in the Borderlands franchise. I've already become so
attached to her in the short time since I made her.

characters instead of drawing fanart?" I will scream.
To sum it up right now: I make these ocs from videogame
characters I like to help myself try to do something
creative, or to fix plotholes I don't agree with in the
base content, or to interpose parts of myself onto
characters in a way I am comfortable with. I don't
make a dime off these characters. I'm just having fun.

Character Description
The cherished daughter of an ex-bandit and a bartender. Angel grew up spoiled rotten, although her father was terrible with being emotionally nurturing, that was made up for with attention from her mother. When she was nine years old she developed siren powers. Her mother worked carefully with her to hide both her powers and any signs that would give them away in order to avoid her father discovering it. After a year of carefully keeping them hidden things unraveled when Angel lost control of her powers in her father's presence. She accidentally ended up giving her mother a minor injury and in return her father used that as an excuse to kidnap Angel and runaway from the family.
Angel was hooked into a very basic control core inside her father's new home which kept her linked to her father via a satellite as he went to work as a programming engineer on a geostationary moon base. She grew in nearly complete isolation after her unwilling imprisonment at the hands of her father. Her power grew and started to become stronger as she was exploited for them. She's able to change the way her environment looks and constructs it to her likes. She can remove objects from her environment or bring them into existence but only while her power is activated. She is used by her father to manipulate treasure hunters into carrying out pieces of his larger plan.
After she tricked a group of treasure hunters [later renamed as Vault Hunters] into opening the first vault, releasing the Destroyer, and then her father's rise to power she was moved to a more high-tech control core called the Angel Control Core, where she was granted control over most technology on the planet. Her new control core was protected by the most expensive defense-bot that money could build called the Bunker. With a steady supply of Eridium and the Vault key stolen, her father used her as a catalyst to start charging it with hopes of opening a new vault and awakening the super weapon inside.
She was also put to work by her father to seek out new vault hunters with potential and recommend them to her father to be hired. Once he'd have a hold of them they would be loaded onto a train under the guise that they were going to be working with Jack- only to be killed along the way. After another group of vault hunters managed to survive the betrayal she came into contact with them- offering to help them take down Jack. She betrays the new Vault Hunters by causing them to deactivate Sanctuary's shields, and leaves the city vulnerable to mortar strikes, which almost destroys the city. Afterwards she begins to regret ever helping her father carry out that plan, know Sanctuary was where the other members of her broken family were located and knowing of all the innocent lives her father had endangered.
She admits to the vault hunters that she genuinely wants to help them take down her father and tells them she's in possession of the vault key. She gives them the information to locate her bunker and also how to infiltrate it. Once they gain access to the Control Core she comes clean and explains her involvement in her father's plan, she then asks for the vault hunters to destroy the Eridium injectors that keep her alive- essentially asking for them to assist her in suicide. Once the final injector is destroyed she collapses to the ground, listening to her father's pleads for her safety as she dies.
*After a five years in her father's imprisonment, at the age of fourteen, she was rescued by her mother and taken to safety. She started social rehabilitation with her mother, brother, and sister helping her every step of the way. Although after her body was forced to inject massive amounts of Eridum she is stuck with a dependency that can be lethal if she's withdrawn from it. She has to use it regularly. She eventually starts helping her mother around her bar, sweeping the floors or cleaning up around the end of the day. She had no idea extractions of her DNA was used in a project being run by her father's company to be the base of an planetary anthropomorphization research project. Her father used her DNA mixed with extraction of the planet's soil to create a whole new life form, dubbed the prime product of his Pandora Project.
