I was talking with a friend and the thought came up about how it might be odd when two people become a couple, but their characters as a couple might seem kinda taboo!
You can't really control those sorta things, and I thought about what would happen if instead of Oxnard, my fursona was clearly a grown adult, like Fuxie! It might be odd if they were all kissy and huggy and close together, but if I have Oxnard, where he seems about Bosky's height, it doesn't seem as weird. But you'd still wanna do couple stuff together, or have your characters close somehow! And if you like each other and let each other be who the other wants to be, you shouldn't have to change ages to make things seem more normal. (: So I figured I'd draw the what-if! And I'd still wanna be all close and romantic even if it looked awkward to others.
And like Bosky pointed out himself, we might already be too odd for people as is! Not like most people are aware of furry or cub couples or are even fine with male couples yet. X3 So there's always gonna be someone thinkin' things're odd. But luckily we're two grown guys and plenty happy to be all close together whatever the case. (:
