This is meant to give physical descriptions to the characters involved in said stories.
Here we have two fan charactersm actually! Queen Universia (female) and King Cosmos (male)
Before all the hate of "Alicorn OCs", these are meant to be Celestia and Luna (and Jovian, another OC for the story)'s parents. They are pretty much the creators of Universe, and all planets that inhabit it. Cosmos is pretty much responsible for the space (and dark matter), while Universia was responsible for the planets and stars. It can be argued that both are siblings, since they have no "parents", and are rather manifestations of god-like power. However, even obtaining their "idol" status, this did not forbid them to become the rulers of a particular planet, for a few millenia. Planet Earth was the choice of both, since it was a planet of favorable living condition of Anthropomorphic creatures to exist, and so they stablished their seat in there. A curious thing both could observe was that there were ponies and horses living in together, as well as other creatures to where they went, such as the griffins, dragons, diamond dogs, etc. Being ponies themselves, Alicorn for that matter, they were seen as godly creatures by the other ponies, which there were earth ponies, pagasuses, and unicorns. Cosmos argued that the best was to stablish a sucessful line of sucession for the rulers of said territory, but he enforced the need of being there and defend with all the will both had, since the time they were living in was a yet violent time with conquests and ferocious terrirotial dispute. Universia agreed and even felt that it was the best. Before they had children, however, they decided to rule as a couple at first. But, it could be seen that were leagues of ponies who followed Cosmos and Universia as being the rightful rulers, and a bunch of other independent groups who decided to rebel or stablish their own lands, segregating the region. Universia, who herself knew this could lead to violent years of rebellion after rebellion, decided that the best was to crush such hopes of rebels, and through her powers, destroyed the three largest groups of rebels. The others, desperate after the complete destruction of those, decided to bend the knee to Universia and Cosmos, sucesfully caliming their obedinece to the deities. This however didn't mean all of the ponies sucessfully bent the knee, some decided to live somewhere else of the soon-to-be Equestria. Cosmos noticed that there was a lot going on, such as turmoils and a few claiming to own their proprieties somewhere where another had already been, and were settling their quarrels with a lot of violence, even involving innocent people, so a code of conduct and laws had to be made very soon, and enforced by royal guards, so that's how Laws and Rights were made, and effectively, Equestria was soon becoming a sucessful kingdom, compared to the other smaller ones. Universia and Cosmos administered rules and council meetings on a seat known as the "Light-Dark Castle", meaning, the fusion between Light (Universia), and Darkness (Cosmos). Both, together with a few important unicorns, soon found out the importance to have a new of economy, as the mercatilism, even being sucessful between some, was proving to be outdated in the eyes of everyone in the Kingdom, and soon, they decided to adapt the Economy to Capitalism, with a few regulations from the monarchs, et still a great advancement in the kingdom. This has led the latter to grow and prosper absurdly, and their ideas that was certainly ahead of it's time attracted the attention of a lot of people, who found themselves a better condition to live in Equestria compared to where they did. And soon, they found their kingdom too small to have so many people in it, and they decided to campaing an expansion, so motivated by the council, which Cosmos suspected to be corrupt. They soon gotten into trouble with another kingdom, Horseus, that bordered theirs, which proved to be in a neutral relation with Equestria, became hostile, as they expanded their territory and was soon coming into theirs and soon a war would ravage both if not careful. Unfortuneatly, it so happened, and both kingdoms were in war. This was a very shaky period between Cosmos and Universia, as both got into small conflicts regarding the outcome, and if godlike power would be necessary to intervene and give a quick end to it. To make things worse, Horseus had a gigantic army, which could probably make Equestria's very small or scarce. And so it happened, a long year of conflict until Cosmos had to use his power to eliminate all the army of Horseus, and thus end this conflict. It was very bloody and horrible in the end, and Equestria's seat was destroyed in the process of strong magic. Universia knew somewhere else where they could settle: A palace which was under construction, happily unaffected by the war, which would be called The Canterlot. And so, the Canterlot became the seat of Equestria. That was when Cosmos, in specific, thought it could be a good idea to give sucession to the throne, after at least a millenium of rule. And so Cosmos used all his horsepower to get Universia pregant (VERY unecessary; he isn't sterile, much to the contrary, just he felt really horny on this occasion). What came after a week long of sex was an orgasm that almost made a new ocean. However, Universia was able to make the semen turn into other resources, due to Alicorn magic, as well as get pregnant. Soon would Celestia be born after years of peace, and Luna come after her, and lastly, Jovian. The offspring of 3 children was seen largely as a positive thing to many, but both Cosmos and Universia suspected that there were a few that wanted to take measures and end their lives. Or maybe it was just persecution, but their security could never let go. Universia had gotten an interest for Celestia and Jovian in particular, while Cosmos had an interest in Luna and Jovian. Despite being the youngest, Jovian was the jewell of the family, as both Universia was happy to have a male child and Cosmos, the sensation of pride and build a character. Celestia, however, was proving to be the best of all the siblings, Luna also in there, yet Jovian largely