Disclaimer: I do not own Ori and the Blind Forest. Ori and the Blind Forest is property of Moon Studios, Microsoft Studios, and Nordic Games. Ori and the Haze of Desire The Misty Woods, a place of great danger and peril, but also a place of great mystery and beauty. This was especially true if you were a curious little light spirit. Ori may have been on a quest to save his world, but he never let that stifle his childlike sense of wonder. The woods were full of unusual flora and fauna the likes of which he had seen nowhere else in Nibel. It was difficult to resist the urge to go and investigate every little thing that caught his eye, but he knew he had to be wary lest he become lost within the thick ever-present mists that filled the forest air. Fortunately he had Sein to help guide him, but even her light was only barely able to pierce the fog obscuring their path. Their objective was the Gumon's Seal; A mystical artifact that would grant them access to the Forlorn Ruins. But aside from the seal, there was also rumored to be a different magical artifact, one that could dispel the effects of this accursed mist, and make their journey that much easier. They roamed the forest labyrinth for what felt like hours, and it seemed like they were no closer to their goal than when they started. Things were beginning to look bleak for the pair of spirits, but just when things seemed at their darkest, a glimmer of light caught Ori's eye through the thick shroud. Hours of fruitless searching had left the spirit feeling impatient and agitated, causing his judgment to wane as he made a dash towards the unknown object. Ori followed the glinting light through the haze of fog, intent on discovering what treasures lied on the other side. Eventually the veil lifted, allowing the spirit to see the source of his curiosity. The object he was looking at did not appear to be the Gumon's Seal, but if not, then it had to be the next best thing. Finally they could escape this infernal maze, he just needed to know what to do with it. Ori tried to seek guidance from Sein, but when he turned around, he found that the floating ball of light was nowhere to be seen. He called out, trying to contact the missing spirit, but he only received silence in response. His new-found relief was instantly replaced with worry and regret. No... Oh no... In a panic, Ori wandered back into the mists, the treasure already forgotten as he tried to locate his lost friend. But it was no use, everything looked different now, the paths already twisted by the mystic fog. How could he have been so foolish? He had been so excited by the prospect of escape, that he had completely disregarded his surroundings. Now he had lost his only companion, not to mention the light of the Spirit Tree. What was he to do now? With no other choice, Ori took to wandering aimlessly around the woods, searching desperately for his lost friend. Unfortunately the fates seemed to be working against him, and he just found himself becoming more entangled within the wooded labyrinth. Things were beginning to look bleak again, and Ori was on the verge of giving up. But a sudden rustling from some nearby bushes served as a glimmer of hope for the forlorn spirit. Ori took a few tentative steps towards the bush, hoping against all odds that it was Sein. Unfortunately fate would not be so kind; Instead of his missing friend, Ori was confronted with an angry armored Ram. The creature looked at him with hungry eyes, snorting and digging its paw into the dirt before charging the bewildered spirit. Caught by surprise and completely defenseless, Ori did the only thing he could think of; He turned tail and ran. The frightened spirit jumped and dashed through the twisted forest, trying to shake his pursuer, but the Ram was relentless, easily plowing through any obstacle in its path as it chased after its potential meal. Scanning his surroundings, Ori spotted what looked like a cave in the distance. It was risky; If the cave was shallow, he would be trapped, but if it was deep, he could better escape his pursuer's line of sight. Plus the Ram would have a much harder time busting through solid rock. Thinking on his feet, the frantic spirit decided to go for it. At least one thing seemed to be going his way. The cave was indeed deep, with many paths branching from the opening; An ideal place to escape a persistent predator. Ori randomly dashed down several tunnel, whichever ones seemed to most quickly get him out of line of sight. Finally the tired spirit stopped for a rest, listening intently for his pursuer. When he didn't hear the thundering of the creature's paws, he breathed a sigh of relief. Now that things had calmed down, Ori had a chance to get a good look at his surroundings. The walls and ceiling were covered with a strange bioluminescent fungus that illuminated the path before him, while the floor was covered in a thin layer of swirling purple mist. It was a marvelous sight for sure, but one that the spirit couldn't truly appreciate due to his dire situation. He may have escaped the rampaging beast, but now he was more lost than ever. Ori tried to retrace his steps, but the tunnels all looked the same to him, and the purple mist was covering his hoof prints or any other signs he had passed through. He continued to wander the caverns aimlessly, hoping to find an exit. But what he found instead was a curious dead end room. The area was empty, save for a single moderate sized hole in the center of the cavern that seemed to be pouring out the strange purple mist. With