You notice she is a vampire mare but wonder why she didn't attack or bite your neck.\n\n\n\nAs you ponder you see her moving to her tool cabinet showing her various sharped instruments playing with them as she turns her head slight at you. Thinking you were about to die then all of a sudden she jumped on you but wrapped her arms around you and gives you a smile. She tells you she's not going to use her surgical tools on you as it would be a \"waste on you\" but want to \"savor you\" instead showing you that a vampire surgeon mare can get something else besides blood from you in the \"efficient way\" as well as pleasing her.\n\n\n\nSo if you managed to satisfy her she would allow you to leave \"unharmed\" with a \"happy ending\" but failure to do so results in her ending you by ripping your heart out with her bare hands instead.
