitty and Julie when he was 6 years old as the beach

“Hmmm where this picture was taken?” Matthew asked

Connie explains “She and Aunt Kitty came to L.A to visit us and my dad took us to the beach, and my mom took that Photo of them.”

Rena tapped on Julie’s shoulder “Hello Julie what you been looking up on the internet?”

Julie turned around “It’s nothing important.”

“You sure about that?” Connie look over Julie’s shoulder and see what she been looking at “Who’s that and why there’s a picture of Aunt Kitty flirting with the guy?”

Julie closed her laptop shut “That’s none of your business!”

Matthew then steps in “Hey come down she didn’t mean to offend she just ask who was the man in the Picture.”

Julie then sat down “O-okay his name if Eric he used to be the guy who delivers the water to T.U.F.F, from what I been old my mom had a crush on him.”

“He used to? What happened to him, how come your mom never told about him?” Matthew asked

Julie respond “It’s not like he quit his job, he died this was before I was born.” 

“Oh I’m sorry.” Matthew said

“Julie you don’t think that Eric is your father? You do remember that mom did that DNA test and your DNA doesn’t match with Eric’s or Dudley’s. And it defiantly doesn’t match with Jack’s thank god both Aunt Katherine and Dad never liked him. Connie said

“I haven’t forgot Connie, but still I never got to meet him, and I been wonder who did my mom sleep with if it wasn’t Eric or Dudley.” Julie asked

“Okay Connie I should be getting back home, I’ll call you once I get home.” Matthew said

later on later at night two figures, a Male Anthro Unicorn Pony and another surrounded by dark energy fight each other. The Shadow Pony sends a wave of energy right at the Unicorn who formed a shield and blocks the blast the two figures charged towards each other, causing an explosion. The Shadow Pony, now badly injured, flies away, is being chased by the Unicorn

The Very Next day the police came field and see parts of the ground look like a fight broke out. Accompanying the Police are TUFF Agents Rowen Raiya and Howard Morrison

Rowen then picks up a kunai off the ground “Where this Kunai come from?”

“Whoever was fighting one of them threw that at the other one.” Howard said

-Chapter 2-

Later that same day Matthew gets a call from his uncle from the UK stating that his cousin Kyle and Millicent are coming to Petropolis. After meeting with Connie they both head to the Petropolis Airport as the two wait for Matthew’s cousin plane to arrive

Connie asked “So Matthew what your cousin’s are like?”

Matthew answered “Like me and Naomi they are both Twins, their father is my mother’s older brother who works for the MI5.”

A group of masked Anthro men storm into the building. One of them fires a volley of gunshots in the air "All right everyone on the ground!"
In Panic everyone drop to the floor as the 2nd mask bandit points a gun one of the workers "You get someone on the Phone, tell them that we demand 10, 000, 0000$ if it doesn't get here by midnight we'll kill everyone in here!"

Two hours later Matthew and Connie hid inside the Men's restroom, Matthew look around and notice a back door which is unguarded

Matthew said "Connie the Back door leading outside is left unguarded, I'm gonna try to rush the two who are looking for us---"

“Wait a sec I can fight too, You forgot two of my Aunts are TUFF Agents plus I learn a fight skills of my own.” Connie said

Just then a Female Anthro Tigress pulled the two back “Wait both of you, It's too risky once you leave here another one of the bandits will spot you and these citizens are gonna be force out of hiding."

"Huh, who are you?" Matthew asked

“And how we know if you’re on their side?” Connie asked

“Relax like your two Aunts I’m also part of the same agency expect I’m from another country, My name is Taiga Suika a member of the Tokyo, Japan Under Cover Fighting Force (TJUFF)"
"You're from TUFF's Japanese Counter Part what bring you here over here to the America?" Connie asked

Taiga explains “Your Aunt, Chief Leroy has asked for assists from the international counterparts.” Taiga then steps out of the men's room as two mask hoods spots her
One Mask Hood aims his gun right Taiga "Don't you bitch!" 
"A Gun, Back home when I went to deal with the Yakuza they don’t always rely on guns when they use Martial Arts." Taiga said
"Whatever you j--"
*Taiga grabs the Masked Hood's arm and slams him in the floor*

