\n [i]Two months and two weeks later...[/i]\n\n\nShifu’s arrival on the Obsidian Palace was a surprise. However, it was a welcomed surprise, as him and Trancing Rhino went way back, and they were probably the best of friends in China, if the way the two greeted each other with a warm hug was any indication.\n\nShifu had come to check on Po’s progress, once the panda had been there for weeks, and he wanted to confirm if the panda had actually made any progress or if he slacked off like he did back on the Jade Palace.\n\n“Well, he tried slacking off at first.” Rhino confessed, “But, I did put the fella on his place. You know I’m good at keeping my students in check.”\n\nYes, Shifu knew well. He only needed to look around to see every student on the main training areas, performing their training routines with a diligence that honestly made Shifu a little envious. Trancing Rhino was certainly the best when it came to make sure his students were training properly and being disciplined.\n\nThat was why he trusted he would be able to finally make Po take his training more seriously.\n\n“Your panda is doing pretty well, to be honest.” Trancing Rhino said, “At this rate, he will ascend very soon... by the way, Shifu...” Rhino looked at the smaller master. “How come you never told him that a Dragon Warrior can eventually ascend to Dragon Master after training enough?”\n\nYes, it was true. This was a part of the Dragon Warrior legend that, while not being necessarily a secret, was also not common knowledge. Dragon Warrior was some kind of “first stage”, one that was given to the person chosen by Oogway. However, upon enough training and achievements, and upon reaching one’s true ultimate potential, they would eventually leave this title behind, and acquired the even greater title of Dragon Master.\n\nThe title of the supreme fighter who had the power and soul of a dragon on their mortal body.\n\nThis would be the ultimate goal of Po... if he knew about it.\n\nShifu confessed to him that the subject simply never came up with Po, as he preferred to let the panda train due to his own desire of becoming stronger, and because he didn’t want to let Po get corrupted with ambition, like Tai Lung before him.\n\nAlso, after the Celestia Phoenix and magic shoes incident, he thought it was better not to let Po be tempted into trying to give a step bigger than his legs.\n\n“Have you... told him?” Shifu asked, to what Rhino shrugged.\n\n“I thought he would be more motivated to train harder if he knew.” He said simply, “It seems to be working so far. He is training very diligently. By the way, want to see his progress? He is on one of the training rooms with Tao right now.”\n\nShifu certainly wanted to see how his student had been progressing. Rhino guided Shifu all the way to the room where the Dragon Warrior and Rhino’s best student were training together.\n\nThere they were, repeating the same routine of movements and poses with perfect synch. So perfect, in fact, that it was somewhat unsettling. They both stopped and stood into attention as soon as Rhino said a command to the two, as they waited for his next command.\n\nShifu, on his end, could only look at them both in surprise...\n\n“Are they... naked?” Shifu asked, taking in how neither of them was wearing pants, or even underwear.\n\n“Yes, I thought clothing would get on their way.” Rhino said to him. “Besides, did you notice how hot it is today? I thought they would be more comfortable. I mean, they are both adults, right?”\n\nShifu didn’t knew how to answer to that. As they came closer, the master had yet another surprise.\n\n“Are those chastity cages?” Shifu said, as he took noticed of the metal contraptions that both the panda and the leopard had on their private parts.\n\n“To keep them from getting distracted.” Rhino explained with all naturality of the world. “All of my students use them under their clothes. Had to have Po’s one custom forged, since they usually don’t make them this small for a guy his size.”\n\nShifu thought it made sense... in a strange way. Soon, however, he was having a word with Po, asking how his time with Rhino had been. The panda, with a smile on his face, didn’t wasted time in answering to the small master, saying that he had a great time with Trancing Rhino, and that he was thankful for him to help him become better and, one day, become the Dragon Master he was destined to be.\n\nHe even thanked Shifu for the awesome chance of knowing Trancing Rhino and being trained by him.\n\nWell, it seemed Po was enjoying his time there more than Shifu ever imagined. He sent Po there to be put in shape by Rhino’s stern training methods, but he didn’t expect the panda to actually come to [i]enjoy[/i] being trained so rigorously, as he clearly seemed to by the smile on his face and the look on his blue eyes... wait a minute...\n\nBlue!?\n\nBut Po’s eyes had always been green!!!\n\n“Po, your eyes!” Shifu said in surprise, as he took in the change on the coloration of the panda’s iris. “What-”\n\nPo didn’t had time to ask anything, as he was spun around, and forced to look at Trancing Rhino right as the spirals on his horn started to glow and spin.