his curiosity piqued, Ori peered over the edge of the pit, looking down into the darkness below. It was deep, he couldn't even see the bottom, nor the source of the fog. Feeling it too dangerous to investigate any further, Ori decided to go back the way he came. However he had hardly made it two steps before he saw a shadow cast on the far wall of the exit, and he could hear the grunts of a hungry predator. Ori's heart skipped a beat; It was the Ram. Somehow it had managed to find him again, or perhaps it was just dumb luck, but either way, there was no way he could get out of here without it seeing him. Again his mind was sent into a panic state; He only had two options; Either he could risk another encounter with the Ram, or he could brave the unknown dangers of the pit. At that moment, uncertain danger trumped certain danger. Taking a deep breath, Ori took a leap of faith into the darkness. The pit was not as deep as he had expected, though it was still quite a ways down before he hit ground. Fortunately heights had never been a problem for him, so he was able to endure the hard landing without injury. He quickly surveyed his surroundings, searching for any imminent threats. The upside was that there didn't seem to be any immediate danger down here. The only thing of note was the strange fungus lining the cavern walls. Unlike the fungus above, this strain was dark in color and didn't emit any light. Instead it seemed to be the source of the strange purple mist the permeated the air. Ori wasn't sure if the gas was dangerous or not, but he didn't want to risk breathing it in. Which brought him to the downside of the pit; There appeared to be no way out aside from the hole he had jumped down. He had no choice but to wait it out until the beast passed. He only hoped that his breath would last until the creature lost interest. The next minute was probably the most tense of Ori's life. He pressed his back against the wall, trying to hide as much of himself from view as possible. He could hear the creature grumbling and sniffing the ground. Ori hoped that whatever this stuff was, that it was strong enough to mask his scent. More footsteps and grunts echoed down the cave walls as the creature thoroughly investigated the room above. It was lingering far too long for Ori's liking, and he was beginning to fear that his breath wouldn't hold out. Up above he saw the Ram's head stick out over the pit. It remained there for a few stressful seconds before pulling back. Ori heard a disgruntled groan and then the sound of footsteps leaving the cavern. With the threat of the creature finally passed, Ori could not contain his breath any longer. He gasped sharply, sucking in a lungful of precious air. However he had also inhaled a large amount of the thick purple mist, and in doing so, had unwittingly sealed his fate... Ori's eyes shot wide open and he cried out as the most intense pleasure he had ever felt rippled through his small form. His body trembled in ecstasy and his legs buckled, dropping him to his knees as he was overwhelmed by his very first orgasm. He felt a powerful throbbing coming from his nethers, and soon a glowing white substance began to ooze from his cock slit. The naive spirit didn't know what to make of these new sensations, only that it was the most incredible feeling he'd ever experienced. What was this gas doing to him? And why did it feel so good?! And things didn't stop there for the enraptured spirit. With each breath that he took, more of the purple mist entered his system, sending waves of euphoric pleasure throughout his body. The throbbing in his groin grew stronger as well causing more of that sticky white fluid to leak from his slit. His mind quickly became clouded with lust and need, making it increasingly difficult to concentrate on anything other than the immense pleasure emanating from from his privates. Instinct lead him to reach one of his paws down and take a swab of the mysterious substance. Bringing it back to his nose, the curious spirit sniffed at the musty fluid. An extra strong shiver of pleasure ran down Ori's spine. It was dim compared to the overpowering mist, but he could smell the lusty scent of his own seed. It was raw, potent, and it smelled of... him. Oh dear spirit tree, what was this sensation?! Ori had never experienced lust nor desire before, and now he we thrust right into the thick of it. The sudden change had come as a shock to his system. It flooded his mind, threatening to consume all that he was. This feeling... this wonderful rapture... he had to have more of it! As good as it was though, it felt like something was still missing, but what was it?! As if to answer his unspoken question, the spirit's tapered cock peeked from his slit. The glowing member twitched and pulsed wildly, spilling copious amounts of seed onto the cavern floor. Once again Ori was driven by instincts he didn't even know he had, his paw reaching down to grasp the rapidly growing shaft. He yipped in delight and his spine shivered as his soft warm paw wrapped around the sensitive flesh of his dick. The throbbing member was already finely slicked with cum from his slit, allowing his paw to easy rub along its length. This motion brought a whole new level of pleasure to the already orgasmic experience. Ori panted and squeaked as he stroked his spurting member, quickly bringing it to full mast. The hardened length continued to erupt with sperm, forming a puddle of cum beneath the enraptured spirit. Wave after wave of euphoric pleasure poured over Ori's body, driving