The Stuff of Nightmares "We're going to do things a little differently today, rat." Infinite stated as he ambled beneath his captive, whom was suspended in the air by chains. The jackal had given him a few days of rest with proper diet and access to a bath. Though Sonic wasn't naive enough to believe there were any sort of atruistic qualities in his warden's heart, he couldn't help but indulge in the kindness he was offered and cling to it, especially since he could sense it wasn't going to last. "I don't want you to get bored, so I thought of somethin....special----I heard you like fairytales." Red energy began to flow freely from the Phantom Ruby, swirling around the jackal's body and gradually taking shape. From his waist down, it appeared like he was mutating. The red energy became uniform to his own fur color while his legs disappeared under the blanket of energy, sprouting into eight long tentacle-like limbs that whipped around as if they had a mind of their own. Despite their seemingly automonous behavior, he controlled each, willing the energy flow to connect to his own nervous system and thus allowing him to feel what they felt. He effectively turned himself into a monster straight from a horror movie! It was a horrendous sight--the stuff of nightmares. The construction of a wicked mind willed into existence with only ill intent to follow. Now that his senses were multiplied, he was eager to test them on his prisoner. Meanwhile, Sonic's fear of his master's imagination was justified as Infinite approached him with a twisted grin on his face, his grotesque visage seered into the hedgehog's memory. "Now then, for the lesson," the terrifying jackal said seductively while holding Sonic's chin up with one of the tentacles, "As much I love hearing you beg for mercy, I want a change. You will admit you love it. No matter how much you cry, regardless of how much you bleed, you will say you love it...understood?" The fallen hero gulped as he tried to control himself. He was petrified! At a loss for words and consumed by fear, he could only think if there was some way out of this--some way he could convince his warden--his master not to go through with what he assuredly had planned. "Wouldn't it be better if you didn't use the ruby?" He asked sheepishly in a single breath. "You're more than enough on your own....and...I can say I love that." The jackal snort-laughed at the compliment his clearly frightened captive served him. His pitiful attempts were as plain as writing on the wall. "Adorable. Futile, but adorable, nonetheless." He cooed as he swiveled behind the squirming hedgehog. Parting his legs, he smiled viciously at how the small blue tail pitifully attempted to guard the hole below it. The subconscious reaction to defend himself was still present and made Infinite's games all the more amusing. With the flick of his wrist, a painful snap was joined by a yelping scream and rattling chains while Sonic's broken little tail draped limply over the side of his rear--no longer an obstacle. Brushing one of tentacles over his hole, the jackal could feel it--the heat fuming. His own hunger could not be ignored, "Now then, ready or not," he chimed as he inserted the tip into his pet. Sonic yelled at the burning, ripping sensations flowing through his lower half. While he knew Infinite wouldn't start out slow since he never does, this feeling was something entirely different. It felt disgusting, unnatural, and unbearably painful! The jackal wasted no time in seeing how far he could go, all while relishing in how incredible it felt to manuever those gurgling and pulsating organs around within his pet. He could see the buldge of that peach stomach wave in conjunction with his own movements, and it was exquisite. "You really do have a unique body," he said as he began sliding the tentacle in and out of the now bleeding anus, "...I can't decide which I like better--the outside or the insides." The days of rest to prepare Sonic for this was detrimental in the long run, since he had time to recover and his anus was no longer stretched. The hedgehog whined and moaned with each thrust, genuinely feeling like he was going to be ripped apart, but the jackal couldn't get enough! The energy of the Phantom Ruby was intensifying the pleasure coursing into him, making him desire even more. Without a second thought, he forced in another tentacle to join the one already within, making Sonic let out a blood-curdling scream, "YYYYYYAAAAAAGGGGHHHHHHH!!!" The pain of the duo going in and out of him made his skin crawl, his insides throb in agony, his mind crack, and what little juices were in his stomach to be expelled from his mouth in a series of gurgling coughs. "HAHAHAHA!!!" Infinite cackled after witnessing Sonic get sick, "I see I'm going in rather deep....but since your stomach is empty now...." The mercenary looped a tentacle around the front and lifted the poor hero's face up. He was so out of it. He could no longer process what his body was going through, nor did he have the energy to resist. He didn't even try to fight the appendage from entering his gaped lips and finding it's way down his throat. In forceful, repetitive motions, the jackal continued to reap his pleasure from his moaning prisoner, whom kept slipping in and out of consciousness as blood spewed from the his rear on each thrust. It was so intoxicating. Infinite kept going and going until Sonic passed out completely. This won't do. The mercenary made it a point to put his pleasure on hold and jolt his motionless meat puppet with energy from the ruby in order to restore his consciousness. He temporarily removed the tentacle from the hedgehog's mouth and leaned over him, allowing him to gag and catch his breath before asking in a taunting manner, "Tell me...do you love it?" Quivering, crying, and convulsing in anguish, Sonic closed his blurred eyes, dropped his head, and said that which his master wanted to hear, "I....I love it..." Infinite smiled and caressed Sonic's face lovingly with his hands, now wishing to add more fuel to the fire. "Good boy. ...Now....tell me HOW MUCH you love it." The instant he finished his sentence, he inserted a third tentacle into the overly abused