\n\n“Shifu...” He said, making sure the eyes of the red panda were on his face. On his horn. “You came here to check on Po’s progress, and you are happy with what you saw so far.”\n\n“I-I...” Shifu said, his eyes changing from their regular color to the same blue as Po, Tao, and everyone else on the Obsidian Palace other than Trancing Rhino himself.\n\n“I am... happy with what I saw...”\n\n“You are happy with Po’s progress...”\n\n“I... am happy with Po’s progress...” Shifu repeated, his voice becoming distant as he echoed what Trancing Rhino was saying.\n\n“Yes...” Trancing Rhino said, “In fact, you are so happy with how I’m training him that, instead of just three months, you will leave the panda under my care for [i]a whole year[/i], so I can truly make him the Dragon Master he is meant to be. Do you understand?”\n\nShifu was looking at him, and he said:\n\n“Yes... Po will stay here with you... for a year. Please, continue training him. Help him become the Dragon Master he is meant to be.”\n\nTrancing Rhino smirked.\n\n“I will, you can be sure of that.” Rhino said, “Now, since you are here, why don’t we have a [i]private meeting[/i] on my bedchambers? We haven’t had one since the last time we saw each other, after all.”\n\nShifu looked at him, and he smiled.\n\n“Yes... a private meeting... sounds good... I do love our private meetings...”\n\n“I know you do.” Trancing Rhino said, “So, let’s go to my chambers, yes? You know the way.”\n\n“Yes, master...” Shifu said, and walked in direction to the door, taking the familiar route to the bedroom of Trancing Rhino. Meanwhile, Rhino, before going right after Shifu, said to both Tao and Po:\n\n“You two are doing very well, continue your training for two more hours and then come to my chambers to join me and Shifu.”\n\nThe panda and leopard both answered with “yes, master!” and immediately went back to practicing.\n\nTrancing Rhino smirked to himself, before turning around and walking to his chambers alongside his favorite pinch-sized plaything in China...",

One of the most famous landmarks of Asia. A set of majestic mountains on the Northwest of China. Said to be the home of the deity Khan Tengri, who resided on the seconds tallest of its peaks, making it a popular place for peregrination and adoration for the followers of the Lord of All Spirits.
The mountains themselves were as majestic as a mountain range can be. Being a target of wonder, admiration and awe of everyone who came to see them.
Save, of course, when you were a person who had to travel through those mountains all by yourself with the sun shining high above your head so hot that it felt like your brain would be deep-fried if you didn’t find a shade on the next thirty minutes.
Like a certain panda who was currently panting and groaning to himself, wondering why was it that he had to be forced to do through such a probation.
Po was definitely not the most athletic of guys. He was the Dragon Warrior and all, but he was not made for long travels on foot. Especially when the terrain he had to walk through was as irregular as the one of a mountain range.
The fact he was carrying an oversized backpack on him with all of the things he could possibly need during the travel certainly didn’t helped. Neither did the fact that Po ate the last of his food on the previous day, and had to go the rest of this day without a decent meal. The rumbling of his stomach could be heard all around the mountains.
Well, at least the guys in there will know I’m at the door. Po thought to himself as he forced himself to continue the travel, his feet killing him as much as his stomach, and his body so sweaty that his fur and shorts were completely damp.
You would expect a mountain range not to be so hot...
Po was relieved when he finally saw the place he was supposed to go on a distance. It was a big building. Bigger than the Jade Palace, and completely build in a way that the predominant color in there was black. As Po came closer, rushing to be able to get in there and end his journey as fast as possible, he could see that the walls were made of a special type of marble, black as the night and with crimson red veins running all over it, what did gave the place a little of a creepy, eerie air.
However, tired as Po was, he could not bother to actually notice if the place he was going to was creepy or not, if it meant he would get a cool shade to rest, a big jug of water to drink and a generous plate of food to eat.
Po was nearly ready to vomit when he arrived at the gates, black and crimson like the rest of the walls, and as imposing as the whole edification proved to be. Once Po managed to swallow back his vomit and recompose himself, he could take a moment to admire the temple he just arrived into.
Yeah, this was the Obsidian Palace, alright.
Po decided to go acclimatizing with the place, she this was where he would be spending the next three months.
Now, don’t you go thinking that Po decided to there on his own. I mean, he wasn’t one to complain about the place or anything, but he was not there by his own initiative. This was all Shifu’s doing.
