"writing": "Lilly was excited to finally be on vacation! The blue-haired kitsune, after weeks of preparation and planning, was now in Egypt and away from all of her responsibilities and worries for a solid month. She had a wonderful place to stay and a vast jungle to explore, and was wasting no time getting right to it. Lilly swished her broad tail back and forth as she ventured into the humid jungle, taking in all the sights and sounds that it had to offer. Various animals sounded out and moved their way through the environment, most not paying Lilly any mind, at worst staring at her a bit before carrying about their usual days. The plant life was something else to Lilly, who often stopped to get a good whiff of the exotic plants or to simply admire the beauty. Not an hour into her exploration and Lilly was already considering her Egyptian safari a great success.\n\nNot too far away from the adventuring kitsune was a large tan jackal. He strode through the familiar territory with confidence on his long legs, bushy tail only occasionally flicking as he made his way through. The jackal had one thing on his mind at that moment: Food. The jackal was on the hunt for his daily meal, but so far had had no luck. He sniffed at the ground or a nearby tree as he strolled, keeping a low profile (difficult for his size) so as to not scare away any potential meat. He continued along one of his usual paths through the jungle before stopping suddenly: The jackal lifted his head, snout twitching, before letting out a small sneeze. The scent of fresh meat was in the air, and it was close! Following instinct, the jackal changed course and began to lumber through the dense jungle greenery, keeping as low as he could, following the scent.\n\nAs usual, the jackal’s experience nose proved successful. 10 minutes into the hunt, the jackal spotted what he smelt: A small humanoid creature, stumbling her way through the jungle as if she were walking on eggshells. Easy prey. The jackal lowered himself nearly flat to the ground and began the slow, quiet process of approaching the kitsune. His eyes tracked her every movement, even the twitching of her long blue ears. Lilly, meanwhile, was completely unaware that one jungle creature was not ignoring her whatsoever. Quite the opposite in fact! Lilly stopped and stooped to smell a particularly vibrant flower, her tail up in the air and swishing delightedly, when she heard a subtle, guttural growl. Her sensitive ears twitched and flicked, making the jackal freeze in place a moment. Lilly slowly stood and turned her head. To her horror she spotted a tall looming jackal, not 30 yards away. The creature was many times her size, and had its vision set on her, eyes glinting in hunger. With a yipe and a spark of adrenaline she took off, pants swishing noisily as she tried to create as much distance between her and the jackal as possible.\n\nThe jackal didn’t hesitate. He knew he was spotted, so subtlety was out the window. With a grunt the canine took off in a loping run after his meal. He didn’t even have to run full speed to keep up with the clumsy kitsune. Lilly ran as fast as she could while maintaining proper balance – no easy feat for one unaccustomed to jungle terrain. She didn’t even chance a look over her shoulder, but could hear the jackal crashing through the foliage, closing the distance. His size alone gave him a great advantage in the chase. Lilly’s heart pounded in her chest as she came up against a small cliff face, thrice her size, leaving her effectively trapped. The kitsune’s heart pounded in her ears, Lilly pressing her back to the wall and staring up at the looming, growling jackal, who wasn’t five feet away from her at this point.\n\nLilly frantically looked either direction and cries for help. “Someone! Anyone!” she wailed. The jackal’s ears flicked at the sudden noise, but he paid it no mind. The hunt was over, and he was hungry. There was no need to hesitate in sating his stomach. Lilly’s eyes went wide when the jackal’s jaws spread open above her and came down over her head. She barely managed another unintelligible squeal. “Don’t eat me!” But the jackal’s jaws easily locked down over and around Lilly’s body, down to her hips, legs and tail flailing away outside.\n\nThe humid jungle air was nothing compared to the hot, slimy maw of the large jackal. Lilly shrieked into the tongue as the jackal ate her alive. Her arms pounded against the soft tongue, the jackal paying no mind to his captured prey. He lifted his head up, Lilly’s rear and legs and tail dangling up off the ground as he returned to normal standing position. The jackal shook his head back and forth to try and still his prey, but Lilly continued the struggle. She saved her breath and tried pushing up against the tongue, her legs and tail kicking and flailing away with all the strength she could muster.