This is when he started developing tactical skills, as he made sure he was never caught.\n\nEventually he noticed that there were other children who were in the same situation as him. Due to them not being as tactical as Baphomet, they would often fail to retrieve food for the day and thus would need to endure another night on an empty stomach.\nSeeing this, Baphomet decided to give his food to the other children. That night, the other children found Baphomet starving. Realizing that Baphomet give them all of his food to them, the children decided to share their food. Gaining respect for each other, they all ended up as friends and decided to work together from then on, with Baphomet as leader.\n\nThis went well for a while. Baphomet would come up with a strategy and the others would follow his instructions. Until one day they were caught. The food store owner they always stole from realized that Baphomet and his friends were the ones who have been stoling from him all along. Wanting to protect the other children, Baphomet took the full blame on himself. Fearing for Baphomet's life, however, the other children objected to that, wanting to take the blame on them so Baphomet could get away.\nHowever, as it turns out, the owner actually sympathized with them, knowing of the harsh situation of the slums. Instead of punishing them, he actually took the children in as their guardian, making sure they'd never be hungry again.\n\nAs Baphomet grew older, he started to realize that the harsh conditions the poor people of the slums actually caused them to form a comradery, working together to satisfy each others' needs. While this gave him hope for the world, he wished he could change these people's situations for the better. In the meantime, he'd help the people out, forming a bond with them.\n\nOne day, a Celestial visited the area. A Celestial visiting the Infernal Realm was very rare, so it drew attention of the people. The Celestial claimed that the gods have seen the harsh conditions they were in, and offered them help. Not wanting to pass on help, the people agreed. The Celestial was then taken in as an honorary guest.\n\nThe slums found relative prosperity thanks to the Celestial's help.\nOne day, Baphomet realized he hasn't seen some people for a few days, which is quite strange for such a tight community. The Celestial claimed that they were working in the pit and told Baphomet to take a look. Baphomet looked in the pit and noticed the corpses of all te missing people were lying in the pit. After the initial shock, he instantly deducted that the Celestial killed them and that he was going to be the next victim.\n\nHe turned around to see the Celestial about to bludgeon him with a staff, but avoids the strike in time.\nDistancing himself, Baphomet asks why the Celestial murdered them, to which the Celestial asks if he doesn't seem familiar. Baphomet then finally realized that he was looking at the murderer of his parents. The Celestial cruelly explains that Infernals are disgusting, sinful creatures and need to be exterminated, and that he gets no higher satisfaction then laying them to waste.\n\nHearing this, Baphomet charged at him with his horns. The Celestial dodges easily and Baphomet's horns pierces a cliff, getting stuck in the process.\nThe Celestial mocked Baphomet for his stupidity, casually walking up to him for an easy kill since he's stuck in the cliff.\nBaphomet replies that he never intended to pierce him. Just then, a rock that was knocked loose on top of the cliff thanks to Baphomet's collission fell down, crushing the Celestial.\nBaphomet freed himself from the cliff and comfirmed his first ever kill. he was shocked. Not out of morality, but rather because of how easy it was to kill someone.\n\nLater on, he thought about what the Celestial said about Infernals being sinful creatures that need to be purged. He wondered if all Celestials were like that... That idea kept haunting him as the people of the slums mourned their friends. He thought about his entire life and why these people need to suffer so much. He wondered why the world needed to be like this... There were entire gods up there and they were doing nothing about the situation... About any situation, really. They were just sitting there on their high and mighty thrones while doing absolutely nothing about the pain and suffering in the world. Certainly intervening wouldn't take much effort for a god, right...?\n\nUnable to sleep that night, he decided to go through the belongings of the Celestial to see if there's anything that could confirm or deny his concerns.\nThat's when he found holy scriptures that tauted Celestials as the ultimate good and Infernals as the ultimate evil, slandering Infernals as something that should be avoided at all costs and Celestials as something that should be worshipped above all else.\nBaphomet realized that this is the ideology the Celestials were spoon-feeding mortals as if it was some sort of absolute, irrefutable truth.\nThis, combined with all past events, was what completed his absolute hatred of the Celestials.\n\nWhen Baphomet became an adult, his hatred remained. However, he also never lost his kindness to his fellow Infernals. He would protect the people with his life and make sure to deal out justice to evil.\n\nIn all these hundreds of years, the situation of the Infernal Realm never changed. Baphomet wishes he could make change, but he lacked the power and support of the prosperous Infernals. Until one day, a powerful giant Celestial fell from the Celestial Realm and became an Infernal.\n\nThis demon formed a massive threat to the Infernal Realm. Baphomet decided to help stop this threat.\nThat's when Baphomet came across two other fallen Celestials who are now turned to Infernals, the brothers Lucifer and Mephistopheles. The two explained that evil Celestials sent this powerful demon named Satan down to cause suffering and chaos purely for their sadistic enjoyment. Seeing this corruption and injustice, the two brothers came down to the Infernal Realm to stop this threat. However, as a result, the two were exiled from the Celestial Realm, forced to reject their Celestial status and become Infernals instead.\nNoticing Mephistopheles' anger of being betrayed by the Celestials, Baphomet sympathized with them. And so the three decided to work together.\n\nWith Baphomet's supreme strategy, Lucifer's extremely powerful psychic abilities and Mephistopheles' incredible raw strength, the three managed to banish Satan to the 9th circle of the Infernal Realm and freeze him in a giant block of ice in the middle of Lake Cocytus.\n\nThis made the trio very popular and soon got an entire army. Mephistopheles wanted to let his wrath rage on the Celestials out of revenge, but Lucifer did not agree. Lucifer would rather avoid unnecessary wars and attempt to become prime minister of the Infernal Realm.\nUnable to understand Lucifer and feeling betrayed by his own brother, Mephistopheles decided to leave the trio and create his kingdom in the west.\n\nThis gave Baphomet a choice. He could join Mephistopheles in his war against the Celestials or join Lucifer as his general so he could make a change in the world when Lucifer became prime minister. His hatred for Celestials was great, but his pity for the victims of corrupt systems, Celestials and harsh conditions was greater.
