Galileo finds it quite amusing how much Lucas is willing to submit to such treatment...only to get a quick reminder that his ball is no longer standard either! Turnabout is fair play, lovely Lucario, and I have a feeling you'll enjoy your new home-away-from-home just as much as Lucas does.
So...after years of the spawning of the idea, the working out of details, the posing, the scene, and clarifying just how I had this in mind...Endium knocked this out in under 11 hours. The entire series. Someone needs to throw a Quick Ball at him because it'd probably work like a Master Ball with how fast he is. (But he'd counter it with a Slave Ball of his own so that's probably not a good idea to be throwing such balls at him~)
Anyway...technical details.
As to not have the Net Ball be a "OMG I throw this at you and you're mine with no choice in the matter" type of thing, my idea for this is that the more the one being targeted for capture enjoys bondage and submission, the more effective the ball will be, to a maximum of **30x** capture power over a standard Pokeball, following the proper Catch rate formula, courtesy of Bulbagarden.
To put that in perspective, Lucas is a Mewtwo and thus has the ridiculously low catch rate of 3, but is a bondage slut to the extreme and would have the full 30x bonus applied.
If Lucas were at full strength, not a scratch on him, it would be a 30/255 or 11.76% chance of capture if he were resisting with full strength; a critical capture, where only one shake check is done, would have a 58.565% chance of succeeding.
If Lucas were battle worn, at half strength, 23.52% on a standard capture and 69.64% on a critical.
At 1 HP, at the brink of exhaustion, 35.19% standard and 77.01% critical.
So...the ball's way more powerful than anything on the open market but definitely powerful enough to take on even powerhouse Pokemon. Any Pokemon with a base catch rate of 26 or higher would have this ball be an automatic capture on them regardless of any other factors...so only 56 Pokemon out of the 700-ish currently out there as of before ORAS have any chance of escaping this thing, if they happened to be bondage sluts. But if they were bondage sluts they'd want to be in there anyway so no worries.
Also, for Pokemon-Amie, it's a lot simpler - Max Happiness, Max Enjoyment, food level near-zero (because who isn't hungry after a climax or two?)...though this does come at a small price; if the captive is in there for one climax, they have a chance at losing maybe a third of their PP on all moves; if left in there for three or more, they will lose half their HP at minimum and almost all PP on all moves, needing a proper rest before seeing any battle action.
One other thing of note: The ball doesn't ALWAYS do this every time the Pokemon is recalled - the ball would have an on/off switch for the kinky stuff. It's perectly capable of functioning as a normal ball or molesting its captive at the trainer's whim.
