Character Description
A slightly spunky rebel with a strong repulsion to authority figures. She doesn't have many friends and has a hard time keeping the ones she does have because of her BPD. She wants to be out of her hometown but is unaware that she's been marked for death.
Personality
She's volatile over all, her personality changing rapidly depending on who she's with. Alone her personality seems to just vanish. When around friends she's rather friendly and charismatic with a good sense of humor, but around adults she's labeled as a trouble-maker and one of the 'bad kids' due to how rude she tends to be.

She likes tattoos, the woods, drawings, video games, pot, and sleeping. She dislikes her step-dad, having to pay for anything, being told what to do, her phone bill, and her job.
Background/History
Chloe grew up in a small waterfront town that seemed to be cut off from the rest of the world by the thick forest that surrounded it. She had a love for the forest that was only matched by her unbridled love for the ocean. She dreamed of being a pirate and spent countless hours turning her living room couch into her own personal pirate ship. In elementary school she met a girl who changed her life, Maxine. The two became joined at the hip in no time and spent their childhood exploring their small town pretending to be little pirates.
When she was thirteen her family cat that she grew up with was hit by a car. Maxine tried to comfort her by giving the cat a small homemade grave. A few months after Maxine up and left for Seattle without telling Chloe. She suffered a lot in those months without her best friend by her side but she pulled through until her dad passed away from a car crash the following year. In her grief she started taking Prozac to help cope with all the sudden losses in her life. Her family slowly started going into bankruptcy over the next few years without her father around to help with income. Out of desperation for their family Chloe's mother, Joyce, brought in David Madson who worked at the local private school for high school seniors. David got Chloe into the school during her senior year but the two didn't get along well. David, being a security guard, constantly annoyed Chloe and the two butted-heads and fought a lot. She never held much respect for him.
She didn't have very many friends at the school but tried her hardest to make decent grades. On her fifth week of photography studies she decided to chat up the class assistant, Rachael, who she instantly took a liking for. The two became pretty close and would go to all sorts of parties together. Rachael introduced her into all sorts of social circles and helped her meet new people but none of the friendships stuck as much as her and Rachael's did. Chloe became infatuated with the girl and called her "an angel" but wouldn't do anything about her feelings. One night when she was trying to get together a bit of money for her and Rachael to finally leave their town she met with Nathan and tried to con money out of him. Nathan took the upper hand and drugged Chloe's drink. She was taken back to a room she couldn't recognize and saw Nathan crawling over her. She fled as quickly as possible. After being best friends for eight months Rachael disappeared completely, leaving Chloe alone again.
After her disappearance Chloe lost all interest in her academics, constantly skipping and taking up smoking. When she hit nearly eighty overall absences she was expelled from the school then later dropped out, returning home. Upon coming back home she was taxed heavily for dropping out and was basically cut off by her parents. She started paying rent to them and took up a job as a waitress, though she's notably terrible at showing up. Six months after the initial disappearance of Rachael, Chloe returned back to her old school to put up Missing Person's posters and once again try to con money out of Nathan. She harassed him in the bathroom and threatened to expose him to his parents. In desperation Nathan drew a gun on her but was stopped short when the fire bell rang. She ran out of the school and hid behind one of the buildings for a while to regain her composer before trying to take off in her truck and running straight into Maxine.

A pretty flat white-tiger with a nearly complete full-sleeve of tattoos on her right arm. Her tail has no flesh or fur and is just a floating figure of bones. Her hair is cut short and dyed blue, with her brown roots visible. Her paws and fingers are black and she has a black eye shadow mark with three stripes below the eye. Her body is covered in stripes.
Clothing
She wears a lot of layered fashion with suspenders and jeans being common. She wears lots of jackets and loves to wear plaid or the colors blue and grey.
