By mocking her behaviour and impersonating a spoilt brat, claiming that's her, as well as acting all playful and goofy, such as pulling faces and slapping her butt.\n\nNaturally, the Karen was triggered by Mavis’ childish (but non-violent) behaviour and tried to have a go at her, but to no avail. This went on and on, until the Karen decided to call the mental asylum on Mavis, but the latter didn’t seem too phased by that, as she thought she was just bluffing. Moments before the ambulance arrived, the Karen whacked the side of Mavis’ head with her handbag, knocking her out cold.
