There's a whole lotta big-butted boys out there lately! What self-respecting salacious supervillain wouldn't join in the fun with a little chemically-induced hipsplosion?
The girl there is Brooke, a rookie super heroine still in high school. Possessing super strength but little to no experience, she began arching Nori as per their assignment to one another. Expecting a badass puppy-kicker, Brooke- dubbed Valorous Vim in costume- was bitterly disappointed with her villain's lack of evil. Nevertheless, she took to wrecking his place and fighting his goons anyway, even if all his plans were incredibly lame.
However, over time, their hijinx led to feelings that neither of them could explain. He rather enjoyed her presence around the castle, even if it was hostile, and she found his demeanor to be goofy but sweet. Now they balance a secret relationship while publically battling one another.
She also rather likes that he's a bit of a bitch that likes getting plowed by a huge strap-on.

Brooke is a superhero, dammit. So what if she's not old enough to legally smoke or drink yet, she can pick up a car and throw it! It didn't seem fair that everyone was still treating her like a kid. Even other heroes treated her like she didn't know her cape from her ears, classifying her as a hardcore rookie and giving her villains that were less like training wheels and more like a rocking horse. She had one of the most famous heroes as her trainer, and yet the worst crime she gets to stop is some weirdo balloon fetishist whose own minions seem to think he's a joke? Ugh.
Valorous Vim might have heart, but what she doesn't have yet is experience. And unfortunately for her, she's still to young to even know she needs it! All she can think of is showing up her older sister, another heroine whose powers revolve around charming her foes into an absolute stupor. Nori was such a non-threat it was almost an insult, making Brooke feel like nobody was taking her seriously. With the exception of one person. Nori always made sure to have dastardly, if hilariously incompetent, schemes prepared for her, and even if his erections ruined his rare menacing moments, he tried his best for her.
Over time she actually started to realize he wasn't just excited by his lame plots and actually -attracted- to her, and some feelings of her own began to bloom ever so slowly. They currently enjoy a very quiet secret relationship, with the lame villain showing her a bit of what it means to actually grow up while still sheltering her from the true villainy she only thinks she can handle. But, she keeps nagging him to switch sides to join her, and he can only give her the same excuses for so long before she makes an ultimatum...
