A battle rages across the land A fight that belongs not to man A rage that engulfs day and Night A holy war between all light And with the twilight comes a peace That calms and soothes these bitter beasts And as they bask in lukewarm light A short lived end to bloody spite And so the war begins again A bloody fight to bitter End Except in this scrap neither wins Surviving just to war again Conflict extended across the ages It's end predicted by the sages Oh how these men be forever wrong As naught man's job to end their song And so they sing they're eternal plight And dance the dance of war and might Living to take eachoters' lives Just to see the other die And so the lesson for us to learn Let not spite grow Let not rage burn Let only for your peace to show
