Welcome back. Today, I’ll be talking about my thoughts and more on the bonus chapter of Spike’s CYOSA.

Making this:
Twispike was a very popular ship in the fandom, so of course I’d try to make a chapter based on this ship. The original idea was to have Spike restrained while Twilight did some “tests” on Spike’s new body, but I realized there weren’t many choice options. So I rewrote the story to have Twilight make a potion and Spike helping.

For the lab map, I used sfm_alexlab.bsp, which is available on the SFM workshop. I lowered the vanilla lighting and added my own lights. For Spike’s room, I used RD’s room (with a few obvious props removed), and for the Power Ponies, I used afd_warehouse.bsp. Yep, it’s the same one used in Meet the Heavy.

The fact that there was a model for Dragon Twilight excited me, and I wanted to use it in this chapter. I just hope someone will make the rest of the Mane 6 as dragons, especially Rarity.  

Problems:
Remember in my previous chapter that some of the choices were too one sided. I tried to avoid that in this chapter. The problem was that some people complained that the choices were too vague. I would like to point out that there are some cases in a Choose-your-own-adventure story that the consequences of your actions aren’t so obvious. For example, you don’t know how people are going to react if you choose to wear red socks instead of blue, or if you choose to use a sword instead of a bow.

Another problem I had was the anthros in the last few pages. I had so many models spawned at once that it dropped the framerate to about 10 fps. I had to make some of the models invisible when working on the others. Thankfully, this is only going to be one of the few times I have anthros in this comic. When they’ll show up again is up to you, the viewers, to decide.

Alternate beginnings:
These are based off the endings to Chapter two.

“Arrived on time” beginning
Previous Chapter 2 ending needed: “Get ready for Twilight”
Spike casually walks to the lab. He arrives on time, much to Twilight’s surprise. She’ll joke about how his growth made him more aware of the time. Spike sarcastically laughs.

“Barely arrived on time” beginning (The “canon” one)
Previous Chapter 2 ending needed: “Yet another dragon to mate”
Spike hurries to the lab. He barely makes it on time, out of breath. Twilight is dully surprised by this, and jokingly asks if the Power Ponies defeated Mane-iac too quickly. Before Spike could answer, Twilight says she doesn’t need to know what happens in the comics.

Alternate endings:
If you chose to talk about Ember, Spike will say how he really enjoyed his time with Ember. Twilight will then say she’s amazed about how dragons can grow when they have sex for the first time. She hopes to visit Ember sometime to talk about it.

If you chose to talk about school, Spike will say that the class went pretty well, but he wonders why Twilight gave him the Sex-ed course. As it turns out, Twilight gave Spike that by mistake. She was going to teach that herself today, but Spike managed to save her from any awkwardness. Spike will also ask if it’s possible for a dragon to impregnate a changeling/yak if he chose Ocellus/Yona in Chapter 2.

If you chose to talk about Smolder, Spike will point out that he was helping Smolder out earlier, so that’s why he was late. Twilight then believes he was helping her out in the tea party course, and that Smolder was having trouble in it ever since she stuck out the wrong finger in one exam. Spike would also ask why Silverstream was absent during the lecture. Twilight would reply that Silverstream’s father forbid her to take the course because in Hippogriff culture, a Hippogriff must not learn nor experience sexual intercourse until they’ve reached 18 years of age. Spike would then as what was Silverstream’s age. 

For these endings, there are two parts: A and B. Part A is the lab ending, while Part B is the room ending.

“Successful potion” ending A
If the potion turns out well, Twilight will have the strength and endurance of a dragon, just like the recipe said. Then there would be a montage of tests. Twilight running, getting hit by Spike’s fireball, running while getting hit by Spike’s fireball, all without breaking a sweat. After she checks everything off the list, Spike is given a choice to suggest something or stay quiet. If he stays quiet, Twilight will declare the potion a success and dismiss Spike. Spike heads back into his room, thinking about if it’s possible to turn into a dragon.