"Be grateful that your spinal cord is not broken in half." Taiga said
The 2nd Thug pulled his Knife "What did you do to him!?"
Taiga turned her attention to the 2nd thug "Relax he's not dead, but he won't be moving for the time being. Unlike you guys who run the Yakuza are willing to fight to the death."
"Are you calling our gang a pack of pussies?"
Taiga said "I wouldn't use that word, I prefer the word toothless cowards."
"All show you who's a coward!!!" 
The Thugs charges in and Taiga disarmed him and does a palm punch that emits either a slight breath of the Tiger. “Kou-Ou Ken!" The Blast sends the thug flying into a wall
Connie then recognizes the technique “I know that move.”

"Kou-Ou Ken? That's a Kyokugen Kou-Ou technique, Taiga you practiced Kyokugen Karate?" Matthew asked

Taiga explains "You two recognize one of the Kou-Ou techniques?”

Connie explains “You do know that my Aunt Katherine also Practiced Kyokugen since she was in middle School she even crated a new form of Kyokugen involves channeling Ki energy through swords.”

“Yes, my father had told that Chief Leroy has mastered a new fighting form when she was younger, my style of Kyokugen is based on the Kou-Ou techniques.” Taiga said

Matthew sees a 3rd rushes in with a Knife "You'll be sorry for playing hero with us!"
Upon seeing the Thugs heading for him Matthew charges up a blast of Ki wind in his hand "Kaze no Tenran!!!" tornado-like blast sends the thug cashing into a window
"That's Hishoryushinken where did you?" Taiga asked
Matthew explains "When I was 7 I met an old Martial Arts master who called himself the Wind Hound he's the one who trained me." He then turned toward the Citizens who are hiding “You guys the back door is open, you can escape through there.”

“Thanks.”

As everyone lead everyone out the back door Matthew and Taiga head toward the main lobby
Thug Leader then yelled “Who the hell are you guys?" 

Matthew said "My name is Matthew Morrison."

“Mine is Connie Katswell.” 

“Did you say Katswell, Are you related to both Katherine Katswell-Leroy and her younger sister Kitty Katswell?”

“Weather she’s related to Chief Leroy and Agent Katswell is none of your concerns, I am with the Tokyo, Japan Under Cover Fighting Force you gutless cowards have two options surrender yourselves or you'll face your defeat here and now." 

"Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha! You think three wannabe heroes can take us all on?"

“We won’t know unless we try, so don’t get pissed if we do.” Connie said

“You’re not dealing with a Normal Field Agent; I'm a student of the Kyokugen Karate." Taiga said
"Kyokugen Karate? Isn't that see on those SNK Fighting Games?" one Thug said
"This is not fist of the fucking North Star, Go to hell Tiger bitch!"
"Wait stop!!"
"Bakuretsu Zanretsu Ken!!!"

As the Thug was about to shoot Taiga rushed in and inflicts many quick strikes on the enemy with her fists then ends with a hard hit to the face send the thug flying into a floor. the other thug sees one of their own bleeding all over
"Oh Shit it's the real thing!"
"What about the Anthro dog what's his excuse?"

"Saikuron Inu: Twin Cyclone Strom!!!!!"

*Two very huge Cyclones took 14 thugs into the air as the land back down head first*
"What are you one of those Aeromancers?" Thug Leader yelled
"You just answered your own question." Matthew said

3 thugs pulled out army knife and head right for Connie “Ouka Hisyousen!!” Connie does a three-hit uppercut with the last hit knocking out all 3 thugs

“Who are you guys?” Thug Leader demanded

“First you tell us who send you here, it’s not normal for a pack of thugs to attack an airport.” Matthew said

"I’m not telling you shit, you're not the only one with power dog boy, I was given something that will make even the Coppers kneel before us." The Thug leader pulled out a small Dark Crystal

"What is that?" Matthew asked
Taiga said "Get ready I sense a dark presents."
After the Thug Leader crushed the Dark Crystal into his hand he transform into a demon like beast "Behold! This is more powerful than any Martial Art that is left in the world!" The Thug Leader opens his mouth and fires a dark energy beam, Both Matthew and Taiga doges the beam as it rip through the floor and ceiling.
"It's just as the reports said." said Taiga
Matthew said "So this is a Nightmare Beast, my dad and 3 TUFF Agents fought another 14 years ago."
"Your father fought something like this 14 years ago." Taiga asked

“Yeah Aunt Katherine told my dad about that.” Connie said

out of nowhere Just then a Female Anthro Unicorn Pony attacks the Nightmare Beast from behind
"Who did that!?" 

