Call me Charlie, hehe!\" \n\n---\n\nComing from different places around Lux, a lot of critters experience quite the shock when first arriving in The Neon City.\nIt's quite literally a small planet; All cultures stem from the Nexus, so values are shared universally. However, while equality, freedom, community and sex are all seen as important pillars of this society, different regions do have their own unique ways of expressing them.\nNeon, however, is built and thrives on the purest forms of these concepts. The crystalized form of Luxian culture and values, all converging in perfect, blissful harmony.\n\n----------\nA new fox roams around, skipping happily, with a permanent smile on their face. New places to see, new foods to try, new friends to meet. \nFor what seems like forever, this fluff has had a special fondness for the city. She'd visited before with family, and since the first time she set foot in the city, she knew she wanted to stay. Once she was old enough by Luxian standards, this energetic creature packed her bags and left their home town, for a new, small apartment right across the street from the hotel the family used to stay at. \nIt was unbeliavable, that place she dreamt about for so long... all for her to enjoy and explore. \n\n-\n\nOne of the first things she set out to do, was get to a free nudity zone. Of course, who wouldn't. While back at home nudity wasn't super unusual (Like in the rest of the planet), there was just something different about seing individuals walking around, resting, enjoying themselves freely revealing their body in the middle of a busy, bustling utopia, with more furs in one square than the entirety of this one's home town. \nNature had blessed her with an almost perfectly flat chest; convinient, since she never saw herself as much of a typical girl, at least not in terms of her personality. She really enjoyed her...ambigousness. She was very often mistaken for a boy, she actually quite liked when that happened.\nSo, though she was a bit flustered at first, it was no surprise when she took off her shirt and no one bat an eye. She blushed as she walked, looking around a bit shyly, holding the Hyperion hoodie she'd gotten from a shop in one of her first travels to NC and never stopped wearing. \nAfter a bit, 'reality' started to set in. In all the good ways. People passed by, everyone seemed peaceful, happy. Her smile got bigger and bigger. She took a seat, her heart was rushing. In her mind, this was all as if she was making a statement for herslef. \"I made it\".\nShe double checked, her device showed a familiar icon, indeed full nudity was permitted in this area. With a rush, she decided to go for it, and slid off her shorts, setting them aside. Furs would pass by and smile, some would blush, some would even say lovely things to her. \n\n\"Your fur looks so pretty!\"\n\n\"I Love your hair!\" \n\n\"Your patterns are lovely!\" \n\n-To everyone, it was almost as if the clothing made no difference whatsoever. She flopped back on the bench, stretching her arms above her head with a squeal, this was so fun! She was blushing, smiling, looking up at the sky. This was the beginning of her new life. \nA figure approached. All species grow up knowing this, like a hand shake for humans. \nHe smiled, approached a bit more and took his right hand out of his pocket, revealing his thick Nexus claws, and stretched his hand, closing his fist with the inside facing towards himself, and the index claw pointing up, like a \"1\" sign. \nA very know Luxian gesture, specially around places like this. \nIt was a mating sign, and it was often used when approaching nude individuals in free mating zones.\nIn this context, it was a very casual thing.
