"writing": "Ryan woke with a tired groan as a ray of sunlight fell on his face. Blinking at the sudden brightness, he opened his eyes a crack to take a look around, and the blurry shapes and splotches around him slowly coalesced into a colorful ocean of pillows and blankets with him embedded in between like the pearl in a clam. He let his gaze drift further across the room, across the wood-paneled ceiling and the large, round door until he finally looked down at his own chest.\n\nThe male was greeted by a voluminous tuft of fluffy brown fur, his big, bushy tail, and four fluffy little paws further confirming that it hadn't all been a dream. He was still an eevee. With that, more memories from the day foregone filtered into his head, his mind skipping through his moments with Lily, Luna, and the two males from Team Wildwoods until he finally became aware of his massive morning wood. Protruding from his sheath, it was draped across his belly, lazily twitching and oozing pre onto his pelt while he recalled the fun he had had with the zorua.\n\nDaydreaming for a moment, the eevee eventually tore his gaze away from his taper and took a quick look around to find Lily and the others, but it appeared as if he was the only one in the room. The team's three red-gold scarves on the wall hooks had disappeared too. Where had they gone? Downstairs for breakfast perhaps? But why without him? And would they return soon?\n\nUnsure what to do, Ryan stared at the door, waiting for it to open and Lily and her companions to emerge, but a minute passed without any signs of their return, then another. While he waited, his thoughts slowly drifted back to last night's events and he eventually lay back and closed his eyes, remembering how he had mounted the zorua, how he had fucked and tied her. The plump, clenching tightness of her spade, her intoxicating scent, her moans and squeals of bliss, it all was still fresh in his mind, yet he struggled to believe that it had happened. "Chester, how about you?" Lumi asked the stallion.

Then he moved to the saddlebags below the window, casting a glance outside while he started to load them with provisions. Ryan nodded, asking with cautious hope, "Do you know anyone who could help me find my powers?"
It took Lumi a moment to respond, and his silence and hesitation were an answer in themselves. Finally, he said, "The guild has a few instructors who specialize in this. There is also a leafeon in Twinleaf Town who might be able to help you, but honestly, I'm not sure if eevees even have any powers like that. Not all pokemon do."

Ryan's glum frown softened. "Oh right, that's true. But if there are so many options, how do I know which one is the right one for me?"
"Don't worry about that. When the time is ripe, it will come to you naturally," Lumi replied.
"It will come to me? What is that supposed to mean?"
"Well, I obviously can't speak from experience, but I know what my mom and others told me. It's like a call, an urge, a desire growing inside you once you are ready to evolve," the Alolan vulpix explained. "If you pursue that desire, you will eventually evolve, they said. You don't have to do it, though. There are plenty of pokemon who choose to stay as they are."
"Even without an everstone?"
Lumi gave Ryan a perplexed look. "An everstone?"
"Are there no everstones here? What about other evolutionary items? Sun stones? Fire stones?"
"No, I don't think those things exist. At least, I haven't heard of any of them yet. But I did hear of rituals and potions that try to trigger evolution by force for those who don't want to wait," Lumi replied.
Ryan hummed, nodding slowly as he processed the vulpix's words. Looking into his starry blue eyes, he asked, "Would you evolve if given the chance?"
Once again, Lumi hesitated to respond, mulling over the eevee's question before he waggled his head. "I don't know. I like the way I am right now, but maybe it's different once I feel the urge to evolve. Though, maybe I haven't felt it yet because I'm happy with my body. I'd imagine that you don't know either, given how many options you have?"
"No," Ryan said without hesitation. Even just recounting the various eeveelutions he could evolve into made his head spin. "I've been an eevee since yesterday. I don't think I'm ready for another change quite yet."
"Makes sense," Lumi giggled. "Sometimes I do wonder what it feels like to suddenly have a different body, but that's not here nor there for either of us right now." He reached for the bowl, pulling it between him and Ryan. "You want me to chill another berry for you?"
Ryan looked at the snowy vulpix, then at the berries. "Uhhh, sure. Why not? It's not like I get to eat iced fruits like this every day."
Picking up a cheri berry, Lumi pursed his lips and giggled, "Well, as long as you stay with my team and me, I don't see why you wouldn't get to enjoy this whenever you want." By the time he swallowed the fruit, the vulpix was chewing on his own mouthful of chilled rawst berry while he prepared another persim berry for him.
The two males spent the next few minutes feasting on the iced fruit, and Ryan ended up eating almost half of them out of Lumi's paws before the ice type decided to freeze the remaining fruit altogether.
