Whispers, rumours of a terrible kingdom beneath the surface, guarded by monstrous abominations of magic, yet holding untold wealth and treasure. Magical artefacts, made of precious metals and other magical materials all sealed away, in a fortress hidden just beneath the surface of the swamp. The few who had managed to escape with a few trinkets had been either cursed, driven mad, or changed in unnatural ways. Regardless of what had happened to them, all their stories shared the same thing. The Swamp King, the terrible slime demon that ruled these swamps.\n\nHad the fumes emanating from the bog not been enough to disorient you on your foolish journey, the rapidly dwindling sunlight had you now completely lost. Taking out your survival pack, you would forage through its contents, searching for anything you could use to set up camp for the night.\n\nSquelch ~\nA sticky bubbling noise emanates from behind you, beneath the surface. As you turn around you came to face with... him.\nHe stood there, his tar like mass dripping in silence, its gooey mass overwhelming your vision. At first formless and shapeless, a hole in the mass of goop spread apart revealing a gaping maw full of huge canine teeth. It would audibly slosh and drip as it changed in front of you, pressing ever closer.\nEven if you weren't paralyzed by your own fear, the tentacles hidden in the darkness would have caught you regardless. The slimy appendages grab you by your wrists, gripping you tightly. It wasn't long before the slippery shackles had you by your ankles as well, sliming up your clothes and soaking your body in sticky goo.\n\nGlowing red eyes pierce the darkness, the sudden brightness taking you by surprise. From the oozing amorphous body extend two muscular arms that grip your sides, forcing you to stare up into the softly pulsating red glow. Such an alluring... hypnotic glow...\n\nYou felt your knees buckle as an unfamiliar voice begins to probe your mind, strange whispers echoing inside your skull. You feel like you should run, scream, at least struggle, and yet...\n\"Submit.\" Growls the voice, deep and masculine, yet far from human.