Shifu got really mad at Po. All because lately Po has been skipping training and making more breaks to rest and to eat. He also mentioned something about Po leaving food crumbs all over the Hall of Heroes, as well as spilling sticky creamy rice all over Oogway’s staff.
Po had grown used to have Shifu yelling at him, but he was not ready to hear what Shifu said to him on that day.
“You’re sending me away!?” Po asked, shocked.
“For three months.” Shifu confirmed, glaring at the panda.
“B-but you can’t! I mean, I’m the Dragon Warrior! I need to protect the Valley! And I need to help my Dad with the restaurant, and I need to stay here so I’ll not miss on the delivery of the new scroll of the adventures of Master Wung.”
“Me and the Five will stay here.” Shifu said to the panda. “Your father has that new helper on his restaurant, and he will be fine, and I’m sure the world will not end if you miss a few scrolls of those ridiculous stories. There will be no problem for you to stay away for only three months.”
“But-”
“This lack of discipline of yours has gone too far, panda!” Shifu cut Po off before he could properly protest. “You’ve been skipping training, and this is reflecting on your fighting style. Don’t try to pretend not to notice you gotten slower on the previous weeks! And your arms are starting to get flabbier! I tried dealing with you the best I could, but I reached my last nerve with you! I’m sending you to the Obsidian Palace for three months. You will be training under Master Trancing Rhino.”
“Master Trancing Rhino!? You mean that Master Trancing Rhino!?” Po asked, all of sudden growing excited, but this excitement was quickly shot down by the words of the small red panda he called his master.
“Rhino is an old friend of mine. I already talked with him through letters about your case, and he is fully in agreement with the idea. You will meet few masters on the whole China who can discipline and train others as well as he does. I’m sure that he will take care of you.” Shifu said.
“Believe me, panda. Three months with him will certainly be good for you. You will see. Trancing Rhino will certainly whip your body and mind into shape.”
Whip my body and mind into shape... I’m not sure if I like the sound of that. Po thought to himself back on the day Shifu announced him he would be leaving. Then he thought it a second time on the following day, when he was departing in direction to the Obsidian Palace. And now, as he stood before the great gates of the kung fu temple, Po caught himself thinking that once again.
Po still didn’t understood why he had to come all the way there just to train. I mean, he could train on the Jade Palace. So what if he made a few breaks to eat and recover his breath? Wasn’t that important so he would be able to continue training without collapsing?
Also, being the great warrior who saved China and the Valley of Peace over a few dozens of times already, didn’t he had the right to take a break from training at one moment or another?
Shifu was overreacting. There was no need to send him away from home for three whole months just to train. He would be losing a lot of the editions of his favorite stories! I mean, come on!
It didn’t seemed necessary at all.
Well, on the bright sight, Po would have this one in a lifetime chance to meet one of the most legendary kung fu masters on China... That was always a plus.
Po decided to just knock on the door and see if someone would open.
No one did.
Then Po knocked again.
Once more, there was no answer from the guys on the other side.
Had they not heard him?
“Hey!” Po said, banging on the door with a closed fist. “Hey! Heeeeeeey! Anyone home? Heeeeeeeeeeeeeey!”
Suddenly, there was a long sound coming from the door, as if it was unlocking. The whole door jolted, and Po took a step back as the massive black and red doors opened ever so slowly, allowing Po to take a look inside of the place.
When the doors stopped, Po only looked at the inside, before looking down at the person who opened the door.
The bunny was wearing a robe of the same black and red colors of the rest of the temple. It actually combined a little with his golden fur. A little bit...
“May I help you?” The bunny asked in a very formal way to the newcomer, looking up at him with his blue eyes. Po was a little awkward for a moment, before he eventually spoke to the bunny:
“Uhhh, I’m Po, the Dragon Warrior... Shifu sent me to stay here for three months. You know, kind of an exchange kung fu student program?”
The bunny looked at him for a few moments, and then he opened a friendly smile to the panda.
“Ah, Dragon Warrior.” He said, his voice sounding friendly, but somehow distant and emotionless. “Yes, we were informed of your arrival. Master Trancing Rhino has been waiting for you. Please, come inside.”
Po didn’t needed to be told twice. As he walked inside, the bunny closed the doors behind the panda, and the heavy sound of the doors locking could be hear. It did sound a bit ominous...
“Please, follow me.” The bunny said, and soon Po was following him deeper into the temple.
Once inside, Po could take in how big and amazing the place was. The Obsidian Palace, before being a kung fu temple, used to be the fortress of an evil warlord who tried to take over that region of China with an army of enslaved soldiers. It certainly looked like a fortress from the inside, nearly a small town on its own right. Complete with small houses where people slept, as well as places to eat and, of course, the toilets. It certainly looked like it could house an entire army.
