hanging out for over a year, on and off and when we could just due to time zones and certain situations. Suddenly, things weren't as... black and white (yes, I know, haha, keep reading :P). They'd made a change in their life style which I guess you could say, let me see them in a whole knew light and... that was a light I liked, a light I wanted to protect. We talked alot, we laughed, we flirted and romanced back and forth for a good month until the joke \"so when you gonna ask me to be your girlfriend/boyfriend?\" was thrown around at least once a night. \n\nNow I don't know if I was stupid? or silly? or supersticious, but... I wanted to wait, not because I wasn't sure, not because I didn't like her, but... I wanted to ask her on the day of my lucky number. Dumb. I know and I didn't think she'd say know when I asked. I guess you could say I just wanted to be a little bit more in control of it all than I have been in certain situations in the past, we pushed it out a month because I really didn't want to share the month of my year long anniversary with my mother's b'day. So we waited... and on the 6th of October... I asked. She said no, the end, byebye. ;P Nahhhhhhhhh, I spent a whole week trying to think of the perfect thing to say and it just... wouldn't come out right, so about an hour before I had to get ready for work, I threw my feelings down in a doc and dragged her out of the group call we where in to pull her to the side and I asked, I read it all out as i'd written it and when I was done, I just... waited.