uninterested. In terms of the rule, the kingdom was soon becoming more and more peaceful: as years went by, peace in overall was easier to be seen around, people were becoming more wealthy and healthy, and also outside interference was becoming more scarce, which left place to have technological advancements, more studies of unicorn magic, as well as more changes on the royal family and economy, leading a more different capitalism as compared to the ones from a thousand years ago, being a lot more laissez-faire, or at least getting in there. Celestia was the pride of the family, showing to be a competent princess and the pride of her mother, as well as Luna showing her great intellect in matters regarding the family. Just Jovian, which became a doctor instead was largely not keeping too much of a contact. He promissed to show his children, which by law, have status of Prince or Princess, depending the gender. However, Cosmos had noticed that Luna was really envious of Celestia. Celestia controlled the daytime, when ponies did all the activities, and during the night, all the ponies were asleep. Cosmos felt this issue needed to be resolved with Universia, as they couldn't even think of allowing a family conflict, specially in regards to what they heard a few centuries ago between two brothers for the sucession of the throne: a bloody civil war. This could not happen in Equestria. Universia did not seem worried, as She knew her Luna wouldn't do such thing. But the unexpected happened, Luna had become Nighmare Moon, and decided to rebel against Celestia and Universia. Neither Cosmos nor Universia, and even Jovian could allow this, as they couldn't afford to have anyone killed, so they did what they could to stop, but unfortuneatly, Jovian was killed in the process. The unexpected death of Jovian, even if it wasn't from Luna or Celestia, came unexpected to all. Celestia took the opportunity to bring Nightmare Moon down. The battle was over, but Jovian wouldn't be back. Universia was furious over the loss of her son, and wanted punishment, but at the same time, it was her own daughter's doing. Celestia took quick action and soon imprisioned her on the moon. Cosmos couldn't do much but to lament Luna's awful choice, and had to let her face the consequences. This occurence has made Celestia rise as the ruler of the kingdom, as Cosmos and Universia were now... "old", and they had found their way to retire, yet still keep their position of power. Universia didn't feel like the same: she used tohae a very pompous attitude, with a lot of smile, a sexy tone on her voice and show brightness, yet Cosmos could see how much this affected her. Much to her, Cosmos seemed to look more upset rather than maintain his posture of a good leader. Their marriage didn't seem next to over, but they were going throught ups and downs at certain points, so much that they even did a few activities alone rather than together. Cosmos, in secret, went to visit very frequently his daughter in exile on the moon. He was happy to see her there, but he couldn't do much, after all, she did commit crimes on her crusade to be as powerful as all. Universia, in the meanwhile, focused all energy in productiveness, and doing useful things. As time came through, the kingdom became more and more productive, soon becoming one of the best places to live. Celestia was doing very well, and Universia was proud of her. Cosmos too was glad she was doing what both were doing together in a few years ago. All in all, they were soon getting over the whole fight, and both Universia and Cosmos began to retain her traits once again, with Universia being sassy and provocative, and Cosmos having the wise man's attitude. It came to a very positive surprise to Universia, and a midly unconvenient to Cosmos that Blueblood, their grandson, was now with Celestia, their daughter. It wasn't a direct blood relation, but it did seem positive however. Much much later, when Luna was back, there was a small hardship to reconciliate everyone. Universia seemed slightly relunctant, but wanted to break this stigma, and Cosmos was really happy to see his daughter back. And so everyone was able to make peace on their minds. Nowadays, Cosmos and Universia spend time together on retirement, but also working alongside their daughters to make a presence.
King Cosmos:

Full Bio: Cosmos is a manifestation of the Dark, but not darkness in a sense of evil. He is responsible to fill all that light has not reached yet, and thus, expand the universe. Cosmos is a very thoughtful, wise and intellectual being, with interests of him being things that you would mostly do in a library, such as studying, writing the history of our time, Read about scientific achievements and in overall invest on what could be the best for all. This trait is very present on his child, Luna, something which both have a very positive bonding, going as far as to study together, come up with new ideas for a lot of things and even practice magic. Cosmos considers Luna to be his girl, and really does love her a lot. With Celestia, his bond isn't a close as it is with Luna, since he doesn't share much of the "sassy" way that she is, like her mother, but both are able to spend good time together. Cosmos notices Celestia tries hard to avoid feeling horny by his presence, something that he considers normal, if compared to the usual fun she has with his wife. He believed Celestia could be lesbian, but soon after she married Blueblood, his worries were gone. Cosmos poses a very interesting Yin-Yang relationship with Universia, that both have plenty of things which they agree, such as political instances, a few manners of education and philosophy, as well as interest for knowlodge, yet diverge in the manner they do this, as well as the personality. Cosmos is seen well by many, yet despite being a deity, and knowing that, he does try to keep a more humble look. He expresses great liking in intellect and reading, as well as wrighting down everything of knowlodge that Ponies have gathered until recent times. As curious as it may seem, despite being so studious and serious, Universia seems like she exceeds her knowlodge. Cosmos likes to be worshipped as a god, but in secret.