And an army was what the group of students training all around seemed, all of them wearing the same black and red robes as the bunny.
Their voices rose and echoed into the walls of the fortress as they continued training. Some of them were sparring, showing great skill as they fought in pairs, in trios or even in quads. Others of them were repeating routines, practicing kung fu moves as they synchronized themselves by repeating words and syllables as they made each one of the movements they were practicing, making them seem like one single person.
And they actually did, with the way they made those perfectly synchronized movements of theirs. From small bunnies to the big elephants. From the feathered birds to the reptiles of smooth and shinning scales. All of them moved with the utmost discipline, making their movements, punches, kicks and screams in perfect synchronicity.
Their synchrony was so perfect that Po was starting to find it unsettling...
“HALT!”
Po nearly jumped out of his shorts when he heard that booming voice resound all over the place. His backpack fell loudly into the ground, making a loud sound as everything Po had stored inside clattered to the ground. At the same time, everyone on the temple stopped on their tracks, and they remained frozen in place, nearly as if paused, for a full two seconds, before they all stood in perfect position, all of them standing like soldiers waiting for the next command of their general. All of them facing the same direction.
Even the bunny who scouted Po inside was now standing into attention, straight and stiff as a board, as he looked in the same direction as everyone else.
Looking at where everyone was looking, Po could see two figures standing on the top of a long flight of stairs. They stood there for a few moments, before they started to make their way down those stairs.
Po looked at the two figures as they made their way towards him, and he was able to take a good look at those two figures approaching.
The first one was a rhino. He looked mostly like most rhinos do, with grey thick skin and a big, imposing horn. As the rhino approached, Po could tell that there was a pattern engraved on the horn, looking like spirals. The Rhino looked the same type of robe as the rest of the people of the temple, with the difference that his robe also had golden details in it, as if to mark him as more than a mere student. Behind his big horn, his pair of yellow eyes focused on the panda as he approached.
“At ease!” The rhino said loud and, as one, all of the animals who stopped on their tracks and stood in attention, relaxed ever so slightly, and they all just stood there, as if they were waiting for the next command.
Po looked at them, with a raised eyebrow, before his attention was call by the Rhino’s voice.
“Master Po, the Dragon Warrior, I presume.” The rhino said once he was within close range to the panda. He was smiling warmly at the panda as he approached. “You don’t know how much I looked forward to finally having the chance to meet you.”
“Oh, thanks.” Po said, “And you are him. You are him, aren’t you? I mean, you must be, since you are the only rhino around here. I mean, not that I’m one to make assumptions or anything, but you are him, aren’t you? You got the spirals on your horn and everything, just like Thundering Rhino had the clouds. Oh, you are him!”
“So, I assume this means you heard of me, just as I heard of you.” The rhino said to the panda, the friendly smile never leaving his face.
“You kidding? Of course I heard about you!” Po said, sounding as excited as he usually was when he met another famous kung fu master. “You are the Grandmaster Trancing Rhino! One of the greatest apprentices of Master Flying Rhino! You are the one who fought the tarantulas of the Gorge of Despair! You are the one who freed the Danbao village from the oppressive grip of the Twin Boar Warlords! And you are the one who defeated the terrible Cao Zhao!”
“I know the whole story! Cao Zhao was a terrible chi sorcerer who used his evil chi magic to create an object of immense power, the Zhao Sapphire! The Sapphire had the power to cause anyone who looked at it to be put into a magic trance in which they would be slaves to the will of whoever was the one holding the sapphire. He had enslaved half of the province when you arrived to fight him and stop his evil plots! You stormed into his fortress, fighting all of the enslaved minions without harming them with the use of your Gentle Horn Technique. Then you faced Cao Zhao. He tried to use the Sapphire on you, but then you charged at him with your legendary Hard Horn Strike! You destroyed the Zhao Sapphire, freed everyone he had enslaved and brought Cao Zhao into justice! Then you took over the place that once was Cao Zhao’s fortress and turned it into the Obsidian Palace, where you now pass down the teachings of kung fu to all of your students!”
Po said, all the while a movie of the adventure he just narrated played into his head, with the rhino looking at him all the while.
“You made your proper research about me, I see.” Rhino said to him, and Po continued:
“Oh, I sure did! And I also know that, when you destroyed the Zhao Sapphire, part of its magic got embedded into your horn. As a result, you gained a unique mystical power. Your horn has a small portion of the mind-controlling powers of the Sapphire, and it allows you to take control over others!”