\n\nThe jackal tossed his head back, opening his jaws, to try and fling Lilly to the back of his mouth. The trajectory was a bit off due to Lilly’s protests, however, sending her careening around the jackal’s mouth, barely dodging the sharp teeth the clenched around her. He tossed his head back several more times. Each time Lilly caught air and ended up splatting back onto the tongue in different positions, the kitsune keeping up her protests, doing whatever she could to keep away from that glistening jackal gullet awaiting her at the back of the throat. Despite her efforts, the jackal had gravity on his side. Lilly inched back towards the throat with every successive toss of the jackal’s head, the kitsune feeling her rear, legs and tail getting hotter and wetter as they to managed to get crammed into the jackal’s jaws. With a shriek she found herself at the base of the tongue against the throat, all light vanishing from her vision when the jackal’s jaws closed completely around her.\n\n“No no no no please stop!” Lilly shouted in vain. But the tongue simply lapped up behind the kitsune and pressed against her body. She wailed as the jackal casually swallowed her whole. The violent compression of the throat was upon Lilly immediately. She was privy to every gulp and swallow, muscles contracting all about her, more and more of her body devoured with every motion. The jackal’s head was lifted up, giving it a little toss with every effort to fully devour his meal. A small kitsune bulge emerged at the top of his furry neck, revealing Lilly’s journey. With every successive swallow the bulge moved a bit further, Lilly’s body squashed without remorse into the tight, squelching esophagus.\n\nWith a final gulp the jackal finished his meal. Her bulge slipped jerkily down the neck until it disappeared between his forelegs, shrinking into nothingness near the chest. Lilly was beside herself, terrified in the pitch-black environment with drool all over her and muscles pulsating against her in every direction. Her heart was throbbing, chest heaving as she took short desperate breaths, traveling closer and closer to the jackal’s stomach. The jackal himself, having devoured Lilly, turned and began to head back to his usual territory, having left it in order to pursue his eaten meal.\n\nLilly screamed in terror, but wasn’t heard by anyone, now nothing more than food for a creature of the jungle. She continued taking short, rapid breaths, barely having room to do so in the esophagus, before she was squeezed out of it. She noted she had a tiny bit more freedom of movement as first her ears and head, torso, arms, then the rest of her was pressed into the awaiting belly. But dread filled her as she did so, knowing precisely what came next. In the utter darkness Lilly was forced into the stomach completely, the entrance contracting closed behind her She slopped into a batch of viscous stinging stomach fluids and let out another cry of terror.\n\nThe belly provided a little more room than the throat, but Lilly was still forced to curl up against herself, the stomach compact and walls churning all around her. What made matters worse was the batch of stomach acid awaiting the jackal’s meal. The burning fluids stung, making the kitsune’s skin itch and start to burn. Lilly did her best to ignore it while she desperately struggled to face upward, barely able to breach the surface of acids and sucking down gulps of air. The whole belly swished about idly, with the jackal making his light walk back to his territory, making things even harder for the devoured kitsune. Lilly struggled to breathe as the stomach fluids started to work in on her, pain lacing through her mostly-submerged body, getting under her clothes and getting worse. Lilly pressed upward against the somewhat-malleable stomach walls, but it was too resistant and held her largely in place, confining her almost as much as the throat did. The burning acids continued to rise, with the fluids eventually filling the stomach entirely. Lilly got one last breath in, ending up completely submerged in the jackal’s digestive fluid. She let out a bubble-laden cry of panic and agony when she had no more sources of air and was totally surrounded by the digesting enzymes and acids all about her. The final breath she attempted to take via convulsion was entirely acidic. Lilly quickly passed out from the lack of air, leaving her at the mercy of the jackal’s digestive system.\n\nThe jackal himself carried on about his day. Now that his meal was secured his instinctive thoughts were free to wander about idly. He made it back to his territory without issue and spent the day running about playfully, chasing other wildlife around for fun, getting enough water to drink from a few naturally-occurring sources of water. He was well-fed and full of energy, and had plenty to burn, which left the jackal moving about his territory for the remainder of the day and into the evening. By the time the sun was setting, he lumbered tiredly to a familiar clearing that the jungle sported. The area largely free of trees and other debris was where the jackal rested most nights. In addition to the usual jungle accouterments, various bones of earlier-devoured prey were strewn about, having been hacked up by the jackal long after he’d gotten what he needed from them.\n\nWith a yawn the jackal sauntered into the middle of the clearing he called home and curled up for the night. Having spent the day burning energy, the jackal was quick to find sleep. Further assisting his slumber was his belly diligently digesting Lilly the kitsune away. She’d long-since passed out and was no more than a hunk of meat for the jackal’s body to use. The night passed uneventfully, with the jackal asleep, forepaws crossed in front with his head resting on them. Just another night for the jackal after a day of hunting and play.