So before we get into the details, I must say this: this set of drawings begins the event I'm doing called 'The Year of Amy Rose 2023' where I post drawings featuring Amy Rose to celebrate my favorite female Sonic character. In my case, I'm commissioning bbmbbf to have Amy featured with the characters from the monthly Sonic Channel drawings for this year, and the month is corresponding with the specific characters from that month. You are welcome to participate in this event as well, just by posting any kind of work featuring Amy in some kind of capacity, as well as putting in the keyword 'the_year_of_amy_rose_2023', I'd love to take a look at them :)
The 1st drawing we have here is taken from the single character drawing: Super Sonic. I felt to fit in the theme of Super Sonic, we have Amy be in her Super form as well, as well as them being in space. When you're in your Super form, I expect any obstacle won't get in your way, including the non-natural ability to breathe in space. And my love suggested for the two of them going through hardcore sex, because of it involving Super Sonic, which I can see that happening. Also, Amy is braless, because I felt that being in her Super form would bring out her boobs to be big, since she has all that power
The 2nd drawing is taken from the 2 characters drawing: Shadow & Infinite. I take it's been a long while since you've seen Infinite, since he was introduced in Sonic Forces, about 5 years ago. Well he's been brought back and I was wondering what Amy could do with both Shadow & Infinite. So I asked my love and she suggested to have Infinite hypnotize Amy & Shadow with the power of the Phantom Ruby. This would work since he's a villain that desires all the power he can get, and to put his pride at an all-time high. I really love what bbmbbf was able to do with this situation
Now the next 2 drawings are some bonus drawings that I wanted to commission for specific reasons, especially since they are Inkbunny-exclusive if any of you came from my Pixiv account, as I posted the first 2 drawings just recently. This 3rd drawing has Amy playing the role of Cupid once again. My headcanon would be since Amy's all about love, particularly for Sonic, she would most likely be Cupid as she would want to help out her loved friends with their crushes and romances, you'll definitely see a scenario like that come in the next set of drawings in March. But anyways, she's very adorable as Cupid and I had the setting take place in the sky with clouds present, to represent Heaven and the fact that fairies of any kind can fly. This was made to celebrate Valentine's Day
And this last drawing is the last one (for now) to be based from a TeamUWU Sonic video of Sonic characters reacting to fanwork of themselves. In this case, it's of Zooey (from her looking at Google - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLCvECScl1A). I figure since it's another single female Sonic character, we have her modeling for an audience, just like Amy did. And it looks like she's blushing because she's also embarassed having to modeling in her underwear, which I find adorable as well. I also want to point out that I know there's a video of Modern Amy and Thorn Rose reacting to DeviantArt together, but I'm not going with that idea yet because Sonic Prime is still recently new, and there are still episodes that need to be released. I figure if I'm gonna go with characters from a show or movie, it would be when it's been around for a long while or when it's finished, Sonic Boom was perfect for that criteria which is why we have Boom Sonamy on my gallery
And those are the drawings for January 2023. This is definitely the biggest order I made so far, don't expect me to do this again unless I have a reason for it. Also, just want to point out that there are other drawings I might be planning to commission that's non-Sonic related, they'll be posted on my Pixiv account as well, if any of them involve humans, those ones will exclusively be posted on Pixiv. They can't be posted on InkBunny, this site is called that for a reason, and the TOS for IB can back that up
And thus begins the Year of Amy Rose 2023. I'm excited to see what new ideas for Amy I can get commissioned, and also excited to see what new works you can make if you decide to participate in this event. If you looked at what the February Sonic Channel drawings are, they both involve Amy so the order thankfully is less to pay, but I can tell they'll be nice drawings with the ideas I had for them.
