He was close to four and a half feet in height with a small, but skinny frame. Tyler had large green eyes, white fur with random sized black spots over his body, from his pointed ears to his large, fluffy tail. He spent the afternoon completing his homework and having dinner before showering for bed. After cleaning up and showering for bed, Tyler dried himself off resulting in his fur becoming all frizzy. The cub walked out of his bathroom into the hallway. He said his good nights to his parents who were still watching TV in the living room. Tyler shut his bedroom door and tossed aside the towel he wore around his waist. The cub's bed had light purple bedding and a large body pillow of the same color to the side. The naked cub crawled into bed and laid down looking up at the ceiling. Being an only cub, he wished he had a little brother or sister. When he wasn't around friends from school, being at home became boring and lonely at times. "I don't like being alone. How come other kids at school have brothers and sisters?" asked Tyler to himself. These thoughts ran through his mind as he continued to lay there, shifting his body at times. He closed his eyes as tears began to form and run down his cheeks. He envisioned his friends from school, how happy they were around their siblings. Tyler was robbed of that experience unless his parents decided to have another son or daughter. The hybrid cub sniveled, sniffing back his running nose from his crying. He spent the next half hour drowning himself in fleeting fantasies if he had a younger brother or sister. Tyler calmed down soon after and grabbed the nearby body pillow and snuggled against it. He raised his legs close to his body, embracing the soft, squishy pillow. It was almost like having another furson there and this brought great joy to the cub. The cub slowly nuzzled the pillow and fell asleep, never releasing his grip on the pillow. Tyler entered a deep sleep and purred through the night. Morning came and during breakfast, Tyler asked his parents why they couldn't have another baby. The parents explained that the time wasn't right with their jobs and money. Tyler's parents understood though that their son needed to be around other cubs besides at school so he wouldn't be so lonely all the time. A week later his parents enrolled Tyler into a martial arts school, that also specialized in weapon training. Over time, Tyler made new friends and learned to specialize in the usage of the lance. Tyler was no longer lonely and life became much better and more positive.
