"Not so fast!" A small green pokémon held out her hand.

A pair of bunny pokémon, Cinderace and Buneary, stopped in front of a gated entrance.

"Oh, what's wrong?" Cinderace put his white rabbit paw up to his face.

Celebi looked over to Buneary and asked, "Is he new here?"

Buneary nodded. Cinderace was a friend of hers visiting from another region! He was still new and didn't know much about where Buneary lived, and what the local customs were. "I forgot to mention it to him, sorry."

The little green pokémon that looked like some kind of... bug-fairy, shook her head, and looked up and down Cinderace's body. She was the life guard at the outside neighborhood pool the two were visiting today. "You're a little over-dressed, bunny boy."

Cinderace blinked, and looked down his body. "Over-dressed?" He was actually wearing less clothes than usual! The tall white bunny usually had on a flame-colored pair of shorts, and knee-high socks! But he knew his small female friend Buneary was taking him swimming today, so all he wore to the pool was a pair of tight little dark-blue swim trunks. "Are my shorts too big?"

Buneary poked her fingers together shyly, "Well, actually... I don't think you're supposed to wear any trunks here, Cinderace..."

Cinderace gasped! "Huh? But..." He held onto the top of his tight swim trunks, "But what am I supposed to wear?"

Celebi simply laughed and smirked, shaking her head. Buneary wasn't giving him an answer either, just quietly covering her snout with her paws. 

"...Wait. You don't mean...?" Cinderace started to guess, "We're at a nudist pool??" He looked down at Buneary in surprise!

Buneary shook her head, "Th-that's not it, exactly..."

Celebi nodded, "Girls still wear their swimsuits here, don't you worry. Us ladies have a little thing called modesty, and we like to keep it!" Cinderace gulped, he wanted some modesty too! She pointed down at Cinderace's shorts, "Boys on the other hand, don't need to be so modest! We already know what you all look like down there." Buneary couldn't help but snicker at the thought. Something about the girls both indicating that they knew what Cinderace looked like naked felt funny! And it felt a little unfair to Cinderace. Celebi didn't seem to be having it. "Rules are rules! Why are you being so secretive?" Celebi rubbed her chin, "You know, the pools here are a very special place. There are lots of cute girl pokémon, and a lot of boy pokémon that misbehave. Some boys even try to come in wearing shorts, and sneak stuff in with them so they can cause even more problems. So we don't even allow it anymore! Most places around here don't, really. It's safer!"

Cinderace gulped. A safety issue? 

Celebi sighed, "Believe me, nobody cares what you're hiding in your pants. What we DO care about is why you're trying to hide them in the first place!"

The bunny tried to figure out some other solution, "C-can't you just look in my shorts and see I'm not hiding anything?" He pleaded with a hint of desperation.

Buneary and Celebi both gasped, "Woah!" They looked almost disgusted by his offer. Buneary whispered to her friend, "You can't just say that...!"

Celebi just shook her head, "You boys are so obscene. Trying to show a lady your parts up close? You were too shy to show anyone just a moment ago!"

Cinderace's ears flopped down, he must have crossed some cultural boundary he didn't understand. The girls look at naked guys swimming all day, but him showing them was weird? He didn't understand this place at all...

Celebi straightened up, "Now, there is one exception to all this... If you're not a boy, or have something else going on, we'd respect that if you weren't comfortable. So... you ARE a boy, right?"

Cinderace looked down at Buneary. It sounds like he did have an opportunity to get out of it, but he didn't want to lie, and from the look of little Buneary's cute beady eyes, she didn't want him to be dishonest and sneaky either.

"Y-yeah, I'm a boy..." he rubbed behind his head, "I just... feel weird being in a place like this naked. Where I come from, we all wear suits when we swim, even boys!"

Celebi nodded, "I respect your cultural differences, but we do it differently here. So for safety measures, you can swim here when you're okay with our rules." She gestured to the pool gate, "Just look at all the other pokémon having fun! The boys don't mind that they're not wearing anything. And your little pal here doesn't mind either, right Buneary?"

