Please be aware, due to the volatile sexual nature of Orrean Lucario, you must abide by the following regulations:
1) Do NOT allow your Lucario out of its Pokeball in the presence of other male Pokemon or civilians, unless in a designated area.
2) Do NOT engage in battles with male trainers unless you have shown identification, agreed to the risks, and have filled out a consent form.
3) Do NOT disclose the evolution method to other Trainers! This is an offense with a fine up to 600,000 Pokédollars, with an applicable bonus for any damages caused in succession.
4) To protect other Pokemon, an Orrean Lucario cannot be sent to your region's Professor! The Lucario must remain in the party at all times.
5) All Trainers with Orrean Lucarios must relinquish their footwear to the safety agent. A red anklet, band, or cloth will be provided to the owner to be worn around the ankle for identification purposes. This law is observed internationally and is punishable by a fine up to 400,000 Pokédollars and travel restrictions.
6) Trainers are required to provide routine sexual care to Orrean Lucarios, to control hormone levels. This includes acts such as engaging in foreplay, oral sex, anal sex, and footjobs.
6a--In accordance with the Orre Region Public Health Organization (ORPHO), ORSU reminds all Trainers to be aware Orrean Lucarios have a very strong sexual urge for feet. Rule 5 is in place not only for Trainer safety, but also to ensure a Trainer's Lucario has easy access to the Trainer's soles. Trainers are encouraged to practice footjobs diligently and practice good footcare!
7) Trainers are REQUIRED by law to service their Lucario when needed. Lucario's display urges generally through the act of masturbation, wiggling their toes, and heavy groping.
