", "writing": "Sonic 24 years\nAmy 21 years\n\n\nSonic’s point of view\n\nAh glad to be back at my own small mansion. I’ve been helping others so long I hardly have time for myself. I helped Tails my foxy so called “brother” from other mother. He needed help with some of his experiments and robots he’s building. After I was done with him someone else requested my help and so I did. Later another person asks also for my help and the circle recommences again. So yeah even though I’m known for being the fastest thing alive time goes fast by for me as well. But at this moment it’s finally just me and myself.\nI went down to my living room and dropped myself into my leader sofa to watch some TV because I’m too tired to go out partings as some others would do. Ah my sofa, it’s so comfortable. It was expensive when I bought it but it was worth it. It helps me to relax my muscles.\nThe program that was playing on the television is sport. I like to see how others run on the athletics track and see how fast they cross the finish line. They’re all so slow, if it was me I would show them a time they cannot beat ever. Sadly enough the organizers of these events says banned me from joining because it wouldn’t be fair toward the others.\nAfter a while of watching my doorbell ringed. Oh yeah I forget to say that someone is going to stay for few nights with me. Before I get up from my comfy couch I pressed a button on the remote to pause the program. I get up from my seat and get to the door. When I arrive I turn on the handle to open my door. When I opened it Amy Rose stands there with a small bag that probably has some of her clothes of her in it. \nAmy and I have a long history behind our backs. If you might wonder how me met, I’ll just keep say a long story short: Me and Amy met on an small planet called little planet where she get captured and I saved her. After that she was stalking me everywhere much to my displeasure. For a long while I thought she was annoying because she constantly asks for me to marry her which I never will when we were younger, and still I don’t like the idea now. When she entered the age of an adult she stopped with her obsession over me much to my relief. However even during that period I never ever felt any hate to her. And so because she started to act more matured and we start to hang out more, and with the look on her face when we go out, she likes it a lot.\n\nTo get back to the topic: why is she here you might wonder? Well her house has been destroyed by my arch nemesis Doctor Ivo Robotnick, yet the doctor prefers himself to be called Eggman. Me however pester him with saying Egghead of other insulting names. Of course he doesn’t likes it to be called as that but whatever it is what he is to me. Because her house has been destroyed she would have been stayed with Cream. But Cream is planning to move out to go to high school and so Amy had to move out too. I felt some kind of compassion for her that she hasn’t a place to stay so I offered to her she could stay with me a little while. I mean what can go wrong in her just sleeping in my spare room? \n\n‘Hello Sonic.’ Amy greeted me.\n‘What’s up Amy?’ I smiled back at her. \n‘Well apart from my house in piece and Cream moving out, I guess I’m doing fine.’ she says with a little sigh.\n‘Yeah… sorry I shouldn’t have asks that.’ I replied feeling I asked something I shouldn’t have. I’m maybe the fastest thing alive, yet I’m not the fastest thinker alive.\n‘It’s okay, can I come in?’ She wondered.\n‘Of course, of course!’ I replied at her making room for her to enter. She stepped in.\n‘Where can I put my bag Sonic?’ she question me\n‘You can put it at my stairs and pick it later to my spare room if you like.’ I replied to her.\n‘No, I rather want it have it where I’m going to stay for the night.’ She state. Well if she want that, that’s fine with me.\n‘Okay, as you wish. Follow me.’ I instructed her.\n\nI get upstairs to my spare room, she follows me. My spare room is on the opposite site of mine. I opened the door and she stepped in. My spare room has a one person bed, a small cupboard. There is also a small window to let in some light. She dropped her bag next to the bed.\n\n‘If you need anything, you just need to give a call.’ I say and she nods with a smile. I want to give her some privacy. I leave the chamber and get back downstairs toward my living room and dropped myself into my sofa and press on the play button on my remote.\nAfter about 5 minutes later, Amy came into my living room as well.\n\n‘Watching sport again?’ She asks me.