After finding success, she opened a coffee shop (modeled after french-quarter architect), and a third location. And eventually she made the rank of Shokunin (artisan).\nHowever, as she found success in this city, she became homesick, even to the point she would try to call her mother, using the Louisiana French (or Cajun French) she grew up around, but she could never get an answer. Until an old cousin finally got to reconnect.\nBut unfortunately, She learned a hard reality; The reason she was unable to reach her mom, was because her mom died two years ago. This shook, her, causing her to take a leave of absence, and return to Lafayette.\n\nHer Dad was born in the deep swampy areas of Lousiana, where they still predominantly spoke Cajun French, in addition to being Cajun, his family also has a heavy Jewish Background. They were farmers and lovers of country wine, though life could sometimes be awkward as they kept kosher (and believe me, almost all Cajun food isn't), but while he loved farming and the bayou, he really had a passion for music, he was part of a band that sung many classic Louisiana French songs, and would travel all over the state (as well as parts of Mississippi and Texas)\nHowever, the band fell apart when the lead singer retired.\nAfter the band's disbandment, he moved to Lafayette where he still practiced songs, and such, but he was getting older, and felt like he was not getting where he needed to be in life.\nAs fate would have it, He and Mother met together, and fell in love, and after just a month of dating, they married, and would have a Child.
