Disclaimer: I do not own Wildstar. Wildstar is the property of NCSOFT and Carbine Studios. Juno and Batty are property of ViceXXX of FA. You Think Chua Cute? "Now Juno, I expect you to be on your best behavior." A red furred dragon said to another. "Come now Karis, when have you ever known me to cause any trouble?" the blonde furred dragon responded with a toothy grin. Karis raised an eyebrow at him in response. "Hey, how was I supposed to know that the ambassador from Velcron was a female? And the diplomat from Terres, come on, with a hair do like that, he was practically begging for someone to say something." "Juno, as a diplomat, you must remember that your action reflect not only on you as an individual, but on our race as a whole." Karis replied "Sometimes I wonder why the elders chose you to represent us." "Must by my winning personality." Juno said with another smile. "Well that tongue of yours is going to get you into trouble some day, and I won't always be there to bail you out." Karis warned. "Don't worry so much. Look if it makes you feel any better, I promise to behave, okay?" Juno said. "We'll see." Karis responded skeptically. "So who are we meeting today?" Juno asked curiously. "We are meeting four diplomats from the Dominion, one representing each of their most prominent races." Karis answered. "I trust you read the dossier describing each of them?" he asked, already knowing the answer. "Of course." Juno responded unconvincingly "But why don't you give me a quick refresher." Karis sighed "Okay, first is the Cassians, a race of humanoids said to be chosen to rule by the Eldan themselves. They are divided into two castes, the high born and the low born. As you may surmise, the high born serve as a ruling class, while the low born perform menial tasks such as agriculture and labor. Second is the Draken, a race of warrior who's ferocity in combat is unmatched. With their endless thirst for battle, they compose a large portion of the Dominion's military. Third is the Mechari, a race of androids created by the Eldan. They are the eyes and ears of the Dominion and they carry out their duties with ruthless efficiency. And finally, the Chua." a bit of disgust entered his voice as he named that last one "Don't let their appearance fool you, they are as devious as they are brilliant. They serve as the Dominions R&D division, working tirelessly to develop new weapons of war and keep them at the pinnacle of technology." "Sounds like a real fun crowd." Juno commented sarcastically "Remind me again why we have diplomatic relations with a group called 'The Dominion'." "Whether we like it or not, the Dominion is a powerful intergalactic empire. If we don't remain on good terms with them, they won't hesitate to wipe us off the star map." Karis answered. "Yeesh, no pressure then." Juno said. The two dragons were pulled from their conversation by a noise approaching them from the sky. They looked up and saw a massive spacecraft approaching their position. The massive craft stopped in front of them and hovered above the ground for a few moments as it deployed landing gear before touching down. Juno had to admit, the ship was impressive. Its large size and elegant design were the kind that could only be achieved by those with a massive amount of resources and labor. It was truly a reflection of the Dominion's immense power. After a moment, a hatch opened on the side of the ship and a ramp extended down to the surface. A lone figure exited from the hatch and made its way down the ramp. As the figure approached, Juno could see that the being was mechanical, but was far more advanced than any android he had ever seen. The android stopped at the bottom of the ramp and stared at the two with a cold, calculating gaze. Finally the android spoke "I trust you two are the diplomats we are expecting?" she said in a female, if not a little electronic tone. "Yes, I am Ambassador Karis and this is my young ward, Ambassador Juno." Karis introduced themselves. "Very good, I am Ambassador Necron of the Mechari. I will escort you to the conference hall. Come, we do not have time to waste." the Mechari said, before turning around and beginning to ascend the ramp. They followed Necron up the ramp and onto the massive starship. The cold, hard metal always felt unnatural under Juno's paws. It was a sharp contrast from the soft feel of soil and the crunch of grass beneath his feet. Unfortunately it was just something that came along with the job. On the bright side, he got to see things and visit places few people of his race ever got to. He guessed it was worth a little discomfort to witness the marvels aboard this ship. Necron led them down various hallways and corridors, moving with purpose and not saying a word. Finally they arrived at a set of double doors. The doors slid open, allowing them access to a modest conference room. A single table sat in the middle of the room, but it didn't appear that anyone else was here yet. "Take a seat. I will retrieve the others." Necron said before exiting the room, leaving the two dragons alone. "Well, she's