I worked with Drakitten and Glire to help them both make a character's design for the first time. Before, I would gather all the details, then make a mock up sketch, and we'd throw details and changes around the entire time. This time, I set up a 3 hour maximum block of time for getting the initial design of the character down, and then we based all the rest of the art on that first stream's results (with minor changes still being fine, of course). Doing this helped minimize changes in later parts of the commission, while making sure the look was right for the character with real time feedback. Drakitten and Glire have responded very positively to this method, and I'm so glad we all got this awesome result out of it.\n\nI've said it before, but I just feel like it bears repeating.