“SUCCessful potion” ending A
Spike will suggest something. When Twilight asks what it is, Spike will nervously say “sex.” Twilight is surprised by this and asks if it’s a good idea. Spike will then say that dragons have high stamina and endurance during sex, so it would be a good idea to try it out. When Twilight asks who told him that, two things can happen. One thing, he’ll blurt out Smolder’s name. This shocks Twilight, and she asks him if he had sex with Smolder. He’ll deny it and say that Smolder just told him, and there was no sexual relationship with her (he was lying though). This happens only if Spike had sex with Smolder. If he didn’t then he’ll say he remembered reading it in a book. Twilight will then tell Spike to remind her to keep the adult books away from him.

Twilight and Spike will have sex, and after Spike cums (choices here are in vagina, anus, or outside), Twilight will pass out. Spike will point out that the potion might not have been as effective as the recipe said. He cleans up everything and leaves.

“How to cuddle your dragon” ending A
If Spike chose the wrong ingredient, Twilight will turn into a dragon. Shocked by this, Twilight will double-check the recipe, only to discover Spike gave her the wrong ingredient. Spike defends by saying that the bottles were improperly labeled, so he couldn’t tell the difference. Twilight will then see if there’s a reverse potion. As she’s doing that, Spike will notice how attractive she looks, and he’ll start to approach her from behind. His choices are to resist or proceed. If he proceeds, he’ll hug Twilight from behind. This surprises Twilight. She turns around and hugs him back, and she’ll asks if he likes her new dragon form. From there, Spike can either stop hugging or keep going. If he chooses to stop, he’ll say he likes it. Then Twilight will change the subject and continue looking for the reversal potion recipe.

“How to mate with your dragon” ending A
If Spike keeps going, he’ll say he loves it so much. In fact, he wants to try this new body out. Twilight will put two and two together and realize he wants to have sex with her. Before she could intervene, Spike kisses her on the lips. Soon enough, the two engage in sexual intercourse.

After Spike cums (choices here are in vagina, anus, or outside), Twilight will pass out. Spike will then say he had the same experience during his first time as well. He cleans up everything and leaves a note for Twilight saying she should keep the dragon potion recipe in mind.

“How to kiss your dragon” ending A
If Spike chooses to resist, he’ll say to himself that he’s “not that kind of dragon.” Twilight will find the reversal potion recipe, and the duo will make it. Before Twilight drinks it, Spike can either ask her something first or just let her drink the potion. If he chooses to ask, he’ll ask to kiss Twilight. Twilight will accept, and Spike will kiss Twilight on the lips. Twilight blushes, and Spike will apologize saying he needed to get it out of his system. She’ll delay for a moment, and then drink the potion.

“How to leave your dragon alone” ending A
If Spike let’s her drink the potion, then Twilight will revert back into her pony form. She then dismisses Spike.

Spike will then ask Twilight to write down the recipe for the dragon potion. If Spike hugged her, kissed her, or both, Twilight will consider it. If he didn’t Twilight will say no.

“Comic book” ending B
As Spike enters his room, he gets ready for bed, only to realize he’s too big for his bed now. A short while later, he borrows one of Twilight’s mattresses and Starlight’s blankets. Realizing it is kind of early for him to go to bed, he decides to either read a comic or go to bed early. If he chooses comic, Spike will read a Power Pony issue where the Power Ponies turn into anthros, and he’ll fall asleep just when an anthro Mane-iac starts kissing Humdrum. The chapter ends here.

“Dreamtime” ending B
If Spike decides to sleep early, he’ll start to dream. If he didn’t have sex with Twilight earlier, his dream will be about having sex with Twilight as a dragon. If he did have sex with Twilight, then his dream will be about having a threesome with Ember and Twilight. If he had sex with Smolder, then it’ll be a foursome. The chapter ends here.

Bonus scene
If Spike had sex with Twilight (Pony or Dragon), Twilight will wake up and notice Spike had left. From there, Twilight will start to put things away, but she can’t decide where to start. It’s at this point she says, “That’s strange. I feel like I should let somepony else make my decisions.” The chapter ends here.

For those of you who wanted to see some Twilight and Spike action, here’s a picture of Twilight riding Spike. Also, one commentator pointed out that Dragon Twilight looked taller than Ember. This picture proves they’re the same height.