a ray of sunshine isn't she?" Juno commented, earning a glare from Karis "Okay, okay, sheesh, I was just trying to lighten the mood." They both moved to the other end of the table so that they were facing the door. They pushed aside the chairs (which had been designed for bipedal organisms) and sat down on their haunches, waiting patiently for their hostess to return. It didn't take long for Necron to come back. She stood to the side of the door announcing the other diplomats as they entered. "Introducing Ambassador Sirus of the Cassians." Necron announced as a human figure entered the room, dressed in formal and expensive looking attire "Ambassador Velscore of the Draken." A taller figure entered the room. Horns sprouted from his head and a long scaly tail followed behind him, giving him a somewhat demonic look. His attire wasn't nearly as professional as the Cassians, opting for a more rugged look. "And finally ambassador Batty of the Chua." Juno wasn't sure what to expect, but he wasn't prepared for what came next. A stout furry rodent waddled into the conference hall. In stark contrast to the Draken, the Chua was probably only about half as tall as the Cassian. Pink fur covered his entire body, from his large pointed ears to his long tapered tail, with a lighter shade covering his chest and stomach. Unlike the other dominion representatives, he opted to wear no clothes at all, save for a white headband tied around his head. Juno was caught completely off guard by the Chua's non-threatening appearance. The little guy looked harmless. Could such an adorable creature really be the evil mastermind that Karis described? The dominion diplomats moved over to the conference tables and took their seats. Batty had to lower his chair in order to reach it, then he had to raise it extra high to see over the table. Juno couldn't take it anymore, he had to say something. "That's a Chua?! He's so... cute!" Juno blurted. An awkward silence filled the room as everyone except Batty turned to stare at Juno with deadpan expressions, like he had just committed the ultimate taboo. Batty just sat there with a grinning, no one noticing the momentary twitch in his eye. "Forgive my young ward, he is still inexperienced in the ways of diplomacy." Karis apologized, finally breaking the silence. "The young ambassador's personal opinion on Chua, naive as it may be, is of no consequence." Necron replied "Now let us move on to the business at hand." The meeting was long and boring. Mostly filled with questions like, what did their race have to offer the Dominion? And what kind of natural resources did their planet possess? Karis did most of the talking since Juno was already on thin ice. During the meeting, Juno couldn't shake the feeling that Batty was watching him, but every time he looked, the Chua seemed to be listening to the conversation. Finally after a couple of hours, the ambassadors all stood up. "Thank you for your time. This has been a most enlightening discussion." Necron said. "The pleasure was ours." Karis said politely. All of the Dominion representative filed out of the conference hall except Necron. Juno and Karis started to make their way out when Necron spoke up. "Karis, a word in private if you will." the Mechari requested. Karis looked to Juno, his face asking if Juno could find his way on his own. "It's okay, I'm pretty sure I remember how to get off the ship. I'll meet you outside." Juno responded. With that, Juno left the two to chat in private. He began to make his way down the various corridors of the ship, making his way towards where he believed the exit was. But after several minutes of wandering in circles, he began to think maybe he didn't remember the way back as well as he thought. It wasn't a problem; He'd just ask the first person he came across for directions. As he turned at the next intersection, he almost tripped as his leg bumped into someone. "Hey! Watch where you going!" a familiar voice yelled up at him. He looked down to find that it was Batty that he had crashed into "Oh, sorry there little guy-er I mean Batty." he apologized "I'll just go this way." he said, feeling a little awkward around the Chua after his earlier comment. "No wait! This perfect! Was looking for you anyway." Batty said quickly before Juno could leave "Take this. No hard feelings." he said holding up a glass containing some sort of orange liquid. Juno picked up the glass in his claw, eying it curiously "What is it?" he asked. "Drink. Is customary." Batty insisted. Juno wasn't entirely certain of the Chua's motives, but the last thing he wanted was to get another lecture from Karis about respecting the customs of other cultures. "Bottoms up, I guess." he said before lifting the glass above his head and pouring the liquid down his throat. It didn't taste bad, in fact it was rather sweet, like honey. What Juno didn't notice was the devious grin that flashed across Batty's face as he began to ingest the concoction. When Juno finished drinking, he let out a satisfied sigh. "Thank you. That really hit the spot." he said to Batty. Juno