Basically, a human who stuffs criminals in his \"prison\" when he catches them. In Dragga's Laugh Track, given there's reformation of everyone after everything, there's not much real crime going on, but there are a few things he could deal with...like a perverted Mewtwo trying to run off with a bag of used socks belonging to many of the residents.\n\nThis pic also uses Dragga's new \"entrapvore\" concept - Lucas will reform in a few days, but until then, his essence is trapped in one of Priapus's balls, meaning he's getting a full dose of scent, taste, feel, everything. So when Priapus captures another \"criminal\", Lucas is in for one hell of a ride!