“But your control is very limited. You can only control others who are within close distance of you, and only for short amounts of time. Still, this ability to control others has allowed you to defeat some of the most terrible foes China has ever seen with your unique style: the Trancing Horn Style.”
“My, my.” Rhino said as he looked at the panda. “The Dragon Warrior himself knows practically all that there’s to know about me. This is a great honor.”
Po couldn’t help but giggle. It didn’t matter for how long he has been the Dragon Warrior, Po was still a kung fu fanboy at heart. The kind who acted like a complete child when he was in the presence of someone as famous as the legendary Trancing Rhino. Some thought it to be annoying, some thought it to be endearing, the Rhino himself seemed mildly amused, if the chuckle he was making was of any indication.
“Anyways, be welcome to the Obsidian Palace.” Rhino said to him, bowing to the panda, and the panda promptly returned his bow, and then Trancing Rhino introduced the person with him.
“This is Tao, my star student.” He said as he gestured to the leopard by his side. He was very muscular, as it was possible to see since he was shirtless. His fur was golden in coloration, with multiple blackish-brown spots all over him. He was wearing a pair of black pants and red shoes. His features were strong and sharp, and he looked intently at the panda with his blue eyes, before he bowed his head respectfully.
“Welcome to our palace, Master Po. It is an honor to know such a skilled and honored warrior, and I look forward to training alongside you.”
Po couldn’t help but blush a bit, as he bowed back to the leopard, and then Trancing Rhino spoke:
“Well, since you have arrived, would you like to take a look around the Obsidian Palace? You know, to get acclimated with your home for the next three months?”
“Yes, please!” Po said, maybe a bit more eagerly than he should. Rhino, on his end, seemed to appreciate his eagerness, and he was only happy to go look around the Obsidian Palace. He was particularly keen on seeing where the kitchen was, and what kind of foods they would be serving during lunch.
“RESUME!” Rhino yelled, making Po jump. As he yelled that, the whole palace went back into movement. All of the students who had been training returned to their business as if they had never stopped at all. Po looked at them, seeing how they resumed doing what they had been just before.
Wow, it is like those guys are the imperial guard or something... Po thought as he saw how precise those guys were. Does Trancing Rhino really runs that tight of a ship around here? But he seems so chill...
“Dragon Warrior!” The rhino said, calling the panda’s attention. “Aren’t you coming?”
“Oh! Right away!” Po said, before he rushed to catch up with Rhino and with Tao. The three of them walked out of the training area of the Obsidian Palace, leaving the other students to continue their training routine with military precision and discipline.
This place is bigger than the Jade Palace! Was the thought on Po’s head as Trancing Rhino and Tao gave him a full tour across the black kung fu temple. From the many training rooms and arenas inside to the meditation rooms, from the restrooms and build-in bathhouses and steam rooms to the kitchens.
The place truly made good to all the stories that went on around this place, which said it was a temple to the art of kung fu that could rival the emperor’s palace. What actually made sense, when you took into account that the place was originally ordered to be build by an evil sorcerer who wanted to take over Asia to serve as his main base.
“This place is so awesome!” Po said once they were done seeing practically everything that there was to see, with the only thing left for them to see being the sleeping quarters. Which were numerous.
“I’m glad it is to your liking, Dragon Warrior.” Rhino said to the panda, guiding him across the students’ barracks, until they stopped at a pair of double sliding doors. “Hope your bedroom is to your taste as well. I had it prepared for you on the day Shifu’s message arrived.”
As soon as the doors opened, Po was allowed to take a look on his bedroom.
And he was not disappointed.
“Woaaaah! Awesome!” Po blurted out, and he soon was taking a look at his new bedroom. It was big and spacious, and it had a comfortable bed and a huge closet for his clothes. And it had a window that opened to allow him to see the mountain range on the distance, making for quite a nice sight.
“This is one of the best bedrooms on the student area of the dorms.” Rhino said as Po ran around his new bedroom, taking in every detail, from the big and comfy bed to the intricate designs in red carved on the black walls, which looked like the roots of an ancient tree. “It is actually the third best bedroom on the Palace. The second best is Tao’s, just at the end of this hallway. The best of them all is deeper on the temple, and it is, obviously, my bedroom. I ask you to not go in there unless I specifically invite you.”
“I got my own bathtub!” Po said, speaking of the tub that was on the corner of his bedroom. It was a tub that had been sculpted of the same black and red material as the walls and floor of his bedroom. In fact, it seemed that the tub had been sculpted right off the wall. “I can bathe on my own bedroom!”