the spirit to seek even greater heights of ecstasy. His soft strokes gradually turned into frantic pumps as he milked the shaft for everything it was worth. But the supply of spunk seemed endless; He jerked himself to near exhaustion, and still the sticky white cream continued to spill forth from his cock. Ori couldn't take it anymore, throwing his head back and arching his spine as he squealed in pure ecstasy. Jets of semen shot high into the air, splashing back down onto the enthralled spirit and the floor around him. For a moment he sat there, panting, shivering, and just basking in the glow of cascading orgasms overwhelming him. Only the smallest part of his mind was aware that something was amiss. There was no way he could sustain this level of fluid leaving his body, in fact he could already feel a powerful thirst welling up inside him. But it was a small drop of fear in an ocean of ecstasy, a drop that was easily submerged under the crashing waved of pleasure washing over his body. The haze around Ori's mind grew thicker with each passing second. Time began to lose meaning for the spirit as the moments blurred together in a continuum of wondrous bliss. It could have been minutes, hours, or mere seconds; Ori had no idea how long he spent aimlessly ambling around that pit, painting the wall, ground, and himself in copious amounts of glowing cum. It wasn't until he found himself sloshing through a literal pool of spooge that the small voice of his mind returned and began to worry. There was so much of this stuff, more than he possibly should have been able to produce on his own. Yet somehow he had already discharged several times him own body weight in cum. A second wave of exhaustion overcame the spirit, sending him splashing down to his knees and paws once more. After a few short moments of panting to catch his breath, Ori took the opportunity to look over himself. Pulling a paw up from the sticky mire of spunk, he inspected the limb closely. A wave of shock surfaced through the sea of pleasure. The once healthy appendage had grown thin and frail, drained of vital fluids and muscle mass. Fearfully the spirit looked down at his chest. A squeak of horror escaped his lips as he found that the rest of his body had become downright emaciated. It was then that Ori had a moment of terrifying clarity; The glowing fluid pooling around him wasn't just his seed, it was his very life-force! His body was devoting all resources at its disposal to sustain his squirting member. Every bit of fat, every drop of fluid, every ounce of energy; All of it was being redirected to fuel his haze driven lust. No... He had to get out of here! Ori struggled to get to his feet, his legs trembling from both incredible pleasure and extreme weakness. Stumbling through the mire of spooge, the weakened spirit managed to collapse against a wall for support. He had... to escaped... Ori gazed up towards the opening of the pit. It looked so far away now. If only he had realized sooner; If he had more energy, he could have wall jumped his way out of this death trap. But as it was, he barely had enough strength to stand. Still, driven by desperation, the poor spirit reached his paw up and grasped the cave wall. His other paw followed, trying to hoist his withered body up as he attempted to climb his way out of the pit. Upwards he crawled, his cock continuing to paint the wall with his seed as he ascended the daunting pit. He didn't make it far though before exhaustion won out and he lost his grip, sending the fatigued spirit splashing back down into the pool of cum below. Ori panted heavily, his final reserve of energy completely spent. However this didn't stop his cock from continuing to spray his essence all over his chest and face. So this is how he would die; Lying in a pool of his own seed, trapped in a haze of desire that was literally draining the life out of him. At least there wasn't any pain; On the contrary, the whole experience was quite pleasurable. Even the weakness he felt now was more like a serene calm than a imminent danger. There were far worse ways to die he supposed. With those thoughts, he surrendered to his fate, once again allowing blissful pleasure to submerge the torrent of worry and doubt. The last few moments of his life were spent twitching and squeaking in mindless ecstasy as his body slowly shut down from malnutrition. The streams of spunk shooting from his cock finally began to die down ejaculating with less force until only a small trail oozed from the tip. By this point, Ori's body had fallen still and silent, finally succumbing to the overwhelming demand placed upon it. A sense of calm fell over the pit, but it only lasted a few moments before the stillness was broken. The fungus lining the chasm walls sprang to life, glowing with an eerie purple light. The pool of cum that had formed in the basin slowly began to drain as the strange fungus absorbed the radiant seed. With fresh nourishment came fresh growth. The fungus expanded along the cave walls and floor, fueled by the essence enriched spunk that filled the chamber. Aside from its natural growth, the fungus also developed several more spore caps. Each one adding its own cocktail of powerful pheromones into the surrounding fog. The seductive mist grew even thicker and more potent, perfect for luring even larger prey into its grasp. There they would find all that remained of Nibel's former savior; A dried up husk, drained of light and sapped of life; A grim forecast for any who found themselves trapped within the haze of desire.
