A Present
The party above was in full swing and Lin-Lyn had excused themselves after making sure to greet everyone, especially the birthday girl. She had used several weeks to prepare everything, from a party room with a trapdoor and a lift beneath that, to making sure that all guests knew to come to the party in full rubber.
Lin-Lyn breathed in deep and her two bodies looked at each other.

She nodded and her bodies turned to the table where the implements of her present lay prepared since the previous evening.

The first items she needed, where a pair of identical black rubber underbust corsets and one of her bodies grabbed the first, while the other body raised her arms for it. The corset was quickly slung around the waist and closed, and she began lacing it shut with careful movements.
There was no need to say anything, as the correct tightness was reached, as she felt it perfectly well. Not too tight, not too loose, just comfortable enough to wear for days on end if needed.
The second corset was slung around her second body with equal care and tightness as she made sure to have it perfectly copied.
A pair of posture collar followed and were slung around their necks, tightly secured in place to make sure that she wasn't able to move either head. The collars were special though as they had three D-rings installed equidistant to each other, with one of them facing forwards. Straps dangling down from them were fasted to the corset and pulled tight. On the left side of each collar was a single strap of black latex, ending in a carabiner.
The two bodies shared another intense kiss with each other and Lin-Lyn felt the burning need of release already, but she couldn't allow herself to cum already. She was far from done.
Eight cuffs followed, four closing around the upper arms and four around her wrists, before she grabbed a pair of head harnesses.

The last item on her list was a device that would bind her legs and both of her walked over to the platform and careful, not to step on the prepared, stood with her back towards each other. The leg binder was placed on the platform and she put all four of her legs into it before pulling it up to her knees.
The lower part was thick black rubber that needed to be secured with several sets of latex straps to make sure that her ankles were pressed so tightly together that she could not move them. Her knees only needed a single straps, closed left and right. Once finished, she was unable to really move her lower legs, aside from shuffling lighty.
She breathed in deep again, steeling herself.
She reached up to the straps dangling from her collars, one body holding it out to the other and connecting it to the other collar, followed by the straps hanging from her head harnesses.
Two strong tugs on the straps by each of her bodies and her heads were pulled close to each other, leaving her bound to herself back to back.
Slowly she pulled down the blindfolds, blinding herself and her hearts began to beat faster.
Once last time she made sure that her hair was covering most of the head harness, before pulling her lower arms up, making the carabiners of the wrist cuffs lock into rings of the upper arm cuffs, locking them in place. Her arms were pressed to her sides and carabiners on the upper arm cuffs locked into rings on the corset.
She shivered for a moment and shuffled to the side, stepping on the button on the floor, which notified the DJ.
"May I have your attention, please?" the voice of the DJ called out above her and her hearts beat even faster.
"Please leave the marked area on the ground, because we now come to the big present for our birthday girl."
A cheer ran out above, and a moment later she could hear the trapdoor open and the platform raise.
The sound of the party grew louder as she slowly rose, silently, before stopping as her heads had to pass the opening and moved further upwards.
It needed several more moments and Lin-Lyn knew that every pair of eyes was directed at her and her precarious situation of self bondage.
The platform stopped smoothly and Lin-Lyn shuddered, one of her bodies unable to keep herself under control, climaxing with a shudder, silenced by the gag, followed by her other body only a second later.

Another silence and the audience applauded. Of course they would, being similarly minded as herself and Naedial.
