Right off the bat, you get a little accessory pack. It contains 3 pieces of 10 ml fluids each. Whoa, looks like one or more of them were leaking. Then, you get a Mega Stretch Silicone Pleasure Rings cock ring. Not sure it's medical grade, or even silicone, since it's pretty soft and stretchy, but for that, it's very comfortable, and resulted an instant boner as soon as I put it on.