hole, making the hedgehog writhe in his chains as he couldn't take anymore. Over his screams, Infinite persisted, "Tell me you love it." He began thrusting all three in different patterns, from all at once to a domino rhythmn. Sonic couldn't do anything but yell as the jackal's patience wore thin while the climax neared. He could feel them, all of them, vibrating inside of him, ready to fill him with whatever substance the Phantom Ruby could generate. "Do. You. Love. It?" he asked as he looped a tentacle around the fallen hero's throat, strangling him as punishment for his delay in responding. The tightness of his prisoner's hole, the succulent fluids of warm blood coating each tentacle, and the surging sensations of pleasure gave the jackal goosebumps over his own body. His muscles tensed as he reered his head back and surrendered into an eruption of release as the Ruby increased his fluid output tenfold. Sonic's body stiffened at the flowing ooze inside of him, pushing so hard it made his stomach distend even more. He wanted to lose consciousness, to escape in some way, but Infinite kept him there, kept him lucid, and kept asking more of him. "Hah....hah.....now then....I asked you a question rodent...." He said as he circled him once more. In tiny, broken gasps, Sonic looked into his master's burning eyes, seeing his gray cheeks flushed with pleasure above seething fangs. He was staring death in the face....and it was smiling. Once again, the subjugated hero followed through with his education and responded weakly, "I..I..l-love....it....". The mercenary wiped the sweat of his brow before leaning down and kissing his prisoner passionately, a prize for his obedience. Sonic accepted the gift. His reality, or what he had understood it to be, was shattered. His body was a wreck and teetering on what he was wishing for, the end. However, he was stronger than that, his master was stronger than death, and so long as the bastard was enjoying himself, this is where he'd remain--in this limbo of hell. "Say it again, little one." Infinite ordered as he pulled away from their kiss with a satisfied grin. In a tiny breath barely audible, the hedgehog obeyed, ".....i.....love.....it....m-master...." "That's exactly what I wanted to hear," the jackal retorted while petting his head. But he wasn't done yet---not by half. Thus far, he only used four of the eight tentacles the ruby generated and was keen on continuing. "Now then", he said while brushing Sonic's face with his fingers, "we can't neglect these other limbs, can we?" What should have been a scream was drowned out by music. A humming sound of a song he didn't recognize. What should have been the agonizing pain of his flesh ripping apart was instead a soft warmth cuddling him lovingly. Panting and shaking, Sonic's eyes shot open to find himself wrapped in black arms. At first, he was alarmed and instinctively pushed away, mistaking them for those of the jackal. However, his attempts didn't stop the music, which continued soothingly. The voice wasn't that of Infinite, but that of Shadow, whom held him tightly regardless of how hard he fought. "Shadow?" Sonic said finally after coming to his senses, his tone alerting the black and red hedgehog that he was now awake and fully aware, "You can let go now." The Ultimate Life Form relaxed his embraced, allowing Sonic to sit up and rub his eyes. "What time is it?" he questioned, unable to tell the difference between night and day due to the blackout curtains. "It's almost noon", Shadow replied as he sat up as well, "....you had another nightmare." The blue hero shook his head with a sigh, "It's just part of the norm--no big deal. I'm fine." Shadow raised his brow as he swung his legs off the bed, "You're a terrible liar, hedgehog." Sonic looked over to his counterpart with a pout, ready to pitch a witty comeback, but the words fell dead off his lips the moment he saw Shadow's back, where the shimmer of red reflected from the deep claw marks that covered much of his upper body. A lump caught in Sonic's throat as he looked down to see his own claws covered in blood with a few pieces of black hair caught underneath the nails. "Shadow....I....I didn't mean to." He said in a quivering voice. The Ultimate Life Form retorted the same line as the Blue Blur with a hint of sarcasm before heading towards the bathroom, "It's fine, Sonic..."I'm Fine." ". The rips in the bed sheets, the streaks of blood on Shadow's side of the bed, and the black quills littered around indicate that Sonic thrashed like a wild man throughout the night, but Shadow held onto him, took the punishment, and continued to hold on to ensure he would be safe. The guilt in the blue hedgehog's heart was overwhelming as he called out to his self-elected protector, "WHY DIDN'T YOU WAKE ME UP?!" However, the sound of the shower drowned out his questioning as Shadow allowed the water to flush the blood out of his fur. Within a couple of hours, these marks will disappear completely without leaving so much as a scar--such is the gift of being the Ultimate Life Form. The power to survive. To heal from any wound. He lamented as he wished there was some way he could help Sonic heal as well. Granted, he; himself, had a horde of his own demons that haunted him, but the difference between he and his blue counterpart was that he was in control. He knows how to quell the storm inside after years of practice. Sonic was just at the beginning of that journey, and similar to what Shadow used to believe, the blue hedgehog thinks by ignoring the pain that it will go away. There were many sleepless nights before after Sonic's rescue from the Death Egg and this wasn't the first time Sonic's nightmares took their toll on Shadow's body, but just as before, it's a burden he's willing to bear. He would rather Sonic inflict the wounds on him rather than himself. He had foolishly thought that just because the stubborn hero started to act normal that he had recovered. He bought the act he put on for everyone when he should have known better. This time, he needed to make sure they did things right. After turning off the water, he walked out of the bathroom with a towel draped around him only to find his apartment empty.