was about to step forward, when suddenly his world began to spin. He stopped and dropped the glass on the ground as he clutched his head with his claw. He fell to his haunches, the room continuing to spin around him. His sense of balance was completely gone. He closed his eyes and just tried to endure the dizzying sensation. After about a minute, the sensation finally began to fade and he was able to regain his bearings. "Ug, what was that stuff?" he asked, opening his eyes. Juno's eyes grew wide at the sight in front of him. The Chua that he had once dwarfed, now towered over him. Not only that, but the hallway had grown a lot larger as well. He jumped back in shock, looking over his own body frantically. "W-What did you do to me?!" he demanded to know. Batty answered by reaching down and grabbed Juno around the chest with both his paws, being sure to pin his front legs in his grasp. Now that he had Juno helpless in his clutches, a far more malicious grin formed on his face. "So, you think Chua cute?" Batty asked. "N-No! I'm sorry about that. I didn't mean it. Please just let me go!" Juno begged. "Too late! You insult Chua! Now you become Chua!" Batty declared before opening his mouth wide. "W-What are you doing?! Someone, hel..!" his cry was cut short as his head was shoved into the Batty's gullet. Muffled cries escaped Batty's mouth as the rest of Juno's body flailed and struggled in his grip. Batty didn't want to end the fur dragon too quickly. He wanted to give Juno plenty of time to regret his decision. He set out with his tongue, tasting the furry dragon, licking across his face and under his chin and neck. Juno hacked and sputtered as the foul appendage slide across his face, slathering saliva into his fur and mouth. This was by far the most disgusting thing he had ever experienced. Warm, moist walls rubbed his head all over and the Chua's breath reeked of alien scents. He continued to struggle, trying his hardest to break Batty's grip and escape this nightmare, but the rodent was stronger than he appeared. Batty delighted in watching his prey struggle, only serving to tire it out and make his work that much easier. Once he decided that he had tormented Juno long enough, he shoved more of the fur dragon into his mouth. Juno felt himself lurch forward and the space around him grew much tighter as his head was shoved into the gluttonous rodent's throat. Muscles rippled and pulsed around him, slowly pulling him deeper into the Chua's gullet. Again, Batty was drawing this out, being sure to take small gulps and spending ample time to savor the taste of the fur dragon's body. Juno couldn't see anything inside the tight confines of the Chua's esophagus, but he could feel and hear everything. He felt the fleshy muscles massage his body as they worked him down the throat. He heard the rapid beating of the Chua's heart as excitement coursed through the tiny rodent body. He could still feel the cool air of the ship on the back half of his body, but that sensation was quickly fading as more and more of his body entered Batty's maw. He continued to kick wildly with his back legs, but he met nothing except open air. After a couple of minutes, Batty had reached Juno's back legs. Rather than risking harm trying to grab the flailing appendages, he simple took another gulp, pulling the legs into his maw naturally. The legs became pinned as Juno's haunches entered Batty's throat, restricting their struggles to mere squirms. At this point, Juno felt his muzzle press against a tight ring of flesh, marking the entrance to Batty's stomach. His squirms increased as he was presented with the gateway to his doom, but if anything, it only served to help his saliva slicked body slide down the Chua's throat faster. With one more gulp, the sphincter opened, allowing the front of Juno's muzzle to slide in. An acrid stench immediately assaulted his nostrils, letting him know that the stomach was quite active and awaiting his arrival. Another gulp and his head finally popped into the stomach chamber. Juno had expected the stomach to be just as dark as the throat, but was surprised to find that the walls oozed with a glowing pink liquid, some of which had pooled at the bottom. It gave off just enough light for him to make out the pulsing, churning stomach walls. It made him shudder. Never in his life had he ever imagined that he would be seeing the inside of another creature's stomach. Never had he thought that he would die this way. As more of his body slid into the stomach, one side of his face was pressed down into the pink liquid, allowing it to soak into the fur there. Eventually his head was pushed to the side and up the stomach walls as he was forced to curl up in the putrid flesh sack. Outside, all the remained of the poor fur dragon was his tail, whipping about between Batty's lips. With one final slurp, he sucked the tail into his maw like a giant noodle, then swallowed it down to join the rest of his meal. Now the Juno's entire body had entered the stomach, he was finally able to move again. With some effort he managed to turn