"description": "A render I made last year in an attempt to produce an improved banner for the Vulpine Designs website. I never felt that this scene got anywhere, so for now it's kind of an abandoned project. I was going to replace the glass tube with a bed but of course got busy with other projects as usual. The scene was modeled entirely by me using images from the freely licensed PhilipK texture package:\n\nhttps://blendswap.com/blend/19859\nhttp://philipk.net\n\nI'm posting this both because I'm super happy with the quality of the render, but also to spread the word about the initiative and our efforts. For those who aren't familiar with Vulpine Designs and the Freedom of Form foundation: It's a company founded by my good friend Daniel Davies, with the ultimate goal of making physical transformation possible through bio-engineering, namely by editing the DNA inside each cell of the body in a controlled and predictable way. The firm is still in very early stages for now, and will focus on multiple forms of research in the area of medicine and biohacking, but one of our end goals is to allow people to transform their human bodies into anthro forms within the following decade (and even more forms later on).\n\nIf anyone is sincerely interested in the initiative and wishes to know more, feel free to contact me or ideally Danfox himself: I'm trying to bring people who are interested and skilled into the team so we can get things off the ground faster. Please don't note me about this being a hoax or us creating bio-weapons: I know the owner personally and the team has been working on this initiative for over half a decade. Our goals are aimed strictly at helping people, including (but not limited to) furries and otherkin who suffer from species dysphoria and wish to have their correct biological forms. On the way we hope to find cures for known diseases, cure aging and perhaps even allow age regression, as well as allowing people who lost limbs or other organs to regrow them. We know it won't be easy, but the science will soon be there (most of it already is) as biological transformation is an inevitable scientific advancement.
