A red fox stood on a battlefield with an automatic weapon in his hands. All around him, dead soldiers lay in the dirt.

He panted as he looked around; there was no discerning the difference between friend and foe, all were dead.

He grinned and began to laugh, war was hell and he had become death, his crimson fur and uniform were covered with blood as his brown eyes glazed over.

A bullet ripped through his head as a sniper fired upon him…

He looked up confused by what he just saw and quickly dove to the ground just as a bullet hit were he had been.

“What the hell?”

There was another shot at a different angle that ripped through his lower body and he cried out in pain…

“Guten Tag, Herr Fox.”

The fox opened his eyes and found himself in a strange hospital, surrounded by the sick, the injured, and the dead with a shadowed figure standing over him.

“Where the hell am I?”

He saw flashes of light in his mind and felt great pain as a scalpel was dragged along his flesh.

“You may very well be in hell, Herr Fox…”

A feline face looked down at him with a strange smile and a twinkle in its green and blue eyes.

The silver furred fox opened his eyes to see a feline watching him. His eyes opened wide in shock for a moment and he nearly fell from his seat.

He managed to calm himself as the dream faded and he recognized the leopard staring at him, “I’m fine Dr. Hunter…”

“We’ve known each other for years, and it’s Dr. Hunter?” he asked the fox with a grin, “You do remember my name don’t you, Ry?”

“Sorry Lucus…” Ryoku said while adjusting his glasses, “I was just remembering the past…”

The sun rose as is always did, with the chirping of birds in the last days before fall started to set in.

Zoe yawned and stretched her nude body under her sweaty sheets as she rolled over to cuddle with her boyfriend only to find him gone.

‘Was it all a dream?’ she thought to herself and pouted.

At that moment Zoe’s door opened and Frankie slipped inside and sat on her bed.

“What do you want?” Zoe asked sounding rather upset.

“I just came to make sure you were ok…” Frankie crawled up the bed towards her cousin, “You are in heat…”

Zoe glared at Frankie, “So, what if I’m in heat? I just want these sex dreams to stop!”

“You had another one?” Frankie looked at her in slight confusion, “I figured Niko would have got that outta your system with how loud you were last night.”
