♢Terms of Service♢- Payment on Paypal (invoice) or order it directly from Ko-Fi (I have some of these offers and more there too).
- I'll make a rough sketch of your commission, once we agreed on both parts and after payment I'll fully get to work.
- I'm open to changes during sketch phase as long as you don't overdo my patience.
You're allowed to do at least 5 changes(unless they're very minimal) , to avoid this is highly recommended to provide as many visual references as possible, so I can try and do my best to match your idea.
For character design mistakes, it's highly recommended to have a reference or a clear drawing of the character, I will only change if it's my mistake as the artist.
- I'll send you WIP's regularly unless you say that it isn't needed, but then you can't make any changes after I'm almost done with your commission unless it's very small details that won't affect the whole image.
- I would appreciate commissioners showing some enthusiasm about your piece, feedback is very important to me and I'd love to hear your opinions and thoughts and make sure you're happy with the artwork you're getting.
- This is kinda common sense but please don't rush me! If you want a quality work full of love and dedication respect my time of completion. I'll get back to you as soon as I move on each phase to make sure you're happy with what you're getting. However while university goes, might take longer for orders to be completed, but they'll ALWAYS be completed. - Estimated time of completion in normal occasion, is from 2 days up to a month depending on the complexity of the piece and style.
- I have the rights to reject something I don’t feel comfortable with (I'll issue a refund if you don't have any other idea for the commission slot).
- I fully get to work after payment.
- Generally I won't do refunds, time isn't refundable. Make sure you're able to pay and won't have any trouble later.
- After I'm done with the work and everything has been approved by the commissioner, I'll send the file through e-mail, the commissioners are free to upload the commission they got themselves as long as they credit me (FA: Lyrose).
- I'm also free to upload the commission result myself to have an updated current gallery.
- After receiving your commission, I would very much appreciate if you leave some feedback, to build my reputation and earn my customers trust.
It means a lot as i pour love and effort into all my drawings, I would like other people to know the service you hired was a quality one with a pleasant communication.
