Clean ideas : 

- Loupy in diapers and sissy princess outfit, held like Simba by the monkey in Lion King, written "Here is the new princess."

- Loupy 11th doctor : Loupy wearing a diaper with the Tardis on it, a fez, and his fur color reversed : red hair, white tailtip, 
white ears, tummy and paws grey and rest of the fur black.

- Loupy, knight and princess : Loupy in a shining knight armor, nothing babyish, enter a dragon's castle.
Next pic, the dragon is dressing up as a baby girl princess, and says "I had no princess to take care of, you'll do nicely."

- Loupy pouting in an adorable wedding-girl (you know, those girls who threw flowers) dress, with a sign "I'm a boy, I'm a boy, I'm a boy !"


- A public diaper changing station, a mother and a normal 2 years old, all stunned at what they see.

Diapers would be colored as the flags of those countries.

- Ireland : riverdance anyone ?
- Japan : japanese school girl uniform, samourai costume.
