A person is unable to be a proper drone unless their mind is clear, devoid of thoughts that would otherwise hinder their performance. The collar generates several field of wave energies that only affect the person that wears it, together the waves hypnotizes the user, temporary lock away their consciousness, and replaces it with a temporary new one, one that obeys everything it is requested to with no question; But the difference of a drone with an ordinary slave is that drones are machines, it is unable to operates without an operator, therefore a mean to control the drone is a must. Once the user has fully lost control over their own body, the collar would teleport an antenna to attach it to the user. With this antenna, anyone, mainly the primary master, will be able to command the drone at will. Said antenna would detach itself once the collar has been removed, please do not have concerns of your brain being penetrated. Our dronification is not permanent, just lasts a very long time, there is no acceptable reasons for permanent body changes; For customer conveniences, the user will have their metabolism temporary halted, they shall freely focus on serving their master(s) with no worries of food and water, also their growth is also temporary paused, we found it illogical that a body could resume growing while metabolism stopped; If you worried about the drone being fertilized caused by unprotected sex, please do not worry. The collar also temporary suppressed the production of ovum, to prevent unwanted pregnancy.
