Character Description
Felix is an abrasive, rude, and aggressive shiba-inu who works for the Department of Unified Protection and harbors the power to control concrete. He's been known for being rather callous and does't like to sugar-coat things. He has hard time caring about others and lacks compassion for others. He grew up with a master bank robber and lived a good part of his life under the name Ryan Townley.
Personality
He's aggressive, always more domineering to those around him and has to be the leader. He lacks compassion and has to trouble using his concrete powers to hurt someone if it means getting anything he needs out of them. He prefers to stay far away from romantic relations and has a difficult time not pushing away any platonic friends with his attitude. But if he truly cares about someone he'll defend them as much as he can and show them a softer side of himself.
Likes/Dislikes
He likes being rude, having the upper hand, Curden Cay Station, the DUP, money, and concrete. He dislikes teamwork, Delsin Rochester and hot weather.
Background/History
Felix was the second born son of police chief Cris Sullivan. He never really got to know his father since he was supposedly killed in a drug bust. He grew up under his older brother Magi who was an esteemed bank robber. Felix picked up a careless and rude attitude from his brother at a young age, pushing others around and always needing to get his way.
At five years old he was ordered by his brother to start using the name Ryan Townley in place of his birth name to help better hide their identity. He grew up comfortably in the Los Angeles hills and was spoiled rotten. He gained a fierce sense of entitlement from all the special treatment he got and never really took others into consideration.
In his teenage years his powers were unlocked when he was thrown from a motorcycle and managed to stop himself from hitting the ground by building a concrete slope and rolling down it. When he got up he was covered in small scrapes but nothing major. Upon learning about his new power he kept it secret for a few months until an outburst in public outed him and he was arrested by the DUP.
He started serving a possible life-sentence behind the walls of Curden Cay Station. Within his first month there he befriended a smoke conduit named Naru and the two began planning to use their combined powers to escape the station.