Rhino looked at him, wondering, for a moment, if the panda had heard him, before he decided to just let go of the issue.
“Anyways, you can enjoy your free day. Training will be starting tomorrow morning, and make no mistake, I may have given you one of the best rooms we have because of your title, but I’ll not go any easier on you than on any other of my students.”
“Oh, so I got the rest of the day to do as I want? Sweet! Shifu would be making walk on coal by now.” Po said, as he was still examining the tub. “Hey, is this tap here to bring water from the outside? Is if part of the Obsidian Palace’s internal plumbing system thingy? The one Cao Zhao developed himself? Does it works? Woah, it does! The water comes right out! Man, that guy could be one crazy evil sorcerer, but he was a genius!”
Rhino and Tao both looked at the panda for a few moments, before Rhino wished the Dragon Warrior as good evening.
“And I recommend you tuck in to sleep early.” The Rhino said, “Our mornings here start quite early.”
“Yeah, yeah. I’ll be in bed early.” Po said to the departing rhino...
“Man... I just finished my last scroll!” Po whined, “Man, I should have brought more of them... Maybe they’ll let me go down to the nearby village to buy some more? Wait, what time is it?”
Po finally looked up from his scrolls with kung fu stories, and he saw that it gotten really dark really fast. The light of the lantern he had been using until now cast a luminosity on the bedroom Po was give, making the place seem a bit eerie, in Po’s humble Dragon Warrior opinion.
Looking outside, and seeing the position of the moon, Po calculated it was probably around midnight or so. Or, it would be in a little while. Maybe it was better to go to sleep. Rhino seemed rather serious when he spoke of how early mornings were in there. Well, not as if Po was stranger to early mornings. I mean, Shifu made everyone present for training as soon as the sun rose.
Po went to bed, blew the light on the lantern out, and he was soon as out as that light, snoring away on his bed.
He was able to get some sleep.
Until the gong woke him up.
Not the gong that sounded on the distance. That one did not woke the panda up. However, the second, smaller gong, rang literally right by the side of Po’s head, jolted the panda awake, and made him fell out of his bed while he cried out in alarm.
“What!? What happened!? What is it!? Is Temutai attacking the Valley again!?”
Po looked over, and he caught the sight of a rhino standing by the side of her bed. For a second, he thought it was Hundun, who had sneaked into his bedroom and was planning to get revenge on him. However, he soon realized that this rhino was someone else, as his horn was longer than Rundun’s... and had spiral patterns carved into it.
Trancing Rhino kept in there, with his hands behind his back as he looked at the panda, a bear servant standing by his side holding the small gong that was sounded to wake the Dragon Warrior up.
“Uhhh, hi?” Po said, to what Trancing Rhino answered with:
“The morning gong rang twenty minutes ago, Dragon Warrior. You are late for the morning warmups.”
“Wait, what?” Po asked, looking and realizing it was still dark. He looked at the window, and he realized that it was still a starry night outside. “It is not morning!”

Shifu certainly wanted to see how his student had been progressing. Rhino guided Shifu all the way to the room where the Dragon Warrior and Rhino’s best student were training together.

“Yes...” Trancing Rhino said, “In fact, you are so happy with how I’m training him that, instead of just three months, you will leave the panda under my care for a whole year, so I can truly make him the Dragon Master he is meant to be. Do you understand?”
Shifu was looking at him, and he said:
“Yes... Po will stay here with you... for a year. Please, continue training him. Help him become the Dragon Master he is meant to be.”
Trancing Rhino smirked.
“I will, you can be sure of that.” Rhino said, “Now, since you are here, why don’t we have a private meeting on my bedchambers? We haven’t had one since the last time we saw each other, after all.”
Shifu looked at him, and he smiled.
“Yes... a private meeting... sounds good... I do love our private meetings...”
“I know you do.” Trancing Rhino said, “So, let’s go to my chambers, yes? You know the way.”
“Yes, master...” Shifu said, and walked in direction to the door, taking the familiar route to the bedroom of Trancing Rhino. Meanwhile, Rhino, before going right after Shifu, said to both Tao and Po:
“You two are doing very well, continue your training for two more hours and then come to my chambers to join me and Shifu.”
The panda and leopard both answered with “yes, master!” and immediately went back to practicing.
Trancing Rhino smirked to himself, before turning around and walking to his chambers alongside his favorite pinch-sized plaything in China...",