\n‘Yeah, there’s nothing else that interest me much.’ I reply to her.\n‘Ah… well Sonic would you mind if I join you?’ She questions me. If I would have been younger I would instantly deny her request, however I’m older now and why not? Just watching TV together is innocent right?\n‘Sure, come sit.’ I respond at her patting to the spot next to me. She smilles and sit right next to me.\n\nWe didn’t speak to each other while watching television, but I notice that as time makes progress the space between us becomes smaller, even though I remain on my spot. When there’s no more space left Amy let her head rest on my shoulders. I don’t know why but I feel a bit strange, What I mean with the word strange is that my face starts to glow as I feel something inside me beating faster. Is that my heart that’s responding to her? I know I like Amy as one of my best friends, but it isn’t love right?\n\n‘Sonic, thank you for letting me stay.’ Amy state with a smile\n‘You’re welcome, besides is the least I can do for you.’ I respond.\n‘Still I appreciate it. It’s difficult spending some time with you’ \tAmy speaks.\n‘I’ve got a big responsibility with keeping everybody safe Amy.’ I say. Yes it’s what I do. Trying to protect innocents from evil scum. It’s harder than it looks.\n‘I know that Sonic. That’s why I like you so much.’ She reply.\n‘Only for that reason huh?’ I tease her a bit.\n‘Not at all. I’ve get more reasons, if I had to list them all we would be stuck here till tomorrow.’ She answers.\n‘Ah, I see.’ I finished and she smiled at me.\n\nOur conversation got quit as we continue to watch television. 45 minutes later there’s starting a new show that doesn’t grabs my attention. And by the way I notice how Amy looks at the screen; she doesn’t pays attention to it neither.\n\n‘Sonic I’m bored, could we do something else?’ Amy says suddenly.\n‘What do you want to do then? I ask her.\n‘Would you like to play a board game?’ She questions me.\n‘Euhm sure, heck why not?’ I reply.\n\nI went get over to my table and Amy came with four in a row, yeah she knows where I keep my board games. Still out of all the games I have she just has to pick that one. I don’t like that game. I mostly lose one way or the other. Tails has says it’s all matt but matt isn’t my strongest point. However just for once I’ll guess I’ll play along with her.\n\n‘That game?’ I asks almost complaining.\n‘Yes, why not? It’s a two person game. And this way it’s a fair advantage.’ She answers.\n‘How so?’ I reply crossing my arms.\n‘Because your tactic is based on improvising at the last moment, this game however you need to almost predict your opponents moves.’ She state. Man sometimes she’s just sounds as Tails at times. He also states this to me but in a different way, a way normal people don’t understand. Euh, I think I regret accepting to play a board game with her already. Amy opens the box and get out the plastic frame. Amy takes the yellow stones and I take red (well I don’t have a choice).\n\nI start placing my stone in the middle and so we start to play. Even though I try my very best I just can’t seem to win. Amy seems to predict all my tactics and outsmart me when I least expect it, these goddamn diagonals mostly trick me . That’s also the reason I don’t really like this game. With Tails it’s nearly impossible to play because he already could see those rows filled before we even started.\nOver 1 hour we play and I won 4 games out of 10 (because Amy sometimes has let me win when she saw my motivation was getting lower because I lost once three times a row). Luckily we didn’t bet for anything as if she would win I have to date her.\n\n‘Man this game is so fucking stupid! I mostly lose at this.’ I complain. \n‘You just can’t stand that you’re losing, that’s all.’ She rolls her eyes, yet she’s right, I dislike losing.\n‘Losing sucks.’ I say crossing my hands. Yeah I’m not one that takes defeat as an answer. I never give up no matter how much I need to try.\n‘Whenever there are winners, there are losers too. That’s always how games end Sonic.’ She reply back. \n‘Yeah right’ I look away from her.\n‘Oh don’t make such a big deal about it. It’s just a game.’ She state.\n‘These math games are dumb, they should better ban them.’ I say almost demanding that.\n‘It’s only because you lose at these kind of games. Tails likes them.’ She reply. So what if Tails likes them? I don’t.\n‘If it would be a battle against Eggman, I would come out victorious.’ I state proudly.\n‘Please, can you give me my fun for once?’ she say a bit annoyed.\n‘Okay, fine. Well done Amy, you’ve won the game.’ I sarcastically respond. \n‘Thank you Sonic.’ She reply in a way more of saying “yeah whatever”.\n\nWe stop playing the game and I put it back in its box. I’ll shall throw it in my trash can tomorrow if I don’t forget. I put it back in my cupboard. Because it’s really late in the evening we called it a day. I get upstairs while Amy follows me. We separate our paths once I stand in front of my bathroom door, she gets over to my spare room. I get inside my bathroom and go to my right sink, yeah I got two of them but I use the right one because of accustom. Inside my bathroom there hangs a small cupboard with mirrors on. I open the cupboard and take my cup that contains my toothbrush and pasta. Taking out my toothbrush and pasta tube I fill a cup with water and then I take my toothbrush and my tube with toothpaste. I press on the tube that made the pasta come out and place it on my toothbrush. I put my tube to the side and stick the toothbrush in my mouth and start to scrub my teeth. While I’m busy scrubbing I hear Amy knocking at my door. How I knew it was her? Well; who else can it be?\n\n‘Yes?’ I say while scrubbing.\n‘Sonic can I come in please?’ she asks.\nBefore I reply I spit in my sink. ‘Yeah sure, I’m not naked or something.’\nShe opens the door and walks into my bathroom. ‘euhm do you have a spare toothbrush left for me? I lost mine because of … well you know who.’ She says. Yeah I know, no need for explanation there.\n‘Of course I’ve get one for you Amy.’ I reply. I open my small cupboard and take out a new toothbrush and give it to her. It’s the least I can do right now for her. I also present her a cup and my tube with pasta as well . She gladly takes it from me to put some on her toothbrush. Then she gets over to my left sink and places the toothbrush inside her mouth as well and starts to scrub too, I continue as well.\nIt feels strange having someone next to me. Heck it feels almost as having someone living with me. When someone mostly stands here next to me in my bathroom it’s usually Tails from one night of gaming (no, not a one night stand but playing video games). Yet with Amy if feels different. I’m sure she’s happy that she stands next to me here, I assume that because of her smile she has on her face while cleaning her teeth without even looking at me. It does give me a feeling she appreciate the things I do for her. We continue to clean our teeth without speaking to each other and after we get some water into our mouth and spit it out. I take my towel and clean my sink when I’m done, I give Amy another one to clean hers.\n\n‘Nice and fresh to go sleeping.’ I say when done.\n‘Yes indeed.’ She reply.\n\nWe walk out my bathroom and get to our chambers. I stand with my back at my door facing Amy.\n\n‘Well goodnight Amy.’ I wish her a good night.\n‘Goodnight too Sonic. Usually I never do that.\n‘Sleep well.’ she finishes and get into my spare room.\n\nI enter my room and start to strip myself and just wearing a pajama trouser. I will not wear a top because it’s too warm for that. Once done I get to my right side of the bed, open the sheets and get under it and put them on me. I close my eyes trying to get myself in sleep.\n\n*knock, knock, knock* I hear on the door. I open my eyes facing my door.\n‘Sonic, are you… awake?’ Amy asks from the other side.\n‘Huh? Amy is that you?’ I question sleepy. I rub my eyes to make myself a bit awake. Before I get up from my comfy couch I pressed a button on the remote to pause the program. I get up from my seat and get to the door. When I arrive I turn on the handle to open my door. When I opened it Amy Rose stands there with a small bag that probably has some of her clothes of her in it.
Amy and I have a long history behind our backs. If you might wonder how me met, I’ll just keep say a long story short: Me and Amy met on an small planet called little planet where she get captured and I saved her. To get back to the topic: why is she here you might wonder? Well her house has been destroyed by my arch nemesis Doctor Ivo Robotnick, yet the doctor prefers himself to be called Eggman. Me however pester him with saying Egghead of other insulting names. Of course he doesn’t likes it to be called as that but whatever it is what he is to me. Because her house has been destroyed she would have been stayed with Cream. But Cream is planning to move out to go to high school and so Amy had to move out too.  I felt some kind of compassion for her that she hasn’t a place to stay so I offered to her she could stay with me a little while. I mean what can go wrong in her just sleeping in my spare room?

