I basically turned Tapu Lele's shell into a dress that's only really composed of a skirt. Wanted preserve original Tapu Lele's tiny white bra thing, so my design only has that for a top x3 So her belly, collar area (whatever the official name is) and arms are all exposed.
I also turned the markings on her headgear into a tiara x3
