Thus, the pair, after avoiding the many tall parasitic human creatures they both despised seeing as often as they did, they found themselves in the area the "kobolds" were supposed to be. As the two walked in, they found themselves stopped by a sentry, who immediately identified Ixen as a "really fat kobold without a tribe" with a rabbit slave.
The slight pissed off Yori, but the quick allegiance thankfully allowed the pair to bypass the many, many traps along the way thanks to the separate tunnels used for travel. With a few relaxing gestures from Ixen, she let it go, but only if he would pay her back for it later.
That "later" would be quite awhile though, as the moment they made their way through and met with the tribes leader, it was clear why the two were just let in. The shiny jewelry they had on their person and their fancy cloaks were of interest to the leader. He wanted their clothes! Plus, a big, plump, cocky kobold like Ixen would make for a good sex slave. Yori would be used as food, undoubtedly.
Obviously now being thoroughly insulted, Ixen and Yori immediately went on the offensive, attacking them on the spot. To be treated like prey and then told that they're only good as food and sex, proved to be enough. Taking on a grandiose pose and voice, Ixen began to fight back, his magic laying waste to many of the conclaves traps and members. But 1vs100 would only end one way, and with Yori all but unable to be protected, it didn't take long for Ixen to eventually get overwhelmed, beaten and pinned down. Yori herself was far to weak and pathetic to even need bindings for, something they were happy about!
The pair were stripped of their belongings, with Ixen being actively mocked and ridiculed for how much he propped himself up as being a king and outright better than the lot of them. The pair of former nobles finding themselves at the very bottom of the chain, as Yori was killed, only to have the enchantment revive her. Ixen similarly was found to never keep any lasting damage. Broken bones and deep scratches against his far softer and more malleable scales and belly just seemed to magically repair themselves. The sight of it intrigued and excited the tribe, as they began to use Yori as a cock sleeve alongside her husband.
Eventually, a group of "adventurers" came and saved the two, stopping the tribe thanks to their far greater number and skill between the two compared to the kobolds. With an unintentional rescue and getting their items back, Ixen and Yori both opted to allow for the worlds denizens to continue, no doubt in part due to the impressive showing of magic that the groups wizard displayed. Basic level stuff, but still good.
And with that they left. Another world, another failed attempt. Perhaps the two will be more successful next time...?