\n\nThe next morning came about without hesitation, the jackal rising with the sun. He stood and was refreshed, stretching and flicking his tail about. His stomach was considerably lighter and much more still, the deed of digesting the previous day’s meal long-since finished. Once finished stretching, the jackal lowered his head and widened his maw. Mouth agape, he began to cough and hack, getting into what was a normal routine for him. A strong cough hacked up a few intact kitsune bones that clattered to the ground. But the jackal kept the effort up, the jungle air filled with the sounds of him coughing and hacking away. More bones of Lilly joined the pile, all of them slimy from digestion and dripping in saliva. Some were in pieces, other jagged and broken and two. The remains of Lilly ended up being a considerable pile of half-digested bones from the kitsune, haphazardly stacked in a pile on the jungle floor. When he was done coughing them up, the jackal casually strode forward, paying them no mind. One blue-soled paw crunched against the bony pile, cracking them apart and leaving the remains even more shattered than they already were.\n\nWell-rested, the jackal began another day of his life in the jungle. Lilly’s Egyptian vacation became permanent, as she was no more than some scattered remains on the jungle floor and part of the jackal now. The jackal had forgotten about the kitsune as quickly as he had discovered her: Nothing more than one of the many meals he’d partaken in.",

With every successive swallow the bulge moved a bit further, Lilly&rsquo;s body squashed without remorse into the tight, squelching esophagus.<br /><br />With a final gulp the jackal finished his meal. Her bulge slipped jerkily down the neck until it disappeared between his forelegs, shrinking into nothingness near the chest. Lilly was beside herself, terrified in the pitch-black environment with drool all over her and muscles pulsating against her in every direction. Her heart was throbbing, chest heaving as she took short desperate breaths, traveling closer and closer to the jackal&rsquo;s stomach. The jackal himself, having devoured Lilly, turned and began to head back to his usual territory, having left it in order to pursue his eaten meal.<br /><br />Lilly screamed in terror, but wasn&rsquo;t heard by anyone, now nothing more than food for a creature of the jungle. In the utter darkness Lilly was forced into the stomach completely, the entrance contracting closed behind her She slopped into a batch of viscous stinging stomach fluids and let out another cry of terror.<br /><br />The belly provided a little more room than the throat, but Lilly was still forced to curl up against herself, the stomach compact and walls churning all around her. What made matters worse was the batch of stomach acid awaiting the jackal&rsquo;s meal. The burning fluids stung, making the kitsune&rsquo;s skin itch and start to burn. Lilly got one last breath in, ending up completely submerged in the jackal&rsquo;s digestive fluid. She let out a bubble-laden cry of panic and agony when she had no more sources of air and was totally surrounded by the digesting enzymes and acids all about her. The final breath she attempted to take via convulsion was entirely acidic. Lilly quickly passed out from the lack of air, leaving her at the mercy of the jackal&rsquo;s digestive system.<br /><br />The jackal himself carried on about his day. In addition to the usual jungle accouterments, various bones of earlier-devoured prey were strewn about, having been hacked up by the jackal long after he&rsquo;d gotten what he needed from them.<br /><br />With a yawn the jackal sauntered into the middle of the clearing he called home and curled up for the night. Having spent the day burning energy, the jackal was quick to find sleep. Further assisting his slumber was his belly diligently digesting Lilly the kitsune away. She&rsquo;d long-since passed out and was no more than a hunk of meat for the jackal&rsquo;s body to use. The night passed uneventfully, with the jackal asleep, forepaws crossed in front with his head resting on them. Just another night for the jackal after a day of hunting and play.<br /><br />The next morning came about without hesitation, the jackal rising with the sun. He stood and was refreshed, stretching and flicking his tail about. His stomach was considerably lighter and much more still, the deed of digesting the previous day&rsquo;s meal long-since finished. One blue-soled paw crunched against the bony pile, cracking them apart and leaving the remains even more shattered than they already were.<br /><br />Well-rested, the jackal began another day of his life in the jungle. Lilly&rsquo;s Egyptian vacation became permanent, as she was no more than some scattered remains on the jungle floor and part of the jackal now. The jackal had forgotten about the kitsune as quickly as he had discovered her: Nothing more than one of the many meals he&rsquo;d partaken in.</span>",