Buneary nodded, "Right! It'll be okay. Sorry again, I didn't even think about all this..." though, she did feel a little curious knowing that, if Cinderace decided to join in, he'd be undressing naked around her, and show her something that not everyone had seen!

"Umm..." he tried one more thing, "Can Buneary... join me and swim without her suit? I'd feel a lot better if-"

"Cinderace!" The little bunny squeaked at him!

"Wow!" Celebi almost looked upset, "You can't just ask a lady to undress right out in public! That's not allowed. And I'm the life guard! You know I'm right here, right? You can't be doing or saying naughty things like that in front of me..."

Cinderace felt a little defeated. Sure, maybe a small part of him wanted to see Buneary naked. She was cute! But mostly, he'd feel things were a lot less uneven if she could join him too. "Alright, off we go, come on." Celebi huffed as she used her psychic ability to pull Cinderace's swim trunks down to his ankles.

"What now!?" Celebi flew beside him to look at the problem. "Hey. Hey!" She snapped her fingers, "No touching yourself in public!" she leaned over to look at Buneary, "Your foreign friend has a LOT to learn."

Buneary nodded, "S-sorry!" She nervously pat Cinderace's lower arm. "Y-you're not supposed to touch your privates like that... Please keep your hands to your side, or somewhere else so we don't get in trouble!"

"Come on, Cinderace! Are you gonna swim?" she asked, smiling up at him. She'd just caught him as his body bounced up, making his balls and weenie flop up and down gently. Popplio nodded. "They move a lot in the water, do they float??"

A psyduck in the water was splashing around, and his bits seemed to bob around in the water, but since he was swimming on his belly, it was a little hard to tell. She looked around a bit more, and spotted a small minccino. She swam away for a moment to look for her answers. Though, on her way back to her sister, she spotted an orange pokémon in the water - Floatzel! But, Greedent knew to quickly cover his eyes.

"You!" Pachirisu pointed and squeaked at Cinderace. "Give me back my top!"

Cinderace stopped as he heard someone yelling toward him. Everyone was staring at him now! As he stopped swimming, Pachirisu saw her top, still hooked to his toe, go underwater.

"You stay right there!" She yelped, as she started to swim downward. She covered her chest as she went underwater to collect her swimsuit. Cinderace laughed as her felt her tiny paws on his feet, trying not to wiggle too much, but once he realized there was clothing around his foot, he finally realized that maybe it was her swimsuit.

He saw a motherly miltank by the stairs too. "Oh, did you want to play in here?" Buneary smiled innocently, "It's a lot warmer!"

Cinderace smiled a little weird, "Kinda, yeah!" He swam up close to Buneary, looking around carefully. "I just wanted us to be alone for a little bit." Buneary wasn't sure what he meant, but didn't expect what he'd ask next! "Hey... so... y-you know how, I've been naked this whole time? It's kind of... weird to me. And, it feels a little unfair..." Cinderace's tall white ears flopped down a bit. "Umm... right? Because, all the girls here can see me, but none of us boys get to see them?"

Buneary was a little unsure... that was just how things were here! She understood it was new and weird to Cinderace, but she didn't totally feel the same way. The way he worded it did kind of make sense though. "I suppose... I mean, I'm not sure it's that big of a deal, no one else really minds... but, I guess for you it's pretty different huh?"

Cinderace nodded rapidly. "Yeah! Yeah, it is... so..." he poked his fingers together. "Can I see... you without your suit on??"

Buneary gasped in shock! "Cinderace!" She then hushed her voice. "We'd get in trouble! Girls aren't like boys. I'm a lady! We don't just show our parts to any boy that asks. We're mature~!"

Cinderace blushed, "W-well I felt mature before I got here... come on... how about, just one quick peak? No one's looking!
