some of its features:\nWritten from scratch in C++\nSeveral years in development\nSupport for loading various source engine assets, such as: maps, models, materials, textures, sound-script files (No particles as of yet)\nExtensive modding support with Lua (with Live-coding, debugging-support with the ZeroBrane IDE, support for custom shaders, custom entities/weapons/NPCs/vehicles, etc)\nMultiplayer-support, including dedicated servers*\nSteam Workshop support\nVR support*\nSupport for Bullet or PhysX as physics engine**\nForward+ rendering pipeline, which means you can easily have hundreds of non-shadow dynamic light-sources in a scene\nSupport for physically based rendering*\nAutomatic conversion from traditional assets to PBR assets*\nDynamic lighting and
