Snugocalyptic ------------- The rays of the morning sun were shining bright from between the crack in the curtains, illuminating the cinder plumes of the phoenix rising. Phen sat at the edge of her bed, her plump cheeks spilling over it, tail feathers shaking themselves into form above. Her back arched and arms rose up in the air, elbows brushing against her head-sized breasts that wobbled in front of her chest. Her beak opened to a yawn, but its progress was interrupted by a light shiver flow through her. Groggy eyes parted to just a sliver. "Mhh... it's cold today..." Her words were drowned out by the sudden, booming crash that resounded from right before her. Bright light barged in as the walls of her home were ripped asunder and displaced air blew in her face, making her squeeze her lids shut again and ruffle her unruly crest. The edges of her mouth bent down in discomfort as the horrid screams all around her all promptly rose to a screeching fever pitch, the sirens blared through her ears, the shattering of glass, metal and concrete combined to a grating cacophony. She pushed herself off of her mattress to stand up, but opted not to balance there. Instead she let the momentum continue, tilting her forward and letting her head bury itself into the cleavage in front of her. The enormous, soft, feathery mounds were great at muffling the cataclysmic noises they themselves were causing as they rapidly spread far beyond the surrounding neighborhood. Within seconds it had smothered the sprawling town that had stood here in one form or another for centuries. Intricately constructed mansions, shiny high-rising towers and monumental architectural achievements alike were all unceremoniously toppled, crushed and utterly pulverized beneath the trillions of tons of tits overtaking all of the civilization before them. Their downy mass pressed into the deepest valleys and smooshed around the highest peaks, only to turn the ancient features brought into shape by the passing millenia into nothing but ragged craters in the span of mere moments. The swelling spheroids jiggled, perked ebony nipples brushing clouds out of their way as the land outright disappeared under them. Phen's fingers clenched into what little of her own mass she reached, the cold ocean waves crashing against her were even more frigid than the morning breeze had been. Her muscles tensed up and she let out a huff as her plumage puffed up in response. As she felt the ground give way under her clawed feet however, her form relaxed again. She let herself be pulled forward, lifting her away from the crumbling rocks beneath, instead left laying on her belly with her legs kicking into the air. She perched her head atop her crossed arms and opened her eyes once more, peering out across the plain of red. An orange glow flared up around the edges of her horizon, flames and burning magma blasting into the tinted sky. The deafening noises of the breaking world were mellowed by the bird's bust, letting her bask in the warmth with great comfort. At least until a sudden, muted pop all but erased her little space heater from existence, the violent planetary annihilation hardly even sending a wobble through its twin destroyers. The phoenix only let out a disappointed "hrm." The lingering heat dissipated in mere moments, the impact of the puny natural satellite was of barely any use as it shattered against the underside of her left areola, leaving behind nothing but glittering moon dust. She looked at the white-dotted firmament above to decide on what to do about her slight discomfort, but as if on cue the sun rose over the edge of her bust and made her squint to block out the harsh light. She thought about raising her arms to shade her face, but quickly dismissed the required effort in favor of something much more practical. The superheated plasma felt pleasant as it poured itself over the worlds-eclipsing, blimping bosom. Solar flares lapped across their surface, their shiny reflections glistening off of the black flesh and maroon feathers. Fiery sparks danced across the chaotically expanding masses, the surges of size not letting the shining flickers escape despite each pulsing expansion scattering them out further. All too quickly however, the brief candle of Sol burned out against the behemoth of bird, who effortlessly overtook and replaced the entire star system of its namesake. Everything, from its central light over its planets and planetoids to the asteroids and other space debris, swiftly ground beneath fine dust by the rapidly growing breasts, all for but a short moment of warmth. The quattuordecillions of stars that followed not a blink of an eye later couldn't even manage that much. Countless superclusters instantaneously detonated against the void-spanning boob wall that could have squashed the former observable universe in a single fold of skin at the edge of one of its nips. The sheer mass of Phen's chest made her the center of everything from an instant to the next. Every orbit twisted out of alignment, ripping the natural formations and systems from their place and sending them plummeting toward her. The universe's accelerating expansion was abruptly halted and violently forced into contraction, despite its best efforts to the contrary. None of it helped with getting her cozier. Which was obviously unacceptable. Her tits slammed against the cosmic barrier with enough might to outright atomize all that lay in their path. Bright fissures tore open in the walls of the shimmering, deforming sphere, wispy blue strands of its metaphysical makeup pulled apart and dissipated into the void surrounding it. The universe struggling to contain the feathery enormity that had taken its place as the only thing inside its bounds, reducing all other matter and antimatter in it far beneath their constituent particles. But within the