The people around me don't forgive me in these nightmares after I have broken their trust by yelling with so much force and anger... The real kicker is that I have had MULTIPLE dreams like this. They're so realistic in the moment that sometimes I have to remind myself that it was only a dream, that I did not really hurt someone's feelings like that. But then, I get scared. What if it does happen? What if I lose my cool and it's as horrible as when I had the nightmare? Like... there are times I have these dreams for a few nights in a row, and I get frightened at the thought of sleeping. :( I will be going to the counselor on campus tomorrow, so I can get this sorted.