Connie sees the Unicorn Pony armed with a Sai Dagger “Where did she come from?”

The Thug leader turned around and sees who attacked him "What's this some Unicorn Pony playing hero?"  

“I’m not a hero, I know about the Dark power you have used I’m here to strike you if I have to.”

“Just who do you think you are?”

“My name is Star Shine, I’m a Kounochi from the Kawasaki Clan.”

“Kawasaki Clan?”

“You’re no match for me you’re from bitch! I’m gonna fucking kill you!”

The Shadow beast slams his claw on the ground and 4 shockwaves went straight her Star Shine “Water Style: Water Wall” Star Shine forms of wall of Water to shield herself of the shockwave and then jump in midair

“Splasher!!!” Just then a small geyser of water erupts under the Shadow Beast

“Is that all you gonna do throw water at me?”

Matthew then sees what the water that is around the Shadow Beast “I have a plan, Hey you Star Shine get back! Kuushouzan!!” Matthew takes his sword and jump upward and cut down some wires as both Connie and Taiga also got out of the way the shadow beast is electrocuted by 100 Volts afterward the Shadow Beast drops to the ground

“H-how did you know what I was planning to do?” Star Shine asked

Matthew explains “I had a feeling why you use your water style Jutsu on him for a reason then I see the wired above him.”

“What now?” Connie asked

“That Dark energy is still inside him, I have to use my Clan’s sealing Jutsu before the Shadow Pony makes it escape like before.” Star Shine uses her Unicorn magic and pull out a Ninja Scroll “Kawasaki Sealing Art: Expelling the Darkness” Once Star Shine executes her Jutsu two chakra hands grab the Shadow beast and pulled out a Shadow Pony from there it gets struck by a beam of purifying light and disappears. After that the Thug Leader returned to normal

He then wakes up “My Power it’s gone what did that pony do?”

Star Shine said “I remove that Dark power from, you’ll never use that to harm any pony.”

“No you can’t leave me like this I don’t want to go back to being a weakling!”

Taiga then handcuffed the Thug leader “You’re under arrest, I believe everyone at TUFF want to know where you get that power from.”

Connie then asked “What will you do now?”

Stat Shine then said “My Mission here is not over yet, both my cousin and i were sent here by the Light Mage when he sense that Dark Power 14 years ago excuse me.” Star Shine then take her leave 

And then Rowen and a SWAT Team came in from the back door "freeze drop your weapons and give yourselves up!"
*With no choice the other thugs drop their weapons and the SWAT Team form them to the ground*
Rowen looks around and see Matthew, Connie and Taiga "There you are Matt, Connie, one of the Citizens who escaped told me you two were in here with Taiga." 

Matthew said "Connie and I were waiting for my cousin's plane from England to come when those thugs decided to take hostages."

Taiga looks out the window and sees a Plane from the UK making a Landing "Could that be your cousin's plane?"
As the Plane lands the people are let out that's when Matthew sees his cousins Kyle and Millicent Kenton. Kyle look around and see that the Main lobby look like a tornado hit it "Let me guess the same group tried to take over the airport?"
Matthew asked "What happened?"
Millicent explain "Two punks force our plane to land when it did 5 them tried to storm the plane but Kyle and I took care of them."
"I see you two know how to fight back." Rowen said
Kyle said "Well our father is a member of the MI5 he taught us how to defend ourselves."
Matthew then turned toward Rowen "Rowen there's something you need to know, A Female Unicorn Pony was here and she help is defeat that ring leader when he use some dark power to turn into some Shadow Beast then she used a Sealing Jutsu on him and he returned to normal.”

