Annie is primarily a student so the two of them won't have the $2000+ to cover the cost of the surgery so they NEED donations to get Penny back on all four legs. \r\n\r\nPenny has a torn ligament in her knee, leading to an instability of the knee joint and needs what is called a Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO) Surgery. She is basically going to have a metal plate implanted to help minimize the slope of her knee joint.
