In the arctic water levels from the SNES video game Gon, there are orcas that will snatch him up and hold him inside their gut for an indefinite amount of time if you let them.  Oddly enough, one of the rooms where these orcas reside contain two extra lives that respawn each time you leave the room and come back.  Maybe the developers were counting on those playing the game having vorish tendencies?