‘Hello Sonic.’ Amy greeted me.
‘What’s up Amy?’ I smiled back at her.
‘Well apart from my house in piece and Cream moving out, I guess I’m doing fine.’ she says with a little sigh.
‘Yeah… sorry I shouldn’t have asks that.’ I replied feeling I asked something I shouldn’t have. I’m maybe the fastest thing alive, yet I’m not the fastest thinker alive.
‘It’s okay, can I come in?’ She wondered.
‘Of course, of course!’ I replied at her making room for her to enter. She stepped in.
‘Where can I put my bag Sonic?’ she question me
‘You can put it at my stairs and pick it later to my spare room if you like.’ I replied to her.
‘No, I rather want it have it where I’m going to stay for the night.’ She state. Well if she want that, that’s fine with me.
‘Okay, as you wish. Follow me.’ I instructed her.

I get upstairs to my spare room, she follows me. My spare room is on the opposite site of mine. I opened the door and she stepped in. My spare room has a one person bed, a small cupboard. There is also a small window to let in some light. She dropped her bag next to the bed.

‘If you need anything, you just need to give a call.’ I say and she nods with a smile. I want to give her some privacy. I leave the chamber and get back downstairs toward my living room and dropped myself into my sofa and press on the play button on my remote.
After about 5 minutes later, Amy came into my living room as well.

‘Watching sport again?’ She asks me.

We didn’t speak to each other while watching television, but I notice that as time makes progress the space between us becomes smaller, even though I remain on my spot. ‘You’re welcome, besides is the least I can do for you.’ I respond.

‘I’ve got a big responsibility with keeping everybody safe Amy.’ I say. Yes it’s what I do. Trying to protect innocents from evil scum. It’s harder than it looks.

Our conversation got quit as we continue to watch television. 45 minutes later there’s starting a new show that doesn’t grabs my attention. And by the way I notice how Amy looks at the screen; she doesn’t pays attention to it neither.

‘Sonic I’m bored, could we do something else?’ Amy says suddenly.
‘What do you want to do then? I ask her.
‘Would you like to play a board game?’ She questions me.

I went get over to my table and Amy came with four in a row, yeah she knows where I keep my board games. Still out of all the games I have she just has to pick that one. I don’t like that game. I mostly lose one way or the other. Tails has says it’s all matt but matt isn’t my strongest point. However just for once I’ll guess I’ll play along with her.

‘That game?’ I asks almost complaining.
‘Yes, why not? It’s a two person game. And this way it’s a fair advantage.’ She answers.
‘How so?’ I reply crossing my arms.
‘Because your tactic is based on improvising at the last moment, this game however you need to almost predict your opponents moves.’ She state. Man sometimes she’s just sounds as Tails at times. He also states this to me but in a different way, a way normal people don’t understand. Euh, I think I regret accepting to play a board game with her already. Amy opens the box and get out the plastic frame. Amy takes the yellow stones and I take red (well I don’t have a choice).

I start placing my stone in the middle and so we start to play. Even though I try my very best I just can’t seem to win. Amy seems to predict all my tactics and outsmart me when I least expect it, these goddamn diagonals mostly trick me . That’s also the reason I don’t really like this game. With Tails it’s nearly impossible to play because he already could see those rows filled before we even started.
Over 1 hour we play and I won 4 games out of 10 (because Amy sometimes has let me win when she saw my motivation was getting lower because I lost once three times a row). Luckily we didn’t bet for anything as if she would win I have to date her.

‘Man this game is so fucking stupid! I mostly lose at this.’ I complain.
‘You just can’t stand that you’re losing, that’s all.’ She rolls her eyes, yet she’s right, I dislike losing.
‘Losing sucks.’ I say crossing my hands. Yeah I’m not one that takes defeat as an answer. I never give up no matter how much I need to try.
‘Whenever there are winners, there are losers too. That’s always how games end Sonic.’ She reply back.
‘Yeah right’ I look away from her.
‘Oh don’t make such a big deal about it. It’s just a game.’ She state.
‘These math games are dumb, they should better ban them.’ I say almost demanding that.
‘It’s only because you lose at these kind of games. Tails likes them.’ She reply. So what if Tails likes them? I don’t.
‘If it would be a battle against Eggman, I would come out victorious.’ I state proudly.
‘Please, can you give me my fun for once?’ she say a bit annoyed.
‘Okay, fine. Well done Amy, you’ve won the game.’ I sarcastically respond.
‘Thank you Sonic.’ She reply in a way more of saying “yeah whatever”.

We stop playing the game and I put it back in its box. I’ll shall throw it in my trash can tomorrow if I don’t forget. I put it back in my cupboard. Because it’s really late in the evening we called it a day. I get upstairs while Amy follows me. We separate our paths once I stand in front of my bathroom door, she gets over to my spare room. ‘Yes?’ I say while scrubbing.
‘Sonic can I come in please?’ she asks.
Before I reply I spit in my sink. ‘Yeah sure, I’m not naked or something.’

It feels strange having someone next to me. Heck it feels almost as having someone living with me.
