This scenario is purely consensual.
After her men had reported capturing another pirate ship, Ciara thought it would be the usual scenario. Lock up the captain and his men, offer a pardon to whoever would take it, and collect all the ship's stolen property to be used in her own personal hoard. However, this time, things took a different turn. As she was reading the reports, she was surprised to find that the captain was female. It was rather uncommon for a female to be a pirate at all - let alone a captain. Her interest piqued, she had gone down to the holding cells herself to meet this "Captain Esme".
Esme had been tied against the wall in a cell by herself. The guard explained that she had already nearly escaped twice and they couldn't take any more chances. Her crew had accepted pardon's, but only after their Captain ordered them to do so. As Ciara entered the room, Esme greeted her with a sly grin.
"Well, isn't this a surprise," she said, amused. "I didn't expect the honor of being greeted by her Majesty in person. I'd bow before you, my lady," she looked at her chains, "But unfortunately I just don't want to." Ciara took the insult in stride, smiling back at the tied up collie.
"Are you the captain? I thought dogs were only allowed on ships to chase the rats," Esme glared back at her, but couldn't help hearing the gentle humor in her words. "I hear you refuse our pardon," Ciara continued.
"Why would I want to take a pardon? I'm still a pirate, after all."
"A pirate that is locked in a cell," Ciara reminded her. "Without making a deal with me, you'll never see the open sea again." Esme said nothing, her pride refusing to allow her to take the Queen's pardon. Ciara admired the dog's courage. She turned and walked to the guard, relieving him from duty. Surprised, he obeyed and left, giving her the key to Esme's cell.
"Tell you what," she said, walking over to Esme and putting a hand on the back of her neck. "Let's make a deal. Not a pardon, exactly, but, something more personal, and a lot more fun." Ciara leaned in close. It was obvious what she wanted. Esme smiled.
"The Queen has an interest in dogs, does she?"
Ciara grinned, pulling a collar from her pocket. Esme looked surprised. "Only when they agree," Ciara explained. Esme thought for a moment.
"How do I know you'll let me go?"
"I planned on letting you all go, whether you accepted the pardon or not. You're pirates; nothing short of death or prison will stop you from being that. I'm sure your men are already back on a ship, going about their pirate ways." Esme laughed, knowing that was exactly what they were doing, despite accepting the Queen's pardon. "Pardons are just so I can please the other noble rabble. Plus, I get to keep your treasure." Ciara shrugged. "Whether you agree to my deal or not, you'll be free to go." Esme was surprised the Queen was so lenient. She was a beautiful woman, after all, and Esme couldn't deny the thought of having fun with her was quite hard to refuse. She nodded her head in agreement. Ciara gently put the collar around her neck. "I need to go gather some other... things," she told her.
A few moments later, Esme heard footsteps coming down the hall. Ciara slowly opened the cell door with a loud, slow creak. The air smelled musty and damp, but she could smell a hint of desire coming from her prisoner inside. Esme smiled eagerly, but was confused when she heard a loud scuffling coming from behind Ciara. Suddenly, two guards entered, throwing down a large chest, a few gold coins spilling out from inside. As soon as the chest was in the room, the guards left, and Ciara locked the door behind them.
"You wanted gold, yes? You're a pirate, of course you do." Ciara smiled. "This is just to show you what you can't have, pirate." She untied Esme from the wall only and sat her on the chest. She took out several items from the bag she had brought with her. With surprising speed, Ciara forced Esme's legs open and attached the bar. She slipped the large horse strap-on over her own body and chuckled at Esme's surprised expression.
"Are you ready, pirate?"