Taiga grabs the Thug Leader “Agent Raiya I believe this man knows something we don’t.”

“Okay I’ll take him over to HQ and I also let Katherine know what just happened here." Rowen said

-Chapter 3-
The next day David Leroy Jr, the son of Blue Guard Lt Commander David Leroy Sr and Katherine Katswell-Leroy is returning home from the local library when he notice two shadow chasing after each other.

“Wait who was that?” David Jr said

As David send into the open field outside of the city a Female Himalayan Anthro Cat taps on David's Shoulders “David I didn't think you would be around here.”

David turned around “Layan?”

“You look Surprise to see me?” Layan asked

“Well Yeah I do.” David said

Layan then asked “So what brings you out here?”

“While I was leaving the Library I saw two shadows one was chasing after the other I followed one of out here but now it’s nowhere to be seen.” David explained

“Hmmm I heard some a classmate that someone saw two shadows fighting each other two nights ago before calling the police could they be the same two?” Layan asked 

just then someone who looks like a younger version of Eric appeared “I found you David Leroy Jr!”

Layan turned around and see who it is “Duncan Shorttale?”

David steps in “You again what’s with you having ill feelings toward me?”

Duncan said  “Why I’ll tell you why, 15 years ago my uncle was killed, tell me this where the hell was your Aunt when he was getting butchered?!”

“Wait a sec you mean you say you’re related to “Then it donned on him “Eric was your Uncle? Look Aunt Kaitlyn didn’t know what happened to him until Layan’s mother told her what happened. I don’t know all of the details but Aunt Kaitlyn was on a mission in Eastern Europe at the time Eric was murdered.”

“Your Aunt’s feelings for my Uncle are what got him killed!” Duncan yelled

“Ture my Aunt has feelings for Eric but she would never put his life in danger like that!”

“It’s no use David” just then one of David’s classmates an Anthro Rat named Victor Kilsten comes in “Ever since he was told that his Uncle was killed inside TUFF HQ he blames your Aunt got getting him killed.”

“Victor, but why blame Aunt Kaitlyn for what happened, it’s not like she know he was going to get killed if she knew sooner she would have prevented that some happening.” David said

“Well she didn’t! And it’s her fault!” Duncan said

“Stop that blaming David’s Aunt won’t bring your Uncle back from the dead.” Layan said

“You stay out of this Layan this is between me and those who is related to Kaitlyn Katswell, My Uncle should have never lay eyes on that bitch!”

“What did you just called my Aunt?”

You heard me are you de—“

once David took off his glasses he lands a punch to Duncan’s mouth sending to the ground “How dare you call my Aunt that!”

“Eric is my Uncle, I have all right to call her whatever I see fit to call her.”

“You son a of.” 

As Soon as David was about to said a electrical discharge at him, His father David Sr jumps in “David stop!”

“Dad?”

“Lt. Commander Leroy.”

David Sr said “I understand what you want to strike him down David but doing that won’t resolve anything, you shouldn’t let words like what he called your Aunt get to you, Your mother also told your cousin that.”

“Okay.”

David Sr turned toward Duncan “As for you blaming my sister-in-law is no way to honor your Uncle’s memory.”

“Screw her! What do you know you’re married to her older sister?” Duncan said

“This hatred you have toward Kaitlyn is not good for you or anyone in Eric’s family, Kitty has been visiting your Uncle Grave every month since he died.” David Sr said

“They shouldn’t allow her to go anywhere near his tombstone! And what would you expect me to do about this?”

“Fine another way to honor your Uncle’s death, again blaming Kaitlyn and attacking my son is no way to honor the memory of a family member of has passed on into the Death life. No go home and think about what you been told.”

Duncan gets up and walked away

“How can someone have that much hate for one person over his uncle’s death.” Layan said

“That fool should focus that hatred on the one who killed Eric not your Sister-in-Law.” Victor said

“Well it’s over we should be heading back home as well.” David said

David and his father walks over to the crater and notices a Male Unicorn Pony knocked out inside the ditch “A Unicorn?” David jumps inside and picked up and carried him out of the crater “Where he come from?”

“I don’t know and he looks like he’s still alive we should take him to the hospital.” David Sr said
