By head canon, Ammy is human-male-to-herm-dragon with somewhat feminie appearance from having softer, slender appearamce and wider hips that usually credited to 100% males.
His feminine side explodes agaist his face, quite litereally, only after becoming a mother however. With overly feminine large breasts, wide hips and quite thick tights and tail.
But who said you cant deviate from it all the time in order to draw some silly kinky drawings? :D