himself upright. And the first thing he did was throw himself against the stomach wall, banging his claw against it in a vain attempt at escape. "Please! Let me out! I'm sorry, okay!" Juno begged. Batty looked down at his stomach, observing the bulges Juno made as he desperately tried to escape his fate. He could hear muffled cries coming from within, undoubtedly the prey begging for its life. He poked back at the bulges, taunting Juno by letting him know that he was in complete control. Inside, the stomach walls continued to secrete the pink glowing fluid, a good portion of which now matted Juno's fur. He continued to press and bang against the stomach wall until he tired himself out and slumped down, panting heavily. He took a moment to inspect his sludge covered body. The goop dripped and oozed down his fur, making it appear like his body was melting. He looked at the claw he had used to bang on the stomach wall, which was completely covered in the pink slop. Then the most horrifying sight Juno had ever seen occurred. Before his very eyes, his claw melted away into the pool of pink goo below him. He cried out in shock and horror. The process was surprising painless, but it was still incredibly unsettling to witness. The pink slime was not so much breaking him down as it was transforming him, slowly converting his body to a puddle of pink slop. In fact he could feel his body losing its form, his flesh becoming soft and slimy as the pink sludge did its job. With renewed vigor, he threw himself at the stomach wall, this time making much less defined bulges as his body continued to liquify. Each flail, each bang threw gunks of pink goo from his body, joining the slowly rising pool of biomass around him. "Please! Please let me out! I don't want to die!" Juno begged again, barely able to form the words from his softening mouth. He couldn't feel the lower half of his body anymore, it having already succumbed to the pink ooze. The rest of his body began to melt into the pool of slime surrounding him. He reached up with what was left of his arm as his vision sank closer and closer to the surface of the sludge. "Karis, I'm sorry. I should have listened." he managed to gargle as his vision sank below the surface and darkness took him. Batty watched as the last of Juno's form melted down, rounding out his plump rodent belly. He had sincerely enjoyed that, but he was far from done with the unfortunate fur dragon. His devious mind bubbled with anticipation as thought about what was coming next. "Now Chua and dragon become one being." he said. Juno waited for the black void of death to swallow him... but it never came. Somehow his consciousness still lingered despite his body's destruction. What was going on? Suddenly Batty's voice filled his mind clear as day. "You think I let you die?" the malicious rodent asked "No, you become one with Chua in body and soul!" Suddenly Juno's mind was assaulted with senses. He could see and hear everything that Batty did. He could feel, he could smell, he could even taste, catching the lingering flavor of his own body. However, what initially seemed to be a blessing, quickly turned out to be a curse. Although he could experience every sensation that Batty did, he had no control over the Chua's body. He could no speak nor move. He was trapped, a prisoner of the Chua's fiendish mind. "Enjoy new life as Chua!" Batty's mind said to him before going silent. No! No! He didn't want this! This was a fate worse than death! He could cry out all he wanted, but no one would ever hear him. With his meal concluded, Batty began to head back down the corridors of the ship. Juno was forced along for the ride as he witnessed everything from the Chua's perspective. Eventually they came to a familiar hallway; It was the one just outside the conference hall. As Batty approached, the door slide open and Karis exited the meeting room. He turned and noticed Batty standing there. "Oh Batty, I do hope you won't hold what Juno said against him." Karis said. "No worries. We talked. He won't make mistake again." Batty replied. "I hope so. Underneath his rash exterior, Juno is a good kid." Karis said sentimentally, before turning to leave. "Yes, very good." Batty agreed, little did Karis know that it was for an entirely different reason. No! Please don't leave! Karis, HELP ME! Juno wanted to yell at the top of his lungs, but he had no voice. He was just a spectator, forced to watch life pass him by through the eyes of another. Batty continued down the hall, eventually entering a room that Juno guessed was his. Batty looked out the window, watching as the starship began to take flight and leave Juno's planet behind. Juno watched as his home grew smaller and smaller through the window, never to be seen again. He mentally sobbed to himself, cursing the fate he had been dealt. And so Juno was doomed to live out the rest of his days merely existing as a consciousness within the Chua's demented mind; Forced to watch as others were condemned to the same fate as him, without a voice to warn them and completely powerless to stop it.
