orginally it was meant to be Chaosx/Mephile x Charmy but I prefered adding Vector as it's pretty rare to see being tentacled.
Sincerly, I didn't expect such amazing background as I was just ok with a background-less one, but the artist made this instead, and if I can't tell where it is localized it does looks fitting ^^. He also had the idea to add the many penis-shaped tentacles.
For the Context, it takes place in the timelines of my others Chaotix pictures.
Knuckles who continue to work at the Chaotix agency find himself involved on a case about the mysterious diseaperancee of an anthropologist in some ancient ruins.
The Anthropolist's researchers were about a mysterious Echidna idol. It didn't need any further reason for Knuckles to not investigate. Especially that he knew the Idol's name as he was the only Chaotix to have meet it.
Sadly, after a few days Knuckles vanished. Espio, Mighty and Ray being dealing with others business, Vector formed an emergency corps with the mission to find Knuckles. As the only available member, Charmy was picked by default even if Vector knew his flying ability would be useful.
Beside, Charmy already passed to the field agent status and already had some experience. Plus, exploring ruins wasn't a hard mission : there is really really fee probability and ways for it to take a wrong turn. If there is a fight, both him and Charmy can defend themselves.
But while they were finishing settling their camp and resting a bit, they didn't expect to be assaulted. Especially by a forgotten weatherly entity. And now, they will just witness what happened to their vanished friend.