creaking, crumbling, cracking bubble straining around way too much bird, it was getting... comfy. "Finally." Phen relaxed into her toasty softness, squeezing her from every which direction, her rear wiggling to nestle herself into position. "Maybe just a bit more on the right..." The continued swelling made the overtaxed noises rise in volume, the sighs turning to groans, then rapidly to screams, "...and a little further down there..." The fractures grew wider, the red mass forcing its squishiness out through them, the structural integrity of the quivering, incoherent former orb all to quickly failing until- "Ah, heck." It shattered with deafening intensity as her bust freed itself, wobbling in the nothingness beyond. The fragments of the wall that used to be around what many had considered "everything" evaporated into the darkness, its last remnants lost and traces gone. Phen rested her cheek against her hand, puffing a breath of air to blow the feathers of her crest out of her eyes, feeling the first of the centillions upon centillions of other, parallel universes crash into her, either bouncing off with their barriers splintered or bursting outright. None of which accomplished anything, really. There was simply far too much empty space within them to actually make a difference. She shrugged. "Guess I'll have to take care of it all on my own then." The prospective events made the foundations of existence tremble with dread. The surging breasts tore through the outer wall of the multiverse as if it weren't there at all, her all too rapid, light-speed-eclipsing expansion not even slowing down as the barrier burst into a flurry of sparkling shreds stemming from every universe formerly held within being hopelessly quashed into utter oblivion. Not that the phoenix had expected anything different, really. She could have tried to cozy up in its confines, but at this scale, it would have taken an unreasonable amount of effort and precision to grow to exactly a size that would fill out the cosmic sphere without busting it outright. Instead, it was far easier to just let herself swell. And it didn't stop. In not even a single second, half a dozen further barriers were ripped to fine shreds. Gigaverses, teraverses and several others that Phen couldn't bother remembering the cosmological designations for were simply colorful flashes of light at the edge of her view-filling bust and reverberating crashes as they hopelessly burst from the sheer power wiping them from existence from one moment to the next. In the following second, her extra-exponential expansion eradicated multiple million planes at once. So many spheres detonating simultaneously, so many prime loops unravelling and so many exacint verential everspheres extirpated that their destruction sent ripples of force throughout the cosmic structures, their might alone rending another few thousand layers asunder and annihilating every particle of matter, every spark of energy and every individual being inside them without knowing what had hit them. The very fabric of reality quivered at the unparalleled cataclysm wrought within it. Not that it got a chance to do so for long, given that in the next millisecond, the number of planes shredded was eclipsed quintillion-fold. A horrific level of devastation all things considered, at least until another femtosecond later, where it was all made to look positively innocent. The sheer count of extraplanar layers vaporized by the onslaught of downy, cushy enormity rose to such an abject degree that it became factually innumerable, racing past the mere bounds of infinity and turning what used to be the fibers that held the laws of physicality together into a mess of thin threads straining desperately around the feathered twin monstrosities. The collective screech of every remaining being, from the most insignificant mortal to the greatest and omnipotentest overgods, was cut short as they were left bereft of their final moments, which were unmade at their base concepts as time was simply sundered at the seams of its instants. The very ideas of metaphysical coherency and fundamental cosmic stability didn't even get a spectacular end befitting of their statue, instead they were outright erased from ever having existed at all. Everything, everyone, everywhere, everywhen and everyhow was mercilessly made naught. It was all lost and gone, leaving nothing but the terrifyingly titanic tits that had wrought the destruction. The nothingness shuddered. Deep red plumage stretched through nihility, swelling way past countless infinities at every absent moment. The boundless vastness of the nothing itself overfilling. Cinder feathers squeezed into the every absence of space. Heavy, perky, jet black nipples making the void look bright in comparison. It let out a hollow, ominous gurgle before it was simply wiped from itself. Now there wasn't nothing but. There was just tits. Smooshing into their own softness, pressing their areolae into the feathery mounds, blimping out and further demanding room from the lack thereof; room that only they themselves were taking and making up. Wherever the edge of their endless masses was, there was more of them squashed tightly against it. Mind-crushing maroon tides, spanning on and on and on and on and on, far beyond forever, expanding, growing, billowing, rising, only to continually eclipse their own selves ever over again. The nightmarish crimson sea that all had found its cessation to. Phen's beak opened to a yawn. Her arms stretched out and her plump rear wiggled itself into position. The plush masses rose all around, smothering her snugly. Soft plumes burying her body within them, engulfed into her downs and feeling the deep, surging pulses of expansion squeeze her ever further. Her eyelids fell closed again, a content smile born of comfort drawing across her face. "Ah, warm at last."
